Horrible experience. Online ordering not working, payment terminal not working. Ordered combo for 4. They were out of beef kabab karahi ok no problem will get chicken kabab karahi. They are out of that too. Then they tried to charge me extra $28 for karahi that was already included in combo. After everything no gulab jamun packed in order. Confused staff. Will not be returning…

Came here with a large party (~20 people), and booked and ordered food.

Friend chicken appetizers were so tasty, I wish we had more of that. Unfortunately they didn’t allow us to order after we arrived. Secondly the fresh naan was delicious, I didn’t like the way they served it though. Yes it looks cool, but it’s annoying when splitting with a large party, cause no one is going to have that huge naan alone. The kebabs were hot! And so tasty. Lastly the karahis, which are the highlight were delicious. I preferred the chicken cause the goat one had a slight gamey taste.

The decor and atmosphere are adorable and the photographs of Lahore are a nice touch.

The service unfortunately was not my favorite. I understand with a large party it can get chaotic, but we ordered our food ahead of time. The servers seem to lack common sense when serving the food. They kept wanting to give all the food on one end and have us pass it down. These are hot plates and liquids, they should be placing them on the table. We basically needed to have a couple people from out party managing the servers to make sure the food was distributed evenly.

I think if a smaller group this restaurant would be good, but they are not fit for large parties (which most desi restaurants should be!).

Overall the food was delicious and if I am in the area again I would order from them

Best place to have a quiet evening with lots of yummy dishes to choose from. My and my hubby have been coming here every night and trying to dishes and I will tell you Manpreet and all other staff is wondering will treat you with the greatest respect right when you walk in:)

Excellent ambience for a party as we had one last weekend! A great feast to our taste buds.their Karahi dishes are too good with complete authentic taste! The manager n the staff are very co operative with pleasing etiquette!

We have come down to be with our kids and grandchildren here and decided to celebrate some ceremonies. Finally picked up this restaurant. Sheeba with her team made our event so memorable with the best Karahi items that we have ever had!

Sheeba, the manager was very helpful with all the arrangements that we had requested for. The staff was very cordial and made our event a great success. The food suggested by Sheeba was exactly to our needs. Wonderful place to host family and friends.

Loved this place. Fish is a must try followed by potohari. Family Naan is something you would take a picture of before eating it

We went here for my brother’s anniversary. Pretty descent restaurant with good interior. Small but Simplified menu. We were served by Foyaza. We ordered Tandoori wings, KB’s chicken Karahi and family Naan & Biriyani. Everything was superb. Biriyani taste can be improved.
Taking out one star because washrooms were smelling bad. Otherwise considering food taste, presentation and ambiance.definitely must go place.

We went late in the evening hoping and wishing this place is open, and it was! We were greeted by a cheerful Manpreet and we immediately got the table. We ordered - Lahori fish, Karahi Chicken, Family Naan (I am not sure how I feel about it hanging but it was fresh and tasted great) and a Chicken Dum Biryani. The food was super delicious and slightly on the spicy side. It was three of us and had to pack the biryani for the next day.

Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

Horrible experience! Ordered just 1 Biryani, said it’s going to take 45 mins cause they are busy.understandable. What I don’t understand is me going to pick up the order and the lady says “ sorry but we ran out, you can order something else”. I’m sorry, but WTH? ! You couldn’t inform your customer via call or text instead of me having to drive there and find out?

Food is good, except the value is bad. Way too overpriced if you are not ordering lunch specials. For the price you expect the naan to be real made in a tandoor, but they serve store bought naan instead. I miss the previous restaurant which was here and was way better food and value, La Sani Grille.

So today I went to this infamous Karahi joint and perhaps the last time (Ajax location). They had the slowest service which I may have experienced in my life at a restaurant. In fact even the table next to us complained about their 45 minute wait.

Pls don’t order the Toofani shrimps. There is nothing “tornado” about it. It’s Costco frozen shrimp battered up and fried. 6 pieces for $14, Popeyes has better options.

As I’ve attached my invoice and requested to bring food items whichever is ready first to which they obliged. Great. But who serves Kabab’s without bread? ! Karahi Boys.

I was observing for 25 minutes the manager kept offering free bread to the next table without even noticing us. Back to back fresh bread and my chicken Kabab’s were enjoying the patio weather without the bread. This moment I decided to leave. The blame was put on me that I requested the Kabab to be provided earlier. I guess sometimes the customer is wrong as I don’t have the right to eat my Kababs with naan. My time stamp for food pic taken vs invoice printed can be compared.

We left the restaurant and I requested everything take away and you can see from the pics I ate the rest at home.

Such restaurants should learn from other franchises on how pressure should be handled. I understand that after lockdown restrictions service industry is short staffed, servers, cooks etc are not yet ready to come back due to the pandemic. Also some items on the menu were not available. Which is understandable. But there are ways. I would’ve happily waited before taken to my table and the restaurant managed their customers accordingly.

While visiting the bathroom I noticed that delivery orders were being served at a fast pace.

No butter on the naans as requested.

I wanted to leave the restaurant without taking any food but after spending hour and a half and some restaurants closing at 10 I had to bite the $97 bullet.

No doubt. The KB special was tasty.

The worst food quality, worst taste and lousy service I have ever experienced. A complete waste of time and money and a complete waste of precious weekend out with family. Completely terrible experience.

The fish and kabob is delicious! The manager and staff are very nice people and the service is amazing. The place is also very well kept.

Tasty and fresh food, amazing services, Staff specially Sheeba and Munpreet are very professional and warm welcome personalities. Overall great experience.

Unfortunately - it is a bit over-priced, thus does not worth the money. It was my first experience and there is no reason to go back again. Tasteless chicken karahi including barayani. None of my family member enjoyed the food.

Good service, good food. My first time I find best restaurants in Durham region, thanks for good service farida and manprith. We will come again.
