I was introduced to Kanwardeep (better known as KD), through my friend and had the privilege of meeting and working with him for the renewal/refinancing of my home, in January 2021. I reached out to Kanwar last minute on a Saturday after bank hours as I was coming close to my closing date for my pre construction home and my previous broker had let me down. Working 9 to 5pm or longer daily I had no time to meet anyone during bank hours. Kanwar answered my request immediately and was able to meet me near my house at a coffee shop. He gave me lots of options as I was struggling and he got to work right away. He worked tirelessly with the bank and myself getting all the documents we needed to get our approval in time.
