Excellent service. I recently moved to Canada. Have a drivers record for over 25 years. However, Canadian Auto insurers don't accept overseas drivers history, so my premiums were very high. Trish Tardif at Rates.ca was professional and very helpful. She got me in touch with a company which accepts overseas driver history. My premiums quote is a lot lower now) Thanks rates.ca.

They called me back, and after 1000 thousands questions, gave me a quotation higher than i had on line, and never gave me the de quotation by email? What rhey are hidden?

Looking for a decent deal for travel insurance for 2 seniors. The response was rapid and they initiated a pretty good deal for us. Had to answer a few more medical questions but no big deal.

It’s always worth checking RATESDOTCA to see who’s offering the best prices. It made getting my travel insurance a lot easier.

Fast efficient and friendly! What a great way to get medical insurance without all the time wasted waiting on the phone, being connected and being asked a million questions. Loved it.

Overall experience is not bad. The good part is I was connected to a descent broker (at least it looks like). The bad part is the RAQ (questions) are mostly hard to answer on a fly. Most importantly, site could pull the answers from insurance check database so, a user does not have to look for the answers.
Typical user does not remember answers to most of the questions.

Super professional, spoke to people who really seemed primed to help me out. They informed me of all the documentation I would need to switch from Quebec to Ontario. Oh my what as surprise on that. There is soo much, I wish someone had told me sooner. Luckily I am starting the process a few weeks out. I did an online quote and I was called within 10 minutes while it was all still fresh in my mind.

I had an excellent experience with this site. I recently moved from USA and was struggling to find a good website that compares insurance quotes. I actually did get cheaper quote (30%), so honestly don't know if previous insurance agent fooled me OR this website helped me with cheaper quote. Either way, I am a happy customer.and Terry was very helpful on the call as well.

After I filled out the on-line auto quote, I spoke with Brenda on getting quotes. I needed a couple of days to review my current policy and asked her to call me back. Bait and Switch quotes. Initial quote lowest, 3 different quotes (quotes for the same scenario), every single one higher, numbers coming out of the sleeves. Brokers used upselling.

I was looking to hear back on a quote and no one called me back was on hold for over ten minutes not very good communications or service.

Excellent service by the agent, although i offer the same amount with my old insurance company but the agent said he can do better and he'l contact me in couple of days. Over all 5 Star

I have been using Kanetix in past for a few times to obtain car insurance quotes and that was working for me. Unfortunately recently at this time I have been exposed to kind of unprofessional service, misleading, and suspicious practice of one of the Insurance Company that I was connected with throughout the Kanetix. The quote I got on Kanetix website was $995 per year, once connected to the Insurance Broker representing CAA Company (KTX Insurance Brokers) quote went up to $1046 per year, and that was all I got from them, and I agreed to this price, of course Insurance Broker collected all of our personal and banking informations promising to set up Insurance Policy within 24 hrs (next day or early - I have all correspondence as of proof of this misleading, unprofessional practice), instead of setting up policy after demanding I received second quote for $1357 that is $311 higher than I agreed to it. Therefore my advise to anyone shopping around, before you provide them sensitive info demand final quote, do not fall in this scam.

I was put on hold to speak to a broker, waited on hold for 10 minutes then the call ended. We will see if I get a call back tomorrow. Quick on asking feedback, sorry for the review but it is what it is. Hopefully I can give a better review tomorrow

I was given a quote $1000 lower than my current insurer if 5 cars. So I cancelled my policy. After escalating I finally got a call back and was passed into someone else who informed me they couldn’t match the price quoted but would be the same as the insurance I cancelled. I agreed to oroceed and heard nothing back for days. Numerous emails phone messages and finally I get a call back from yet another person. This person tells me that my $5000 quote will now be $9000! I left my agent because of a misquote? Now I’m struggling to get insured. The service terrible misquoted me lied to me put me off. Terrible terrible service would not recommend to anyone so disappointing

If I could have given this service less than a star I would have.

I have used Kanetix three times previously to obtain quotes on home and automobile insurance. Each and every time the quotes received are from $200 to $300 more than what I have received from contacting insurance companies or brokers.

This service is absolute rubbish! It does a disservice to people who are genuinely and honestly searching for quality information. Don't believe the hype, and don't waste your time looking for reliable information because you won't find it using this service.

I called spoke to a person at KTX gave him all my information, he gave me a quote I was ok with and I was waiting for Confirmation email which never came. I called back Several days later and was on hold for 35 min waiting for someone to talk to me.

So glad I discovered Kenetix!

Just cant get a hold of anyone.been trying to talk to ktx insurance brokers and you can never reach them, I have sent emails, sent chat request and waited on hold for more then 3 hours more then once. Cant wait to fire them.

Quick and easy process to obtain credible auto insurance quotes that are quickly converted to a new insurance policy. Used this service again this year and am as satisfied as the first time I used this service.

Unfortunately the estimate you gave me with SSQ at 56$/month was for my car is not correct. For the same plan they charge me 66$/ month.

False submission. When transfer to the Aviva insurer the price was $600 higher than their quote. I've waited 35min.on the phone before someone answer. After they transfered me to Aviva the representative asked me to answer all the questions that I had already submited to their website. Kanetix don't offer any support. Waste of time.

False advertising!
I used to buy with Kanetix visitor insurances. I just get a quote with them and I made the call, then, they transferred me to Allianz Global Assistance (not serious at all). The joke is Allianz Global Assistance gave the the double of the price for the policy. So, I hunted the price just to realize I was losing my time preciously.
I add the quote number and Allianz Global reference number: KV200212-3PCDN (kanetix) and 5283160 (Allianz.).
This is the end of my relationship with Kanetix:) and for sure my recommendations.

Two words -  Tina McNutty. She's kind, knowledgeable, honest, competent and truly cares about her clients.
