Always a lovely visit: the office coordinator is super friendly and Dr. Kaplan takes the time to listen to your concerns. I have very sensitive teeth and Sarah takes the time to be gentle when cleaning and polishing.

I had my first appointment today at this clinic and it was the best dental experience of my life. The cleaning and fillings were done with care and I was given lots of helpful information specific to my oral health. While everyone I spoke to was amazing, Nellie and Manuela in particular made the time a success.

I've been going to this Kaplan Dental for about 20yrs. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I always know the health of my teeth, gums, and mouth. Very happy for the dental clinic to educate me for me to better take care of my overall oral health.

My dentist is the greatest. He has been my mom’s dentist since she’s was a kid and now he’s been mine since I was 3.
He is nice so is everyone at the office it’s always so clean an you get cool tooth brushes when you leave and floss to thanks dr Kaplan for always being good to our gamily?

ornery with me, Spoke down to me

I took it with a grain of salt and the beginning came home and thought over how the conversation went
Her name was Nelly
The other ladies that were all around the desk were kind sweet helpful

I ended up canceling my appointment cause she gave me such a bad taste of my mouth the way she looked at me and spoke down to me
The minute I told her I have not been to a dentist in years her tone changed she looked at me like I was a street person
I was looking forward to going there the dentist had given me a good deal because I had no coverage

But I couldn't bear facing that rude receptionist again

The other staff with me corrected her rudeness 3 times, and were very polite to me
If the dentist wishes to contact me I contact me I'd be happy to come back as long as she wasn't in the office

Great staff, take in to account my anxiety and help me feel at ease. Dr. Kaplan offers more than one option to correct and issue so I can choose what I am most comfortable with.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The office itself is bare, dirty and needs a coat of paint. I had a poor cleaning from a hygienist and never saw the dentist on my visit.

My partner had surgery with complications and they never followed up after multiple phone calls and requests to see Dr. Kaplan, so I'm assuming he doesn't exist.

Great dentist, and all his staff are very pleasant people to deal with.also important is that Dr. Kaplans rates are very reasonable.

I found Dr. Kaplan last year when I had a tooth break two days before leaving for vacation. I called a few places including some emergency dental clinic (don’t bother calling that number) and Dr. Kaplan was the only dentist that had time for “emergency appointments“ in his schedule set aside each day. Which is actually his lunch break. He and his staff are very friendly and gentle. I really do not like having work done on my teeth and they were so understanding and kind. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer direct billing to most major providers which makes it so much easier to go. I’ve been several times now and happy to report my teeth have never felt better.

Awesome experience today at Kaplan Dental. I came in with my boyfriend for his appointment and asked about joining as a new patient for an exam. They actually managed to fit me in right then and I am now a patient with them! Super friendly staff.

First time today at Kaplan Dental Clinic. I was extremely nervous as I'm not to keen on dentists. I must say from start to finish my experience was great. I am a very anxious patient and Dr. Kaplan and his assistant were very lovely to me and helped me out in an emergency right away. The staff are very friendly and made me feel comfortable! Best dentist ever and I’ll be coming back:)
