Katarina's Coffee Shop

Katarina's Coffee Shop in Prescott left me with a delightful and warm impression. We were recommended the cafe and decided to give it a try.

We were pleasantly surprised with how Katarina herself is the heart of the place, radiating kindness and making customers feel incredibly welcome. During my visit, she took the time to chat and recommended some of her specialties, including the heavenly Nanaimo bars and magic bar cookies. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavors, a testament to the care put into the treats at Katarina's.

What stood out even more was Katarina's genuine interest in her customers. Not only did she provide delicious snacks, but she also went above and beyond by suggesting a fantastic cake decorator for my upcoming wedding! Her personal touch and commitment to customer satisfaction make Katarina's Coffee Shop a truly charming spot that I can't wait to visit again.

I am a Katarina's super fan! I never miss an opportunity to indulge in a treat whenever I'm in Prescott, whether I'm grabbing treats for clients, putting food out at an open house, bringing my kids for ice cream, or when we spend the day at the beach. I love the staff and their commitment to their clients and community. I can't recommend Katarina's enough. Their food and friendliness never disappoints!

We drive from about 30 minutes away on a semi regular basis just to get ice cream or sweets or breakfast or all three because we love this spot so much. The staff are awesome and the food is tops. Absolutely love it and so happy we found it!

Great desserts, friendly staff, awesome location. A perfect cycling destination from Kemptville. The fruit tarts and the apple pie were outstanding!

This cake was the most beautiful and delicious cake my family has ever had - we are all still texting about it this morning as we all eat the leftovers. Thank you so much for making the birthdays of my family so special!

Best almond croissant I’ve ever had. Have seriously tried to beat it and can’t find a better almond croissant anywhere.

Went for breakfast and it was delicious. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. The breakfast wrap looked small when it came out but was quite filling.

Worth pulling of the hyw for, food was amazing as was the coffee. The service as great and attentive.

The young lady serving us seemed like it was her first day. Shared a sandwich and drink with my friend and then each had ice cream. Took a long time to heat the sandwich which led me to think that we had been forgotten. I also thought that the sandwiches were larger from my last visit.
Will definitely stop by again.

We’ve been here once before for ice cream but never for breakfast and coffee. I have a soft spot for cute coffee shops with good vibes and acoustic tunes. We were so pleased with our breakfast date and how delicious the food was. Always happy to support small and local businesses. This will be our new favourite go to spot for coffee dates. The staff are extremely kind and friendly.

Great cranberry/flax scone and the dark roast was excellent. Great staff.a must stop in when visiting or passing by Prescott. Comfortable inside and patio, weather dependent.

Katarina's is a wonderful coffee shop with fresh sandwiches, sweets and very good coffee. They also serve Kawartha's icecream. Eat in or relax on the shaded patio. Very friendly service. I get lunch from this little restaurant/Cafe often. From the lunch specials to the sweets, I never have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. They have a tasty breakfast menu too.

We stopped for lunch at Katarina's on our way back to Montreal from Toronto. The three of us had shepherd's pie (x2), calamari soup and a veggie wrap. It was very good and filling. For dessert, we had a selection of sweet, yummy squares. Everything fresh and homemade. Fast service and friendly staff. It was definitely worth getting off the 401 to discover this gem. Your task: find the salamander.

Excellent coffee shop. Sandwiches are delish and they make the best cakes! I ordered a vanilla cake for my birthday and it was one of the best I ever had, My only complaint is when they first opened, they made a pasta salad and it was amazing and I haven't seen it in a long time!
