Worst customer service ever.   Mississauga location at (Dixie RD) girl who pickup the phone she need training she doesnt know how to talk and how to take order. I orderd 3 seekh kabab roll all was so dry there is no sauce in i dont konw  how much they will save to not puting any chutny onion and salad in Roll this location is more expensive then  brampton all food price location and  if you are from brampton dont buy from Mississauga location worst service worst food. I will not recomend Mississauga locaton at dixie Rd to anyone.

Went in because their pictures show 5.99, going in a sign said 7.50 but they said the new price is 8.50.also the rice was stale and only have one drumstick bone, no meat. Don't waste your money

The chicken biryani was good. The quality was decent and quantity was good. Price was very good for the quantity. One chicken biryani is priced at $9.00. More importantly, it’s a takeaway. No dine in option.

Really small portions that they skimp out on. The taste leaves a lot to be desired as well.

I took takeout for 2 chicken biryani and 1 veg biryani, the chicken biryani in my opinion was the best biryani I have eaten in a long time. The biryani has the perfect amount of rice and chicken, it also contains the perfect amount of chicken pieces. The time took around 15 minutes to make fresh biryani which tasted fabulous.

The veg biryani tasted extraordinary, it just had this mind-blowing taste in the masala which all the vegetables. The only downside I would say about the rice is, it is cooked in a pot where chicken rice is cooked (downside for pure vegetarian) if you are not pure veg then I would say it's perfectly fine as it has no contents of chicken in it.

The place's ambiance is very nice as it is small but commending. They provide plates with the biryani (ask them) for no extra cost and its quick and ready in 10 to 15 mins

I personally recommend trying this place out if you are a biryani lover or the other dishes that are present

Tried their fried fish, karachi chicken samosa, karri pakoraa, qeema walay naan, biryani and many more.all are super yummy.must try.

Halal food certificate is expired so we don’t even know if they are serving halal food at this location anymore as it’s been 1 year as dated on the photo.

I went to Karachi kitchen from Scarborough to pickup after seeing a random YouTube review. Their prices were too good to be true and I had the feeling this is gonna be a miss. I have got biryani, nahari and tikka. Everything was literally tasteless. Had to throw most of it to the garbage. Today's pick up, take out special: chicken Pulau and chick peas dish. Great deal, but too pungeant, but that's the food! Dropped a star in Mar 2020 what happened? The price of Biryani still good, BUT the taste of chicken Biryani and of channa past two times now lacks. Not tasty! And way too spicy hot to keep any taste in the mouth! Disappointed!
March 2021. -m pricing is very affordable as evidenced by the number of people buying the food good portion good price 90% of the time it's tasty the other timed it's either too spicy or not tasty. However today I was disappointed that the server short-changed me and when I noted to him that I need more change back he returned my money without so much as an apology. I of course thanked him, don't know why but as a habit.
Jul 8/22- what wrong guys? Today's chicken Biryani, although a dollar higher now, was bland and tasteless, even though I asked for spicy this time around. The colour was there but disappointed in its taste.
Today, March 22/23.after years of buying their famous Biryani with 2 pieces of chicken, I was disappointed and upset that only one piece chicken, a leg, was included in my takeout Biryani.and no one is answering their phones at this 5.45pm time.

After watching the vlog from a Pakistani street Food PK. I went and ordered the same food as to what he recommended. To My biggest surprise the Haleem was overnight and thin. The Haleem was not fresh at all. They just put it in the microwave and packed it. I ordered Behari kebab. And when reached home there were Reshmi Kebab dry & burnt. Biryani was nothing out of the extra ordinary too. Don't know as to How Chaudhry Mateen runs this place. I will never go back there and will not recommend to any food lover to try the food.

I ordered beef samosa, veal biryani and nihari with naan.filling in samosa, I do not know what was that but not ground beef. Biryani rice were old and naan were burned.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food they serve now, I used to eat there (take out) all the time for very long time however the last 3 times I’ve ordered food the food has no taste and the quality of the food is very poor, I give them 3 chance and they failed, I will not order food again from them and I will not recommend them to anyone, waist of money.

When it's fresh.they got the best biryani now price is 6$ only and it's good in quantity as well, overall menu is good but can have more variety, staff Is also good, there party deals are also good

Close to my residence and it will fill your hunger. Nothing more than that. If you want taste then go somewhere else. This place used to be cheap but now they are gradually increasing prices and taste is going downhill.

This quality of the Karachi Kitchen food is reduced. The biryani which I loved the most is not like same as before. I ordered half tray of chicken biryani and it looked and tasted like reheated chicken biryani. Although the Nihari tasted better but I have known this place due to biryani which is not same as before.

Love coming here for reasonably priced Pakistani dishes. I haven't found a dish yet that I didn't like. Portion sizes are big enough that you always have leftovers. Very tasty!

We ordered food from Karachi Kitchen from their Catering Packages. The food was excellent. The quality & quantity was so good. Everyone enjoyed the food. The prices were very reasonable and mind blowing. A big Thank you to Waseef the Manager for for his kindness and going above and beyond in satisfying his Customers. He truly deserves a big pat on his back. Will definitely order food from here. Excellent Service too from all their Staff!

Ordered food again on October 29th 2022 for 34 people from their Party? Menu. The food was just Awesome Everyone liked the food and thanked Waseef the Manager and Karachi Kitchen for giving us such a delicious spread of food. The price, quantity and taste was just incredible. Thank you Waseef.

A hidden gem. They have a menu of different types of biryani, samosas, Indian and Pakistani main dishes and snack items. Excellent value for money. And there is no compromise on taste. Our go-to place for weekly takeout.

Great food, Moderately priced and Good Portion. I have tried both location in Mississauga very consistent in quality. The only thing they do not no how to provide service. Never smiles or greet or even the least they can say is thank you. This should not deter you from going to Karachi kitchen as great food with good quality.

Got stale and smelly biriyani. The rice was sticky and appeared that biriyani was kept in the freezer which was sold days later.

I used to buy from Meadowvale location and since they closed it, i tried this location. Got 2 chicken briyani and 2 fish fry for take out. Asked them to make one biryani spicy. On returning home, found the spicy biryani completely spoiled. How on earth they sell spoiled biryani to customers. Although the other biryani was good, I'll never buy from this place. Very bad experience and They seriously need training on quality control and service. Worst place to get your food.

This place has lost its Touch. There Biryani used to be the best in Town but not anymore. It's not even average anymore way too spicy eventhough u asked for mild I complained couple of times but I guess they don't care anymore bcz Chef is gone & probably new management as well.

If you want a dodgy manager (Hasan) who raises prices by 10% on the spot and claims that prices are subject to change without notification, then Karachi kitchen is your stop. Prices online are fine. Don't have Hasan quote you prices over the phone. It is a complete joke, almost humorous to hear him Jack up the prices for the exact same item, just because that's how it works for him. I was gonna order 2 days worth of catering. I hung up the phone so fast on him. No thank you - I dont deal with crooked individuals with no ethical standards, especially when they can change and bend rules whenever they please. If their criminality is evident on the phone, imagine what other crooked things can happen behind closed doors. Listen to your gut and think twice before you deal with Hasan. He's aggressively pushy and doesn't let you talk.

The food quality is really good. Bold and spicy. What i really love is their efficiency everytime we have catered from them. The food is ready on time and packaged properly.

The place is very reasonably priced, and the food is good too. Great flavors for the price. The meat samosas are good. Biryani was not as spicy or flavourful as I would like.

Today I bought chicken kabab wraps and naan the naan was very hard that I cannot eat and inside food preparation was talking so loud that I and hearing outside looks hot professional worker the quality was not to their usual standard sad as the food was before good but cannot maintain the quality.

Terrible food, the naans were like a lump of rubber, almost difficult to chew, paneer was absolutely lousy and tasteless.

I ordered catering for 20 people yesterday and I am super happy with their food quality and quantity.
Their food is super tasty and they give more than enough quantity with very reasonable price.

Zero star rating from side, so cheap no coustmer service, for pickup 2 braiyanis they took 1 hour, really very very very very very very slow service for ever, please don't waste your time

Great place found near my home. Overall nice experience. They sell good quality and rich food with reasonable price. I became to love Pakistani food. Definitely, I will visit this regularly. Especially their garlic naan and Chicken Karahi was good for me. My son also liked Tandoori Chicken here.:)

I ordered food for a family reunion over the long weekend. The food was delivered on time and was piping hot. The quantity was more than enough for the guests. The food was liked by everyone who ate it.

Apart from a very good experience, I also found out that they can tweak the recipe to some extent to suit one's palate, like more sugar in the halwa or less gravy in the karahi. For sure I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Their chicken biriyani is simply one of the best in GTA! Very flavourful biriyani. It’s must try and you wouldn’t believe the price! If you like spicy, ask them to make it spicy, it gets even better.
However, their other items are very average, nothing worth mentioning.

We ordered catering for a b-day party. One of the best places we have gotten authentic Pakistani food. The Kheer was just perfect, right amount of sweet. Chicken Qorma had the perfect balance of species. We will definitely order again from Karachi Kitchen.

Just got our dinner from there, naan is so hard like a stone, and chicken tandoori looks like it was made two or three days ago, onion with chicken smells so bad. I tried calling them before posting this but no one answered. Biryani was just okay. Really bad experience.

I have gotten food from here at least 950 times. Love this place. I could eat biryani all day every day. ️

Chicken biryani was $5. Taste was very average but good from "value for money" point of view. Seekh kabab and reshmi kabab rolls were very soggy with a lot of tangy sauce dripping from them. Chicken tikka roll also had a lot of tangy sauce but it tasted better and wasn't as soggy as the other two rolls. Customer service was ok. Ambience was ok but didn't look very clean from inside. They only acceted the debit card, no credit card.

Fast and the food was good! Pandemic has made them rude. Have been going here for years. I gave them one more chance after my last trip the cheese was solid like plastic in the masala. Butter chicken sauce is good but the chicken is hit or miss, bread is good. Price is ok but if the food and service is bad I’m not going to be giving my money to this spot anymore. Especially one of the female staff. The attitude was ignored the first time. The second visit is unacceptable! I have always been nice. If you don’t like your job change it, don’t take it out on the customer they will not come back. Work on your customer service and your business could do better. Food is stale. I have a very high spice tolerance and I couldn't touch the nihari it was all spice no flavour. Staff has a serious attitude problem. Spend your money elsewhere

Disgusting, ordered Mutton Biryani and Chicken Tikka masala. There was little to no chicken in the curry, and the biryani was abhorrent. Threw everything away. Everyone Do yourself a favour and never go to this place.

Started working out in Mississauga recently and was desperate to find a good solid Biryani that I could get for lunch. Tried a few places to no avail, and happened upon Karachi by chance. I went in, and to my delight they have a daily special of $5 chicken Biryani. I like spicy but to be cautious I ordered Medium. Someone else reviewed this place and said their spice level is above that of the "norm" and they were right. It's not a bad thing, I'm just glad I ordered Medium. It was FANTASTIC! The flavors were incredible, and the chicken was SO tender. The service was excellent as well. I have, and will continue to go back. I HIGHLY recommend this place. (I too wish they did boneless)

Management teams needs training on how to deal with customers. Lack of training is provided to them. Not going to this place again

Horrible food and horrible customer service. Please folks don't order from them. Hygiene services are worse. I have seen their kitchen and its very dirty. How can they make food if the place is not neat and clean.

I loved the chicken biryani. But do not tell them to make it spicy as their spice level is way higher than others. It is price effective as well $5 for that big plate is wort it. I wish they made it boneless too.

Few months ago, I would have rated differently, but now 5 stars. Cos biryani price was dropped to 5$ now which was a original price.

Ordered a chicken biryani. It was so spicy that I could hardly ate it and threw the rest in trash. Waste of money and effort and this was despite clearly mentioning in my order to make it less spicy! If this was less spicy then what would spicy looks like? Making food spicy does not make it tastes better!

Worst place for catering ordered lamb biryani tray for eid. They put so less meat and lie in front of you. Never ordering from this place again. I was embarrassed in front of my guest, because of these cheap people

Nice take out place. They have increased prices over time and the food quality goes back and forth. Biryani and Fish are the ones we like the most. Qeema Nan is also worth trying out.

The taste varies a lot between their different branches. For example, Biryani from Meadowale branch is completely different and nothing compared to the one at Dixie. Dixie probably is the original one and so has the best food taste.

I totally like this place. Been going here since past 18 years almost.
At time they mess up the Biryani order. Besides that they are good. This is the best location among all the others.

I will give them 5 Star as their taste of kebabs either Behari or Seekh are amazing. Been their couple of times and always get impressed with their authentic taste of these Kababs/Parthas.

We tried Veal biryani which is available on selected days. Biryani was really good with full of flavors and fresh with patoto as well Almost Pakistani style masalaydaar. Lolypop chickens were too good as well, chicken tikka roll was big and juicy. Prices are reasonable too. On this location no dine in only take out.
