I have been a client of Kandy’s for 16 years. I adore her, her new space and her delicious treats. 10/10 would recommend her beautiful cakes! We are so lucky to have her in Stratford

Gluten free options are delicious! Ordered two dessert platters, one gluten free and the other regular. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the taste and the presentation. I dealt directly with Kandy and the ordering process was very smooth. She was very understanding and I highly suggest this bakery!

There needs to be a 6th Star for Kandy Cakes in order to accurately rate.
Upon entry an explosion of pastel mouth-watering artistry. It's truly mind blowing to say the least.
The creator of this magnificent work gingerly appeared from her curtained off workstation to greet this writer.
I explained how her work touched the hearts of two siblings living on opposite sides of Canada.
Specifically, my sister in BC had a birthday cake delivered to this writer in Stratford from Kandy Cakes.
Upon opening the package containing most beautiful cake ever seen or tasted it nearly (it did) brought tears to my eyes.
Point in fact, nothing compares, you can immediately see the love and passion that goes into this artistry.
In closing, after 5 or so min of dialogue with the owner. It was abundantly clear her work reflects the very special and genuine personality displayed.
An amazingly talented warm-hearted woman who has taken her love of art and blended into the most beautiful looking & tasting items you have ever seen or tasted.
God blessed you Kandy, and with that said thank-you for your time work it's truly amazing.
It was an honor and pleasure to have met you, and I remain,

Me and my little sister went there today and got cake pops! They are so much better than the ones from Starbucks, as I assumed! The girl that served us was super super sweet! Overall 100/10 store and customer service!

I would go far out of my way to go back to this shop. These are the tastiest meringue cookies I have ever had. I wish I had bought so many more!

The icing on the dessert is stunning and there is a lovely selection of french macarons. The blackberry and lavender cake with tiny cake flowers was adorable. The cake was very soft and sweet with a strong after flavor of lavender. I think a little acid might help the filling of the cake to make the berry flavor more pronounced. I will be returning

Ordered custom cupcakes for my wife’s birthday party, they were amazing. Incredibly delicious. I will definitely be getting more cupcakes from here in the future.

Ordered a gender reveal cake and was not quite as expected. I had requested the cake itself be the colour of the gender and unfortunately just the icing was the correct colour.
Several people enjoyed the flavour, but more then half didnt. We chose chocolate chip cookie dough, it was unfortunately dry and the icing lacked flavour. The cake itself was decorated just OK. I had sent photos along for reference and had hoped some birch branches would have been added as discussed with Kandy. Instead the entire outside was just coloured to look like wood and then fondant edible paper cut outs were added. Definitely not what I was expecting for $180 dollars. The cake itself only fed about 20 and this seemed very pricey for what it was. I think I'll look elsewhere for my shower cake. I dont think I will reccomend Kandy to others. Others had stated some of Kandys cakes were very dry, but I chose to ignore. Wish I hadnt and spent my money elsewhere.

We got the mini sprinkle cake, it was absolutely beautiful to look at and a work of art visually. Unfortunately taste wise it did not hit the same mark.the cake was quite dry and the icing very heavy and thick with little taste. From the reviews I was expecting more, but this could have been a one off.this was my first experience here.

Great local and woman owned bakery that has gluten free and gluten full treats depending on what you like! I was there in the winter, and the sugar cookies and moon cookies were fantastic.
