I recently ordered food through DoorDash, but unfortunately, I found an unexpected visitor in my meal. I was quite disappointed with this experience and wanted to bring it to the restaurant's attention. I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Other than that, the delivery service was prompt. I appreciate their attention to resolving this issue.

Used to love their halwa puri. Now they lack consistency in taste and quantity of the food.

OLD microwaved food
They cook enough for a week store it in the fridge, and microwave it and serve it to you for the rest of the week

Yesterday, I bought chicken kabab and it was like very old and bad food. Kabob was like very hard and very old and they just made hot in microwave. Very disappointed! Don’t eat anything from this place, they don’t care humans. These peoples are greedy for money! I did call and asked why you guys selling non-fresh food and she showed rude behaviour. Dirty Harry place!

I ordar chicken Tikka Masala and they gived me shimla pepper with one piece of chicken. Poor service unhealthy food. I am very disappointed

We've tried there halwa puri before, and it was a good experience. But this time (last weekend), it wasn't even close to it. The puri and chana tarkari had a sour taste, and no freshness.

Order Chicken tikka but it tasted more like chargha. It was good but not what I had been asked to bring at home. Had ordered considering the name Karachi Kitchen but hadn’t eaten this style of tikka in Karachi. A different name or a description could have been helpful

Mmmmmmmmm I love getting my chicken biryani there. It's delicious. I find the people there are very friendly.

Food is old.greasy oily and stale.lots of peppers and taste like it's been cooked by Adam n eve

I bought mix daal that was ok in taste. Also bought chicken samosa $1 each. I was hoping there own restaurant samosas. But when they brought, it was really funny they gave me frozen fried samosa. When i complained the workers there told me they are here only follow instructions (they were right). I am sorry for the 1 star. When you can't give good service you deserve it.

Been ordering Chicken Biryani from this location many times. They use less oil and taste is good.
Now they have increased the price and give two pieces of chicken instead of three like earlier.
Worst is Haleem. Please don't order from here. It's like having dal. Watery and tasteless. Sharing video and picture.
Regarding customer service a lady by name Fatima is always courteous to me.
Another thing which really bothers me is cleanliness. Just lift ur head and have a look at the three chandeliers.
If they can't keep the front area clean I wonder how is the kitchen inside.

Worst customer service and their food tasted so bad and found 3 hair in almost every dish we had ordered. Will never go back there and will also tell family and friends not to go waste their money. Karahi boyz all the way! Their staff is extremely rude. She fights back instead of listening.

So planned to order and pick up Chicken Biryani for this afternoon and let me begin by saying Worst Biryani ever! There was a time when their Chicken Biryani is one of the prime dishes which my family loved.they didn't like any other place Biryani except from Karachi Kitchen. Today is the first and last day I had from them.never again.guys if you want to waste your money, go to this place.no taste, no masala, Chicken was raw too at times.totally a waste of my money.

I really like their breakfast halwa puri and biryani. The channa masala reminds me of lahore. The rest of the food is alright as well. The gravy can be oily sometimes.

Express version of the restaurant but they pretty much have everything with the best quality at this location. I would highly recommend getting their Halwa Puri and Channay which are only available at specific times on weekends. Just so you are aware, there is no dine in option as there is no seating available at all.

Over the years quality has declined drastically. Today I ordered a couple of chicken tikka wraps and to my surprise, the chicken (barely 3-4 nano pieces) was not at all chicken tikka and rather pieces of biryani or any other curry meat. Looked like a make-shift wrap. Get like eating a thick naan bread with ton of ketchup inside. Very disappointed, won’t be going again!

I went here at Karachi kitchen Brampton location. Worst experience bad customer service no customer service skills they treat customer with no respect absolutely rude staff. Next is food I ordered chicken biryani it was like food was not at fresh had bad smell to it. Staff lady name is fatima very disrespectful and rude lady.
We asked for exchange to lamb biryani and same thing with this. They gave us half cold and half warm food and meat is all cold. They basically mix left over biryani. We have no issue at the Mississauga location no complaints. But this location is a messed up. Don’t go here. What a waste of time and money.

This place is a joke. Time and time again food is not fresh, bad tasting and just a place you can tell do nkt care about quality or their customers.

Food tested horrible, chicken baryani wasn’t fresh I think it was few days old, it tasted so bad that I had to throw it in the garbage, so was the butter chicken, very bad quality, and don’t ask for the customer service it’s horrible on the phone the girl is total lost al the time. Overall I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s total waste of money.

Karahi lamb had very little meat served on a pool of sauce, had to pay extra for naan, $13 for 4 small pieces of meat and 1 bone.

Every time when we thought of buying chicken Biryani, we end up with dissatisfaction. We liked at the beginning but they are not consistently providing fresh food. They says it’s very fresh but which is a lie. They cook and store and deliver. It’s like they just heat the Biryani from freezer and serve to people saying as freshly made.

Don’t go, took out halwa pori and when I tried to eat the curry tasted weirdly awful. Wasted time and money. Please go somewhere with better reviews

Absolutely pathetic food. My wife bought chicken biryani and tandoori chicken yesterday and it went to the garbage after taking few bites. Both the chickens were undercooked there was a bad smell coming from the rice.
Definitely will not buy from there again.

We got 4 biryanis, 2 chicken and 2 lamb. One of the boxes were only rice and there were NO pieces at all! They fill up the container with rice and barely any pieces. Scam! Spent 75$ on biryani and wasn’t worth it!

I ordered 5 packs of Biryani and the quality was pathetic. Looked as if someone simply reheated an old batch!

Tried Naan & Channa. Amazing taste. Very Reasonable prices. Got 2 naan and channa only for $10. Two people can eat easily. Naan was so delicious.

I have been dealing with bad customer service here and there with many restaurants that are not professionally organized. HOWEVER, yesterday what happened was by far the WORST experience I have had with a human interaction. I AM shocked to see they are still in business and the entire community should stand against them to end this once and for all. I have NEVER posted a negative review as I have always supported local small business. My 63 year old dad yesterday went to grab biryani and was told that 1 biryani will have two full pieces of chicken. He came home and there was literally 2 small pieces, they literally cut one piece into two. My dad went back and showed them that what was in the box and the lady had the audacity to claim that this is absolutely fine. He told her he has gotten the same item before and she just denied and said this is how it is. Upon leaving the store she told her fellow worker that people take food home, and bring it back to claim their refund just because they don’t need it anymore. It’s as if we have no other things to do them to return this mediocre food when its frigid cold outside. She was lucky that was my dad and not me because that is open slander. Please save your money and respect and do not go to this establishment. Yesterday was my dad, tomorrow it could be you.

I ordered a large tray lamb curry from this place…. Literally got 15 pieces of meat in it to feed 20 people… Embarrassing.
I know I will never go back and never recommend.

I wanted to enquire if there were peanuts or any nuts used in preparation of biriyani and tikka roll (confirmed with another branch they do not use).

The lady literally forced me to cancel my order and wouldn’t give it to my delivery driver.

Absolutely crazy and unprofessional. She deserves to be fired or at the least not be allowed to interface customers.

I found hair in the biryani the chicken was good tho but there was hair in the biryani that is one star worthy.

Food is good but the customer service is not the greatest. I ordered once in person and once on the phone. Both times it seemed like they don't really want to be there from their tone of voice and demeanor. They weren't rude nor were they welcoming. Karachi kitchen you guys can be great if you improve that!

Tried the Biryani, Nihari and Roti. They were all tasty. Biryani was a little dry. Could have been a little more juicy. Raita needs to improve. Overall a good deal for the budget

I wish I could give 0 stars. The dhal mash was stale and smelling rotten. I think it was couple of days before. For years my family have eaten from KARACHI KITCHEN. Unfortunately the owners changed and it has gone horrible. Please save yourself trouble and don't order food from here. Luckily the receptionist agreed to refund the money for the dhal mash.

The girl at the counter carry the worst behaviour. We asked for Karahi and biryani.and she gave wrong order when we call she did not admit her mistake never going back to this place staff need to learn how to give customer service

Reading all the bad reviews, i was tempted to try it for breakfast. I totally agree with all the negative reviews. Poor taste, small portions, bad behavior. Why do desi's act this way once their businesses start running.

The biryani is really good. It's one of the better ones I've had in Mississauga/Brampton. I only ordered the chicken biryani. I would go here again to try out other dishes.

Gave old biryani when the new batch was not ready. Taste was disgusting. We were at no rush, would have waited. Quality must be utmost priority

Great customer service. Whenever I call them to order food, it is ready when I get there. Chicken biryani (always flavourful) is my favorite and it is really worth the price. The two leg pieces are fairly big and they happened to be small then there will be three pieces. It is our new food emergency rescue place that never fails. I just wish that they are open until 10: 00 pm.

Pulao is good but I bought nihari here it was west of money oily watery no flavor it was worst Nihari of my life. Please don't don't serve something which your chef can't make it.thanks

Biryani that was given today was very old and had a smell, the chicken in it also had a very spoiled smell. The yogurt given with the biryani is very runny and watery. Would not recommend.

So I ordered one chicken karahi for which I paid $ 9 and what I received? Just too little tinny piece of chicken in a full bowl of gravy. Well, that was disappointing.

The Lamb & Boneless Chicken Biryani is quite pricey.

You expect to get what you paid for.
I've bought it quite a few times and most of the times I get these huge bones covered in fat in the Lamb Biryani box with rice. So if people paid for Lamb, they expect to get Lamb and not huge bones.

Also the Boneless Chicken Biryabi is so soggy and the meat is not properly cooked. The inside of the chicken is always red and slimy

The yogurt they serve in the small plastic containers to eat with the rice is always runny, very watery and sometimes spoiled.

And this has happened not once, but twice but several times.

Worst customer service and food. We called and asked to speak to the manager, and even that was met with resistance, as employees were pretending to be managers, and wouldn't give us their names. Once the supposed manager came on the phone, we explained to her the nihari we ordered tasted old and we had to throw it out. All she said was thank you, we'll check. I used to order a lot for our events from here, but not anymore.

Worst place ever. Over priced for the quantity of food. Lamb Briyani without any lamb and filled with bones. Chicken korma with 2 puny pieces of chicken. Kebabs tasted like sun dried tomatoes. Not going to this place ever.

Nice, clean, modern take out spot for Indian/Pakistani food. The food is excellent! The pricing is great and the staff are very friendly. All and all great place.

A very small takeout place. The environment might not be very nice. No foods on display to choose from. The food prices are expensive and portions are quite small. BUT the food tastes great all the time.
Especially the veal pulao which is only available on one day a week. No match for that.

Biryani is good, also they make pulao best. Always fresh. Economical and quick. Its only take out and catering. Happy food!

Every weekend i buy food from here, they have delicious chicken karahi and my fav Daal mash.lamb briyani and chicken briyani. Prices are reasonable but they have high quality ingredients That’s one reason i go there and i m repeating customer for them.i m just loving Pakistani Food

I ordered halwa puri recently. The quantity per order given me wrong and therefore ended up buying more than needed.
The quality of food just okay. Channay taste just fine and halwa is average as well.

Small place mainly for catering and take outs, unlike there mississauga branch they dont have daily specials. I tried biryani which was ok, haleem was good, aloo palak was good, chicken tikka roll and seekh kabab roll was great. The taste is not consistent sometimes. I would give 3.5 stars but thats not a option and 4 stars for this place is little too much.

My experience with this location was absolutely terrible. I had gone in to pick up a large party portion of the chicken karahi which was put in a large tin foil tray. The tray was so delicate and the sauce from inside was leaking everywhere. I found out when it was too late that I had sauce everywhere on my party clothes I was wearing. I noticed a long pause from the employees who just stared at me and because I didn’t know that happened, I wasn’t sure why they were looking at me in an odd way. The fact that they didn’t even tell me that their sauce got all over my party outfit because of their horrible packaging had me shocked. So irresponsible for them to not even at least double or triple tray it. Extremely inconvenient and cheap. I’ve been many other places that double bag items when it’s not even that heavy. I later had spills in so many places which is absolutely ridiculous! A restaurant should always provide fresh food with proper presentation. Please learn from this review! And if you’re planning on ordering large plates, make sure you.just don’t order from them.

Despite the great food and fare prices, thier advertising and Honor system is o%. I was disappointed from the outcome of their service. They don't have any respect for women especially. Very judgemental and never understanding people. When I came to know their website offers $5 for Haleem and they told me this deal is only offered at the Dixie location. I said to the lady, your website says this promotion is at his site, 20 maple st in brampton location. She said but it's at the Dixie location unfortunately I had to repeat 3 times that I am at the location u are advertising. You should honour it. The lady said no and not very empathic at this point. I spoke to the Manager of the location. This rude Manager was very judgmental and illogical person. Living in Canada, he should be very careful with words. He can be charged for lots of judgemental remarks that come out of his mouth. Speaking of untrue events which are irrelevant to the issue. He was claiming I had fought but the case was untrue I was speaking loud because I was frustrated that they would not honor this promotion as it is an error from their side.the end of it all, was that they never gave me what a I, the customer was asking for. So I left this take-out place with huge disappointments.: (
