Love the food and vibe. Had halwa poori, it was delicious. They have the best karak chai. Would love to visit again. Owner was very friendly. Highly recommended.

I went to this place first time today. And honestly, the owner and services were awesome. The way they served and the front desk receptionist were so polite. I tried nihaari and naan. And tbh they were perfect. I really recommend this place. Go and try Halal Pakistani cuisine.

Awesome place, Excellent service and the food is awesome here. Very quick service as well as the nature of the owner is very nice. No words about their weekend breakfast as well as regular service because everything is very perfect!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. I can't stop thinking about the delicious dishes I enjoyed. The ambiance was great, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

Ordered Palak Paneer which was of very less quantity & one order of Aloo Goni which had hardly any chopped potatoes. This dish was floating in oil. Very disappointing.

This place was a beautiful find! It's small but well put together. Sometimes overcrowded places are annoying. Interiors and seating arrangements are great. The food is even better. Everything was proportioned well and cooked. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced. We ordered nihari and halwa puri nashta on Eid. You can tell the owners put their heart into it all. We will be going back and my family should've listened to me sooner.

The food was not at all tasty and way overpriced. The biryani tasted stale and the butter chicken had a ketchup like taste which was absolutely disgusting. To top it off the staff was incredibly rude and served us late despite arriving half an hour early and informing them of our arrival.

Staff had completely forgot about our reservation and did not have any food ready for us even though they knew it is the month of Ramadan and people are fasting and hungry. They even served us dates and appetizers long after the fast had opened.

I have never experienced such disorganized people and poor customer service. They definitely have many fake reviews here.

Amazing place for dinning in. This is my second time at this restaurant. I have not had any food more delicious than these guys.
It surprises me that they serve better food than Karahi Boys and Karahi Point.

I will gladly recommend them for those who haven't tried here yet.

I traveled from Ajax to try out this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The front desk staff, particularly the girl with glasses, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making for a poor first impression. Her attitude was unwelcoming and it was clear that she had no interest in providing good customer service.

Went to Karahi hut for the first time today. Had heard great reviews about this place and the food lived up to it. We ordered the grill platter (8/10) and Nihari (9/10) with Naan. We topped it off with Zarda (7/10) but overall the food eating experience was good.

Overall, we love the food and ambiance of this place as it was our first visit. Ordered the chicken and beef kabob along with a karahi called dhoan dar. Kabobs were quite delicious. However, the karahi was a disappointment.

First time visited at friend’s recommendation and it was great experience. Clean place and delicious food. They provide potatoes, pickles and good portion of halwa in breakfast. A few other restaurants where we had breakfast don’t provide potatoes and always out of pickles.
The interior is beautiful. The couple of things that could be improved are more courtesy and genuine hospitality in staff and removal of service charges. I mean your dine in charges are already higher than take out but still you are charging service fee and still there’s an option to pay tip (why charging service charges and still expecting to tip).

First time we tried there chicken biryani especially we came from Kingston …one of the best biryani we ever tried…. Must try…

Just came home from a lunch event at Karahi Hut and all the guests loved the food selection. Spice level was on point, both veg and non-veg items were well cooked.
You gotta try the signature karahi and Nihari.
I would visit them again for sure.

Placed an order 2 days ahead and we had to cancel the order 15min after making the e-transfer and order confirmation. The owner was very rude and took 40% of the money which is insane. They claimed that the meat was already marinated for the food. Who will marinate meat for an order prior to 2 days?

We had a surprise celebration for one of my dearest friends and colleague who was moving on to a new career. Catered to so many friends from many years past (won’t say how many) and what a great venue. The service was amazing and the food was exceptional! I’m definitely coming back again! Highly recommended!

Literally the most amazing food I’ve had in such a long time! It was like extreme comfort food but elevated! And the staff was so great and had the best suggestions ya ou have to try the boneless karahi! 10/10 would recommend!

We had the halwa puri breakfast at Karahi hut which was done perfectly well.

The price can not be beat either. Their lassis are also very good.

Had Pakistani breakfast (Halwa puri and naan and nihari). Its the best halal restaurant I know of in Pickering.

We visited Karahi Hut in person for the first time this past week and were welcomed by the lovely owner Ruby! Given it was the first time my family was placing a catering order, Ruby and her daughter were really helpful in understanding our budget and providing us the best options to proceed with. The food was ready for the exact time that was agreed upon for pickup and was very fresh and warm. We had the lahori channay, badami veal qorma, chicken dum biryani, tandoori chicken and mango delight. It was commendable, indulged and loved by all of our family, so we were really pleased as hosts. Thank you Ruby and team for the great experience and we can not wait to order from Karahi Hut again!:)

We visited Toronto for the first time from the UK and never have we had such delicious food! The variety of the food is incredible, but more than that the taste is first-class and is already the main reason we'll be coming back to this country- for the Karahi Hut food! You can taste the dedication and skill in the authentic, classic flavours, and the servers were the kindest, most welcoming people. Highly highly recommend for real authetic Pakistani flavours and a lovely atmosphere!

Delicious, although a bit too spicy. Tandoori chicken is excellent and chicken seekh kebabs are great.

Have eaten here a few times. Great food and friendly service always. Our favourite go to Pakistani restaurant in Durham region.

We went at the restaurant to inquire about private event packages and also ordered Nihari and Shinwari Karahi with naan. Both dishes were delicious. I have had food from other restaurants in the Durham region and found Karahi Hut the best so far in terms of taste and quantity. Not to forget, their customer service is amazing. The owners and other staff are super friendly and treat you well. I am looking forward to hosting a private event at their location soon.

One of the best Halwa Puri I have tried around in GTA. Authentic Pakistani, home made taste, unlike other place which try to make it more generic and end up using different spices, with a very different taste.

Their Nihari has amzing taste, and naans are the best in town and always fresh. Very good customer service as well.

One of THE best karahis in the Toronto/Durham area. Much much better than karahi boys. Their shinvari karahi and Dum karahi is just Super nice owners and amazing service. Restaurant atmosphere is amazinggg too.

It has been multiple times I had their Chicken Dum Biriyani. I really liked the food and price is affordable. I believe rest of their menu and prices as well. Great work folks!

Excellent! Came here for a quick lunch and ended up order almost all the menu! The flavors were so wonderful! Amazing little place in a quiet little plaza. The owner is friendly and helpful! The food was very fresh and flavorful! Definitely recommend this place!

My family and I came for a dinner and were pleased with the service. They have the best chicken shanwari, naan, kebabs, biryani and nihari. Atmosphere is clean and friendly. Prices are reasonable and food portions were large. Highly recommend this place.

WOW. WOW. WOW. 10 Star biryani. I have been so disappointed by scam places like SilverSpoon that I have been skeptical to try briyani for low prices.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAAAZING. First, thank you for the chunks of chicken and NOT PLAIN RICE like SILVER SPOON. The food was delicious - all throughout and had tons of meat. Ordered kabobs too which were a bit dry but overall I will 10000% go back

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Owners are very friendly and give excellent service to their customers. Karahi hut food was very delicious especially the biryani, nihari, chicken krahi, garlic Naan, and zarda rice were so perfect and mouthwatering. The whole family enjoyed and loved the food very much. Awesome and delicious food to serve with amazing platters and a soothing sitaar music in the background. And staff and the owners themselves are so nice and cooperative. Their garlic naans and dum ka Qeema and zarda is a must try. And chicken dum biryani and charsi karahi are superb delicious. So guys, if you wanna go and eat authentic desi (Pakistani) food with beautiful ambiance and great customer service, give it a tryand you will love it

Our 1st. Visit to this beautiful authentic Pakistani restaurant in Pickering.
We have been always in search of best Pakistani flavored dishes in GTA.
Before I start my review I would like to tell very honestly I have no relationship or friendship with anyone at this restaurant.
1st.time walked in and ordered our food.
Nihari, Goat Paya and Tandoori Naan.
Table service was great, our order served in timely manner.
Both dishes were very delicious and quantity of dishes were very generous.
Food was served in decent cutlery, specially nowadays due to COVID19 most of our desi restaurant are providing their food in paper plates and plastic utensils.
We are so pleased and happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who has the passion for Pakistani food.
The ambiance has lots of personal touch. Pictures says it all.
Most important part of the business is how you keep your washrooms, one of the cleanest washroom in any Pakistani restaurant I have ever seen.

Highly recommended to visit and enjoy the delicious food.
Make sure you have enough patients to wait for the mouth watering food.

Great and fresh food, Clean and nice employees. Haven’t tasted anything like it ever before, I have bought Karachi Hut for many functions in the past and it never seems to disappoint me. Very kind owner and for what it’s worth the food quantity is really good.

Have tried the food a few times now, never fails to impress the palate. The food tastes delicious, has the right amount of spice level and not a ton of oil like a lot of other restaurants. The chicken Biryani is one the best I had, fragrant and flavorful rice as well as meat. The wings are fingerlicking good and their chicken tandoori reminded me of the absolute authentic clay oven taste that I never had elsewhere in Canada! I hope they continue with the consistency and stay authentic in the long run!

Catering wise this restaurant 0 level last minute cancel whole order and return money and charge only cash and then get Catering order food time food always good and price is good and reasonable

My family and I enjoyed a lovely meal at Karahi Hut. The staff was friendly the decor was amazing and the food tasted home made and delicious! Highly recommend the veal pulou, hut Karahi and chaat.

We went for the weekend breakfast and the staffs were nice to greet us and made us feel important. Food was very delicious and tasted just like home made. I will definitely go back to try other dishes and recommend everyone to try this restaurant.

Generally okay food. Butter chicken was very salty and not up to par with butter chicken found elsewhere. The naan is decent. May have to try other dishes for a final verdict but I don't think I'll eat here often.

Delicious food and cozy ambience. Their Hut Karahi, Beef Seekh Kebab and Daal are great. Family-sized portions and quick service.

Tried the Chicken Karahi (half kg) over the weekend. Was left very disappointed. The Karahi did not look or taste like a Karahi from Pakistan. Had a strong ginger taste with no tomatoes.extensive amount of oil.

Staff extremely friendly and hospitable. Food excellent and well prepared with authentic back home taste. The place itself has a very homey, cozy look and the service extremely commendable!

Went there first time today and tried their special Hut Karahi and Paye. Both were very delicious. Dine in environment and customer service is good. Will be visiting again on the weekend.

We went to Karahi Hut at the recommendations of our friend. It was worth the trip. Nice ambiance and food was tasty. We had halwa puri, Nihari and Paaye with naan. What we liked puris were not overly oily and food wasn’t too spicy. Our wait person, Danial was very attentive and friendly.
Talking to owners they plan to be open for sehri on weekends during Ramadan.

True authentic Pakistani cuisine. We tried the chicken dum biryani and nihari.absolutely delicious.especially nihari was bang on! Can’t wait to try other items!

Great new restaurant in Pickering serving authentic Pakistani food. We tried their chat, Kebab platter, biryani and their speciality Hut Karahi! All the dishes were amazing. Great taste and you can tell they were freshly made The restaurant has a very nice ambiance and the service was excellent. I have already recommended the restaurant to friends snd family. I am sure it will be a regular place for us going forward!

Food was delicious. Had the chaat papri, which is a family favourite. Good portion size and very flavourful. Also ordered a few beef and chicken seekh kabab wraps and a chicken tikka. All were tasty and very satisfying. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes. From the couple visits (takeout), I have made to the restaurant, service has been great!
