Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday a week before the event. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and they were beautiful. My friend was so thrilled with them. They lasted almost two weeks before having to be disposed of. I was very pleased with the service and quality and will be purchasing from Karen's again for any floral needs that may arise. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements or plants to be sent to friends or loved ones.

Karen is the greatest florist I have ever worked with. Not only did she consistently response to all my questions in a timely fashion but she was able to create the perfect bouquet for my sister's wedding. The flowers were top quality and tied together beautifully. She even sent a bucket of water with the bouquet as she knew it was an hour drive to the venue from her shop. The thoughtfulness of this establishment is phenomenal. Thank you again for making my sister's wedding even more special with such a wonderful arrangement!

I purchased a bouquet for my Mom's birthday and they were disappointingly small. The bouquet was very nicely arranged, but this is what a $100 will get you. Delivered on time, and nice colours. I guess everything is more expensive these days.

I ordered the designers choice for my wife's 59th birthday $85.00 plus $25.00 delivery. What She received was an arrangement with left over flowers. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special birthday. The family sent a pic to me of the bouquet they received. They definitely appear fresh and a well designed bouquet. However, at $113.00, I felt the bouquet seems very small.: (Perhaps its because these are bigger city prices but in my area (Kitchener), the bouquet would have been more substantial. I feel as if my gift looks like I didn't want to spend much when I did.: (

The customer service was great and they were able to put a special order through for me with same day delivery even though I was late submitting it. They also worked with me to make the arrangement extremely special despite being very low on the colour of flower I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

I've used Karen's flower shop to get flowers for Mothers day for the past several years. They also do an unbelievable job with the arrangement. I've had them deliver flowers and I've picked them up - the service has always been great.

Beautiful shop. Large and clean with a great selection of flowers, plants and a variety of accessories and giftwear. The young lady who served me was very helpful and sweet. She took so much care in perfectly wrapping my roses.

Excellent service. I have ordered arrangements from them a couple of times and they have always delivered the finest. Also, unlike other florist options that charge you for the card but instead deliver the message on a piece of printed paper, Karens always ensures that there is personal touch to every delivery with handwritten card. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was amazing, the only reason I give one less star is due to the website layout, I personally prefer a more modern layout with the option to have email notifications, upon delivery and departure for delivery (think like an Amazon tracker) but aside from that the service and flower's were amazing! The bold and beautiful was a great choice and the flowers were gorgeous! Always my go to flower shop. The girlfriend loved it!

I highly recommend Karen's Flower Shop in Burlington, Ontario. My sister loved her arrangement. She said there was a unique lily in the arrangement that she had never seen before. I must say I had not seen it before either. The vase was quite different as well. She plans on keeping and reusing it as well. In the future you will get all my business for flowers I need to go there.
