Kase has handled our company's insurance for a couple of years now and their service has been outstanding. They have an amazing response time and all of their staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
UPDATE 2023-10: Terrible experience. Kase made changes to policy without our full consent, then were 2+ months late relaying the new invoice, only sending it once they received a late payment letter from underlying insurance provider, and even then not sending the new policy PDF until I asked for it, then poor answers and no urgency, and now an insurance cancellation from the provider. This is all meanwhile the full year of insurance without Kase's error, was already 100% paid in full.
I DO NOT recommend Kase insurance any longer.
UPDATE 2023: Quality has decreased, but they are at least reactively responsive.
Excellent experience getting commercial general liability insurance (CGL) here. We needed an expedited insurance certificate with custom added-insured and waiver of subrogation and they accommodated our needs perfectly. Thank you Ziya, Barrah, Melody, and the rest of the KASE Insurance team.
I promised I'd write a good review if the insurance certificate was successful in meeting the needs of our 3rd party who required us to have it and prove it (fully verified 2 weeks ago) so here it is.
For our business insurance we always let our standing broker have first right to market for quotes, Jordan Giardino of K A S E Insurance was eager and attentive to earn our business and respected this process. Jordan was able to secure us a substantially better rate for our auto then our previous broker, even though our previous broker had a couple weeks to search the market first. Jordan is prompt and attentive and a pleasure to deal with, looking forward to continued business with Jordan and K A S E Insurance in the future can highly recommend it is worth allowing them an opportunity to quote on your insurance needs.
This is my first time to use commercial insurance, I was communicating with Banni Sodhi. She did great in explaining the reason behind this type of insurance and other information. She did an outstanding job and went with me step by step to fill all forms.
