Food was good and the staff specially gagan was so humble and the service was on time and smooth. I think owner should hire more employees like her and she should be promoted as well. I would definitely Visit again just because of the exceptional service I received.

The food was good but the service was extremely good. The staff suggested chicken karahi which was really good.

I did my son 1st birthday at there it was my 1st time and I'm very happy. Every single guest of mine said food was so delicious and all the arrangements are awesome it's just because of Karahi Point. You guys are doing such a great job the staff, atmosphere, food every single thing was excellent. Highly highly recommend

Placed an order here at 11pm as told on the phone the order would be ready in 30 - 45 min. Got there close to 12. Upon arrival no staff was outside. Upon waiting finally one of the servers came out, asked me the order name. Then proceeded to the back. Waited for her and still the order wasn’t ready. I politely asked her how long and she said her friend is bringing it out. The order was brought out and I paid and left. We got home and the food was extremely cold, stale and not fresh at all. The chicken biryani tasted as if it was 1 week old and warmed up a dozen times. The chicken Karhai was so bad, I couldn’t believe we got it from KP. The chutney was so watery, clearly you can tell how old there food products are all the mint is all the way at the bottom. And on top of that we ordered regular coke, got home and yet another surprise we were given one of them Coke Zero. Everything went straight into the bin, thanks for wasting our hard earned money of $64.38 straight into the garbage. Myself and our family has always raved about KP and the delicious food and all the amazing experiences we’ve had at the Finch location. We figured it’s the same establishment, so we went ahead and placed the order. But not anymore this was the last time. So disappointed with how we were treated here. These types of businesses when they neglect customer service and the quality of the food they eventually lead to closures. Why are you open till 4AM? Cut down with the hours and serve quality food, instead of serving cold, stale and old food. With the one bite we ate, I’m praying we don’t get sick with food posing. Stay away from this location especially. I will be reaching out to public health to look into this location immediately.

I have ordered Chicken Biryani (Mild) and finally got something in a bowl that was just a mixture of uncooked green chilies and a lot of other peppers on rice with no taste instead of spiciness. I just say if you do not know how to cook Biryani kindly do not call it Biryani. Highly not recommended for everyone.

I am a regular customer at this place. Lately they have started giving the regular fries and also unsalted with chicken kalab roll. Today after picking up the order I noticed one kabab piece in the role was hard. Too Hard to chew.

Please start the old Indian style crispy fries.

Too much oil and very mild flavour food. When we asked to take out the oil. The waiter said, you should have told earlier. I'm not sure how are suppose to know, we're gonna get food floating in oil lake. Secondly don't order for any onion, they'll half onion with 1/4 lemon and call it as onion salad and charge $2.99. Not going again.

First time having Pakistani food! I heard a lot of good things about this place and the reviews are always raving so I was excited to try it! We got a mango lassi, chicken Karahi and garlic naan. We also got 2 desserts to bring home. Service was a little slow, there was only one server but it wasn’t busy so it wasn’t that bad. The karahi had a good kick of spice, we got medium spice but I wish I got the spiciest level! The garlic naan was delicious and the mango lassi was so creamy. I’d love to try more dishes next time but it was a good intro to Pakistani food

Ordered lamb Biriyani and had great expectations. I was extremely disappointed when I had the first bite. It was half boiled rice stirred with some lamb that was dripping in oil. Never ever in my life had Biriyani like this. I was in agony leaving plate full of something as I hate to waste food. Paid in full and left. Never coming back here.

I hope you don't get food like this if you ever have the Biriyani.

Manpreet gave me the wrong order so I drove back to this small unorganized restaurant to pick up the correct order they didn’t even apologize the food tasted awful the chicken taste boiled with no flavour the potatoes were uncooked and hard?
I will never come back to this disgusting place again the customers who dine in are loud & rude & if you like the sound of screaming children when you’re eating be my Guest & come to this cockroach infestation of a restaurant after waiting half an hour

Really liked the atmosphere, it brings back the background feel. The taste is good especially naans and their kebabs. I would also recommend going to this place as its a hub of Indian/pakistani overall.

I came from far away and tried lamb biryani and bihari kabob lamb biryani was uncooked and bihari kabob was tested like old marinated Wasted my time and my many and needed to go another restaurant to have food Im realy sorry

Their food is always great any of the location u try…. I use to go to the finch location but now i come to this location because Ayushi is working at this location now…. Just live her service and the food is always great as i said.

I bought a deal with 4 beef seekh bkababs and nihari worth 32 dollars. And a separate order of Kabab roll a few days ago during first week of October 2021. The kababs were bland taste just like Afghani kebabs. They were overcooked hard and rubbery. Not at all pakistani taste. Nihari was just like normal saalan, was bland in taste. I would recommend especially for Pakistani customers if they like to have pakistani taste, then please don't go to this place to avoid disappointment. Thanks

Food was good and fresh, but service not so good. There was a fly bothering is the whole time we were there. Crockery and cutlery was chipped and not polished. When asked to pack the left overs we were given the containers to pack it ourselves.

Kabab Karahi.and I can't say anything more.this place is small and has dine in but is service is good and the food is an absolute must to try. I was given complimentary roti as well. 10/10 Kabab karahi.

We were there yesterday that is on 4th sept 2021. The food was pathetic. The naans were burnt. The girl on cash register was very rude. We always drive 2 hrs there as there food and service used to be really good but now we were really disappointed. The money went down the drain. We were not satisfied at all their food.

They make wheat rotis in tandoor which is the biggest plus for us. We love their tandoori chichen, chicken seekh kebabs and lamb dishes. Consistent in taste and is good value for money.

Great karhai! Naans were good to. Nihari, not bad. If you go here to eat karhai with naan then you will not be dissatisfied.

It was a great experience to have lunch at karahi point. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Though there AC was not working but i was so pleased with the behaviour and the service of the staff, Shazia. We guys did a great job. Hope to visit you soon.

This restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've ever been in. It has great customer service I definitely reccomend it is very friendly and clean. Employees are respectful and welcoming. 5/5 stars, would come again!

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in GTA. It has such good customer service and the employees are so welcoming and friendly, this has the best food out of all the restaurants I've been to. On my birthday they gave me a free dessert which I really enjoyed.

When i called to restaurant about my worst boneless chicken biriyani order she directly hand over to chefs and chefs said that he is manager.i order for boneless but when i reached home and open it was born chicken biriyani.email i discuss on phone with restaurant but at last they didn't accept their mistake.i also went to restaurant and give them back to biriyani.and ask about owner.but owner was not pick up my call.overall no one response you when you got wrong order from restaurant.

We ordered chicken Biryani / Lahori fish/ and Channas for Eid lunch and were very disappointed in the quality of food provided.
The fish was thankfully very good as it had been the previous times we ordered from this place.

The chicken biryani- was not only lack luster in flavour but it was obvious from the taste and texture that it was not freshly made. A few days old. The chicken had no flavour. And the rice did not have the fresh scent or flavour. We would never order such food again.

The Channas were also lack luster and tasted as if they had been cooked a few days earlier. And the Channas seemed to have been cooked with too much baking soda or something.

Update: karahi point called to apologize and provided us replacement food which was very good

Website clearly says lunch specials everyday, but the Etobicoke location refused, said its M- F only.

They don't give any napkins or spoon on take out. There is no garbage bin available inside. There is no washroom available for customer. I always visit finch location and it is the best location.

There quality of food and Service is been deteriorated. Price is also on the higher side as compare to similar cousin restaurants in area.

So we went there last year for the first time when we were visiting Toronto, we ordered a whole tray of nihari for a pot luck back in Michigan. When we checked the nihari, we thought that there were a little few pieces of meat in there anyways long story short the owner accommodated us graciously and gave us few extra pieces of meat in the nihari. Now whenever we go to Toronto, we stop there for our meals, last time twice in two days. Their Karahi is the best and staff is friendly.

First time ordered chicken dum biryani with medium spice level! The biryani was hands down the most pathetic one I’ve ever had in GTA! No spice level at all, very bland and dry!
Other items from the menu could be good but not the chicken dum biryani!

I loved the food. The food is amazing but the hygiene I'm not so sure. I was disappointed seeing house flies sitting on the food. 3 stars just for the food nothing else.

People don't know how to make lamb Biryani or lamb karahi ordered both of them meat was like taken out from freezer and watery karahi. First and last never gonna order again.

The food over here is not good in taste. The naans are rock hard and difficult to eat, the food is very oily. I ordered medium karahi which was full of oil. I mentioned specifically that i need my food mild spicy but it was too spicy my nephew was not able not to eat it.

My brother suggested me this place Ordered food from this place for my birthday. Karahi chicken, chicken tikka biryani and daal gosht. The chicken was fresh and lip smacking loved the Karahi chicken. The chicken tikka biryani was delicious and the accompaniment was perfect. Overall really nice food, Glad that I bought the food from this place and everything was perfect.

If you're looking to eat something greasy and spicy this is best place for you. Karachi chicken is very tasty. I have no words to describe.

Only Bihari was bit too juicy which is not good for Bihari boti

I had a aftar dinner at karahi point. I must say that all food was very well cooked. Taste of each item was really very delicious and great.
Service is very good.
Spacious and good seating arrangements.
I must say that they shall open a location at Mississauga.

Family and I came in from out of town to this restaurant. We had found it close to our hotel and it was convenient, we were lucky. This was the best Pakistani restaurant we have ever been to (we’re all Pakistani too). The food was fresh and delicious. The staff also was very helpful and had great customer service.

We will back if we’re ever in the area!

Checked out the Finch location for my friend’s birthday and the food was absolutely amazing. The two servers Ayushi and Gill provided excellent customer service. They even surprised my friend with a cake and birthday song. The only thing I would have changed was the naan was too thick. Overall I ️ the place. Definitely going back!

Great food. The chicken karahi was great. The biriyani didn't have too much spices which some people might like. Service was terrible though. The waitress was so rude.

Amazing chicken Karhai. Felt like i was back home in Karachi eating. Karhai was fresh. Spices good and Cooked to perfection must try with their tandoori nans. Service was good too. Highly recommended.

Server Gulpreet made the experience absolutely amazing for my family. Food was phenomenal and they were very flexible. I had asked to pay on the side for the whole meal and they made sure everything was as smooth as butter. 10/10 would for sure come again! Good job Gulpreet!

The Karahi was so delicious here and didn’t regret my decision of going there. Biryani lovers you would have a disappointment as it is not as good as other places. Definitely check it out if you are into karahi and other curries.

It’s always a great experience whenever we visit Karahi Point. We order the chicken karahi and you can tell it’s made fresh. So much flavour. The seekh kababs are also delicious. They aren’t pre-made and re-heated unlike other places. The naans are some of the best we’ve had. This is definitely our favourite place to go whenever we crave authentic Pakistani food. Service is also great.

As an unexpected bonus, their french fries are so good!

Service mediocre, the staff confused people by asking some about level of spice and some nothing. Place very dingy to sit. Food not same quality as the other location. Even the bread not the equivalent. We ordered chicken karahi with bone thinking bones would get some flavor in but all the pieces were the dark meat ones and rib cage no chicken leg. It was not the proper chicken just wings and dark meat part of other chickens. Horrible experience would never go back. We were happy with the other location.

Great tasting authentic Pakistani Karahi and excellent service. We were a bit unsure when we first arrived at the location. The place looked small from the outside and the font on the sign saying 'Karahi Point' made it look unprofessional. However we decided to give it a try and were very pleased with the experience. The owners should consider improving the look of the restaurant from the outside. A small change like having a better-designed sign will make a big difference to the first impression for customers.

Great service from the Rawinder and Ayushi. I had came in with 10 people and there was no wait. They were nice and friendly. The nahiri could have been better but the kababs naans and daal was amazing! This place can use some background music though and glass would be nice instand of plastic glass for the beverages. Overall, not a bad place to visit.

Great food choices (marinated to perfection) and fresh naan to go with a wide variety of dishes. The staff are very professional and super friendly! Highly recommend this place if you’re going with friends or family.

The flavours and the naan, just spectacular. Tight succinct menu, doing a few things and doing them so well. Our lamb curry was delightful, the daal dish absolutely wonderful.
Great service with smiles all around, definitely coming back here soon and often.

If I would have an opportunity I would give more star to this place. The food is awesome n with that an excellent service both this make dining experience perfect. The staff are very knowledgeable about they are doing and what they are providing. Keep it up good work.

We visited this place on Wednesday and the food is very fresh and tasty. We had their famous Chicken Karahi (with bones) and it was so delicious. Karahi point is now on our monthly restaurant list for sure.
