We drove 40 km for one of my friends from Alberta to have desi Paan. They said we should've called because they usually run out of paan. Hmmm not a very promising answer. They shop had a good desi vibe and lots of products. Sad but will recommend CALL BEFORE YOU GO THERE.

Ordered 75 paan for a wedding last week. Tasty paan reasonably priced got a discount. Nice and frank customer service went there so many times. Would surely recommend this place to friends and family and to all paan lovers. Thank you

Read few comments on owner being rude and like. I went to try this place, found him a very straight forward and less talking guy. I told him about such comments and he simply said he isn’t sitting to make “relations”… you come to buy paan and stuff, take it and leave. Don’t ask me about weather, don’t advise me how to run my business and what not. I personally see the point he was trying to make, he made paan very diligently and very tasty, which some may not like as it’s not to their taste buds but for us Karachiittes, he has a great daisy taste. I had some choices which I told him and he did exactly that and as a result I had a wonderful experience. So for everyone who are going to test “customer service” … come on guys and be realistic.

The size, volume and taste of paan in the price he charge is 100 times better than Milan, royal or anyone else in town, period.

They make amazing paan but the owner has attitude problems. He is super rude and arrogant. But if you ignore him you will get a great paan.

Worst paan ever. Too much coconut fill which you can chew for ever. Quality of paan goes down significantly from past. Best you go to Milan, Royal or Khai ke paan

Worst place for payment options. Only cash and debit still understood.

Phone tap doesnt work, debit insert card does not work.only tap through card.they should a buy a new Pos machine.

Good tasty pan shop. Only thing to remove additional card payment fee. Should be on shop owner instead of customers

Has been my paan shop for the last 10+ years. Hands down the best paan in Toronto in my opinion (better than Baldev on Gerrard and Royal Paan).

Was just at this shop and the guy working has anger management. I went in to buy some sweets and he has supposedly has increased tbe price of goods so I asked why and he then tells me "dont you live in this world", he threatened and had almost attacked me.

I will be reporting you to the police of the illegal merchandise you keep behind your Toyota to sell to customers. Just watch and you will be out of business soon.

I just went there. 2nd December, 7.45pm.the guy who was working was not in a mood to serve any customer. I asked for paan. He said no paan available. Very bad customer service

Poor customer service, sales representative behavior was not good. Only one variety of pan was offered, which was prepared in advance and taste awful.

Ordered just simple sweet pan and they were delicious. Quite big in size and was made and kept. Would have been even better if they could make it in front of us. That way we can customize or alter the ingredients as needed.

The quality of pan is not that good. The pan maker is also bit arrogant.
Baldev Pan at Gerad St is much better.

Dont know why do ppl give false reviews, either such comments are from the owners themselves.
Dont waste your money in trying their, so called, FALUDA. It's nothing but a sweetened milk with artificial colors and very little ice cream that too of some company.

A go-to place for all the lovers of Pan! Also do not miss on Trying the falooda and kulfi. Great place and very humble owner.
