Spent a lovely evening here for my birthday dinner. The server Natasha was very attentive and very friendly. The food was delicious and staff were great. Even brought out two surprise delicious tarts as a birthday treat!

The location is conveinently located in Yorkville with easy approach and parking.

Absolutely loved the ambiance at the space, it was upscale, dark and felt like a party. Staff was freindly but the biggest highlight was the food, no matter what you ordered you would be pleased - especially with their wagyu dinners.

Server was friendly in the beginning but got rude when we were paying, we split the bill and one of us wanted to pay cash and the server said if you pay cash they don’t have any change. What restaurant does not have change when they accept cash?

The atmosphere is absolutely incredible and such an amazing vibe all around) dining here feels like a whole night-out experience of its own! The servers even brought out complimentary shots. Their food is so incredibly flavourful. The only reason for removing a star is the incredibly expensive pricing of all their menu options. It makes it slightly difficult to have a well-portioned out meal that isn't 70$-100$ a person.

Came here last night for last night eats and I was feeling so sick from drinking all day.

The staff are extraordinarily helpful, attentive and happy to do their job which was refreshing even though we came 30 minutes before closing, and I can imagine they were tired.

I had some fried rice and chicken and it was so delicious I’m still thinking about it today. I need to go back for dinner asap!

Loved the ambiance on the rooftop patio. Very lively and chic. Great for a night out with a group of friends/ special occasions. Staff were friendly. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Not impressed with the cocktail menu though.
Will definitely return.

Went for dinner recently. Got seated at the “inside-out” table by the window without even asking. It was a fantastic spot for people watching. The food was delicious. Brussell sprouts and the black cod were heavenly. Servers were all very attentive and nice. Able to modify the pitcher of margarita to out taste! Will definitely return and recommend.

Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Me and my friend (who are both servers at a restaurant) went on Saturday night for drinks and dinner. The food was good but the service was genuinely terrible. Our server Ariel was extremely dismissive and rude, and it honestly ruined our entire dining experience. She didn’t check on us once and it was hard to get her attention to ask for literally anything (she would go to the tables beside us and then completely ignore us even after making eye contact and trying to call her over). We politely asked her to remove something from the table because when the food came our table got crowded and she scoffed and said “I’m doing a bunch of different things so I can’t do that right now” in a really rude tone. We wouldn’t have asked her to do that if she was holding anything, but she wasn’t. She also asked me if I would like for my food to be packed up WHILE I WAS STILL EATING, so we just felt extremely rushed to leave. We asked for espresso martinis with Baileys (which she told us was no extra charge since the baileys would replace the Kahlua). Another server brought us our martinis (one with Baileys and one without), we told her that we asked for both with Baileys, and she was super nice about it and went to go change it. When we got the bill we were charged for a shot of Baileys even though Ariel said it was the same price… At that point we didn’t even bother arguing because we just wanted to leave, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The food is good but if you’re going to be spending a lot of money you might as well go somewhere with good service.

Took my partner here for his birthday and it took 25 minutes after we were seated for a server to come help us. Keep in mind this was not even a busy period, it was midday on a Thursday and there were no more than 15 other people in the entire restaurant. Go here if you would like to waste your time!

Been here couple times. But this time food was not so good. Tuna tartar had 0 flavour and tasted a bit “fishy”.
The lobster Maki roll had no flavour. I shared everything with my partner and they agreed. The pork buns were good though. Very dissatisfied. Maybe the chef changed or maybe the ingredients but my food was not worth it.

Actually Kasa moto is one of my favorite restaurants in town. I like the atmosphere, the food and almost everything about it. But, this review is only for the manager’s attitude. Actually we reserved for 2 person at Kasa Moto last week, the manager came and told us that he will not responsible for anything, he said this because we said the girl who was guiding us promised us that we are gonna sit in the patio but when he came he said no we don’t promise anything and we are not responsible for anything. The issue is, how can a restaurant be irresponsible for everything? Even he can not promise about the quality so? The manager’s attitude was disrespectful and was not proper for this high quality place.

The sushi was good, but nothing special. The pork buns were not very good. The roasted Brussels sprouts were very tasty. Service was excellent and the view of the sidewalk on Friday night was like watching a runway fashion show!

Nice patio. However the expensive we had with the hostess was outrageous. Thursday night 7.30, my friend and I had a reservation and unfortunately our table was right under the sun, and it was +30C, no umbrella. Restaurant was almost empty at that time. Nicely we asked for another table. With an arrogance and rudness and an absolute unwillingness to help and give it a thought, very young hostess at the front desk offered us a small table in the back or nothing. She said that maybe other customers would come and they keeping best seats for them. Maybe we didnt look rich enough for her. She was wearing a see through, small tank top without a bra which was absolutely unaprorpiate at the work place and was nice only to male customers. I saw the dynamic while waiting to get another table, which we didnt get. If it wouldn't be for my friend who really wanted to stay, I would not stay at the restaurant that employs such a rude people. Thank God the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. But this girl had no problem to send us back to where we came from. Such an unscale and expensive place has to know better.

Booked this place tonight and then after waiting 45 min they were letting all these “sexy women” in who didn’t have reservations couldn’t get the table we booked. It’s a pick up joint and food is massively overpriced. Much better Japanese places in Toronto.

I have been meaning to try this restaurant so was very excited to book a table with them to try their summerlicious menu. We were first sat in the patio upstairs which had a wonderful vibe. We were later told that we were not allowed to sit up there if we were ordering off the summerlicious menu which I found very strange (as if they wanted to hide people who were ordering off this menu). We were brought downstairs and our server was lovely. The food is over prices for what they give you on the menu. However, the sushi was very delicious!

Total time from start to finish was 31 minutes. What a rushed unenjoyable experience

The food was all brought to the table within 7 minutes of being ordered, none of which were hot which clearly indicates nothing is being prepared fresh. Almost all dishes ordered were also lacking any flavour.

This restaurant needs to go along with anyone that thinks of attending this waste of money. And by go, I mean go somewhere else to eat

I have been many times at this resturant. The food and atmosphere is good. The management system is disaster. The manager keep telling to customer nothing is guaranteed. Great resturant with more investment on management system
