Don’t go here, the food is so bland and the customer service is terrible. Our server was so introverted and was to us being so nonchalant and rude. He literally never spoke to us and we had to call him over. There’s no music in there whatsoever and by the time they bring you the rice it’s freezing cold. The meat was so thin and bland, my friend said the sushi was bad. Definitely not worth the $45, your better off going to gyubee where they actually have interacting servers and delicious food and hot rice:)

Food was cheap per person which I should of taken as a sign. Better off spending extra and going else where for better quality meat.

Great spot, lots of choice. Short ribs, mussels and brisket especially were really good

4 stars though because the service was lacking a bit- they seemed very rushed even when it wasn't busy and weren't very friendly

First time coming here, good experience. Lots of meat choices, have seafood, you can order veggies as sides, other appetizers and they serve sushi too. Ice cream for dessert- if you still have room. We made reservations and we came a bit early around 7pm so wasn't crowded yet, but as we were leaving there was a line up forming.

Great customer service, but very bland flavours. Went twice and have regretted going that many times instead of going elsewhere. Thought maybe the first time wasn't a good batch.

Great overall experience! Price is acceptable and quality was good. Service was excellent. Water stayed filled and empty plates removed quickly from the table. All staff assisted not just one server.

Excellent all you can eat Korean BBQ. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

One of the few AYCE BBQ places with both Korean & Japanese food mix. They offer value for the price point and great service! Their brisket and red sausage were heavenly! The food didn't take time to arrive and was very explained by our server Lee. She was very courteous and soft spoken. She made sure our grills were swapped timely to reduce cooking time and also have less charred residue. They could add a few more options to their desserts as they just have a few icecreams. However it is still an exceptional spot for small groups wanting to enjoy grilling meats.
Heads up for people driving! Due to patio season, the side lanes are completely blocked and it is hard to find a parking spot during busy hours. Just plan ahead.

This place is clean, friendly staff and offers an all you can eat menu. A little more expensive than other places but definitely a must go.

Very delicious, super fast service, the meat and sushi were really delicious. Our party unexpectedly grew in size and they were able to accomodate last minute really well. Def will go back.

The food was great and fresh. Everything came out quickly and they have a great venting system so you don’t come out smelling like smoke. I would’ve liked to see better lighting though, since the cool fluorescent looking lights didn’t set the right dining mood and the shower curtains between tables made it feel like a butcher room.

10/10 everything we ordered were great, from bbq meats and sushi and even appetizers. Their menu was not too extensive but they do all of them super well. Servers were really attentive even when the place was busy. Would come back and recommend!

Service was quick, food was good, a tiny bit pricey but it’s all you can eat so you can really get your money back. I would recommend!

The service here is impeccable! The food selection here was really good and our server was very friendly and extremely attentive.will definitely be back, and i highly recommend!

This place is a nice little gem in Little Italy for your Kbbq fix! Their barbeque section is a bit limited but you get what you pay for and it's AYCE. Nonetheless the food was delicious, the staff are attentive and provide quick service. Their in-house BBQ sauce, beef and grilled pineapple slices in particular are a must try! But my favorite dish hands down was their Red Bean ice cream! It will NOT disappoint! I will be going back for both the AYCE and their ice cream!

Came here about a week ago and was quite impressed! The restaurant was clean and staff were quite nice. I definitely recommend the sushi here, it was fresh and delicious.

Kasai grill is a lil bit cheaper than most of the Japanese grill place I've been to. The food is awesome. Nice presentation on their lettuce btw.

They need more dessert options, there were only ice creams on the menu at the time we went.

Big sanitizer in front of the store, it's the first thing we saw when we came there.

The place has decent space and tables are a lil bit far away from each other about 4 to 5 feet.

Their service might need a lil bit of improvement comparing to other place I've been, it's not a big deal tho we came kind of late too so the workers are pretty much tired.

100% would come back!

Had dinner here yesterday and their food was delicious! Note to self: your eyes are bigger than your stomach. LOL

Amazing food, like insanely good. It’s all you can eat and very well priced, only about $33 CAD ($25 USD). Drinks were kind of pricey but not too bad for the amount that you got. Definitely recommend the miso beef:)

Food is good. After tax, it is about $40/ per person. So to make sure you leave an empty stomach before coming here!

I absolutely LOVE Kasai! Because of the pandemic I haven’t been able to go, which truly breaks my heart. The restaurant is fantastic, the food is amazing/ well seasoned and the staff are very kind. I can’t wait till they open back up again because this is hands down my favourite place for lunch or dinner ️. Till we again Kasai?

4 stars.honestly I’ve seen lots of improvements to this place and now I want to see Kasai add steamed egg! And make the weekend exclusive items available all the time instead because the enoki or green onion beef wrap things should be available all the time!

Please don't be fooled. This is NOT KOREAN BBQ. I am from S. Korea and went to this place expecting Korean BBQ buffet. The meat was the worst I have had and they didn't set any basic side dishes for proper BBQ. STOP ADVERTISING AS KOREA BBQ. Apparently run by non-Korean people. If you want to have Korean BBQ go to Christie or North York Korea town.

I’m sure anyone who has tasted the actual sushi before would know the sushi’s they provide here is not sushi but legit just rice in the seaweed

For its price it’s hard to give a judgement but ya I’d rather spend 30 more bucks to eat at a better restaurant.

We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we visited this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with superb cooking and a nice stuff and a great cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly visit again very soon. We highly recommend.

Great price for both all you can eat sushi and Korean barbeque at the same time, flavors were great and I definitely recommend the holiday specials which they offer on Friday- Sunday

Where do I start.the food was pretty decent but the service was BEYOND a nightmare. The waiter barely wanted to wait on us. Every time we asked for help he acted as if we were bothering him. And to make matters worse he tried to keep our change for his tip. Never again!

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept constantly. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

This spot gives superb service as well as delightful food. One of the best place around here. The meals arrived quickly and the rates are economical. Will definitely recommend this place.

Food was good, not very expensive, but the server seemed annoyed with us each time we asked her to bring us something.

Food was awesome! There is a huge selection ranging from Korean BBQ all the way to sushi rolls. On top of the food being excellent, the service was fantastic. Servers were prompt and friendly, definitely worth a try! Make sure you give their fried bun a try, easily one of the best things I've ordered.

The service was good and fast. The selection of sushi and kbbq items were good. The grill was efficient and the seasoning on meats were good. I quite liked the mango ice cream, very smooth and a great end to the meal. Lots of parking nearby too.

I came here with my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of being together and it was just perfect! Li was a very good server, attentive and friendly to us. Our anniversary could have not been any better and the food was amazing! All you can eat and the portions are awesome. The cool part was being able to grill our servings with my girlfriend right at the table we sat and we drank a bottle of yogurt soju it was just awesome, lovely fun time with my girlfriend! I'll be back!

The food quantity is good, service is fast too! But didnt like the cuts, they were too big and felt like the chicken was not marinated at all.some meat tasted bland too!

Very nice Korean still bbq. Great service, quick and friendly. Open grill to cook all you can eat options. Plenty of choices with wide variety of tasty dishes. Short ribs are very tasty. Can get busy but during weekends and evenings but regular hours shouldn't be too packed.

Would give 4.5.

Quality is not the best but waiters are very responsive and fast in service.

Also food gets to your table very quickly.

I love this AYCE Korean bbq the portions are just right and no complaints on quality of the food, plus service was perfect. Oh just to top it off they have my favorite soju flavor! (Apple). Next time your feeling Korean bbq you know where to go!

Good customer service, food is decent. Its a AYCE Korean BBQ with lots of options of sushi and rolls. They have good soju too. Its $134 for 2 people including 2 beers, 2 soju and 2AYCE

Opened a little later than what was listed but it was an awesome experience especially considering it was my partners birthday and you get a special discount!

Amazing service, great food! A must place to visit with a fabulous selection of menu choices for the most selective eaters. Tables are well maintained, a great bbq experience at a great price!

The service was quick! They do a grill change between orders which is really helpful and makes the meal much better

Very good food and service, the sushi is really good as well, a little bit pricey but it is worth it if you like sushi.

I was looking for a new KBBQ/sushi place to go and decided to try this place.
It was clean and spacious.
When we got there, we were told that the the sushi portion of the menu is off limits as the chef was out of the country.
We were presented with a very limited menu and VERY limited rounds to order.

We only had 3 rounds to places orders and their portions were fairly small. (Looked like they actually count the meat)

Coming round 3 it looked like we received less than what we requested.

Felt like the 40s where they rationed your portions.

Also the staff is a little on the "tyrant" side.

Overall I give it a 2, but I wouldn't suggest it for the price it was.

I was looking for new Korean BBQ type place to attend. Good reviews nice photos so why not to try. The place looked ok. As I walked in people were leaving I was informed to wait 10 min. After about 10 min we got to our table. First order and first surprise. The meet was not marinated just pure meet some with spices. Not the greatest tasting compare to other places. Green beans did not taste right. Some meet slices were frozen also quality of meet was below average. Salmon was very fat. My order with sushi got forgotten until I reminded our server also wasn't the greatest. Stuff was nice and fixed my order. Overall there are other places in GTA with more enjoyable foods and greater selection.

The meat was sliced thinly, sushi wasn't great and the icecream was one scoop per person. The only good thing about this place is the shrimp. Really great shrimp and not worth the $ 31.99 adult dinner

If you want to eat grilled meat and sushi at the same time, this is a place to go. I wouldn't recommend ordering too much of both since you could get very full, very quickly and end up not being able to enjoy the rest of the meal. Typical grill-your-own-food buffet place, with sushi as a side order. Surprisingly, out of all the food, the one that I enjoy the most is the sweet fried bread served with a side of condensed milk.
