While the rest of the staff was great, and I found my experience with the store & products more than satisfactory, there was just one associate who really marred my experience.

To set the scene, I went into the store to pick up something for a friend after a long day of work in a snow storm, so I obviously am quite dishevelled and bundled up.

While the rest of the staff greeted me warmly, she constantly followed me around and asked if I want to know the price whenever she saw me looking at my phone, implying that I am calculating the cost (which I feel is something that's completely normal to do?).

When I went to look at the more expensive purses, she tried to redirect me to the clearance section. I tried explaining politely that I'm on the phone with someone, but she was relentless.

If I had been making a purchase for myself, I would have definitely not made it at this store. I felt like I was being profiled for my race and appearance. I'm extremely disappointed as I always hear about how well you are treated here.

I had similar experience to other people who commented below, the leather of the bag started peeling off after a few usages! And when I went back to the store they blamed it on me and said it’s tear and wear!
Very cheap quality, high prices, the warranty policy is a scam, and worst customer service ever. The manager is extremely rude in the Premium outlet store as well.
There are multiple other brands which have much better quality and customer service.

Not as good as when Kate Spade was alive and actually running and designing for the company

Stephanie Is awesome in customer service. She met all my expectations in the store. Went beyond to find out my three bags and grabbed it from the back. Proactive, generous and serve with an excellent smile. I just loved her service. Amazing.

Anyways the girl in the cash (brown girl) was also excellent at her work. Don’t know her name. But did her job with smile.

Great experience overall…will come back always.

I've been here twice and I've spent too much money twice. Not because things are expensive here, on the contrary, because this store has beautiful products at a very attractive price. Great quality also. I'm not a brand loyal person in general but do like this store and what you can get for a fair price.

Customer service has always been amazing at this location. Small location, so there is always a bit of a line. Always have found something special here. ️

Got scammed out of 135$ at this location last Wednesday. Been calling the store and head office numbers to no avail, just a run around. What kind of clown show are you running, employees don’t know how to use their credit machines and talk like they know everything. Would buy thing for my mom and girlfriend at this store. After this experience I’ll never go back. Neither should you

I went in to look around for a purse for my sons girlfriend. Karen, the manager (I didn’t know she was the manager until the cashier told me) was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be back!

I had a coupon which said extra 25% off
It said it works in canadians outlets too. But lady declined intentionally. They ask you to sign up for emails than decline offers on it.
She saw there was no way she can decline it than she said plz contact customer service. Just to avoid giving discount.
Worst customer service. Helping just whom they like and treating others like waste

Great prices, however they let way too many inside the store. It was difficult to browse, and felt a bit unsafe due to the close proximity of people

My experience at this store has always been amazing. They have the most amazing and helpful staff. Alissa did a really great job today, she helped me find the perfect bag for my mother.

The bags are all soo gorgeous! They usually have a bit of wallets on sale. Good location. Sometimes busy.

Lots of products. The store was very busy, so the store felt quite crowded and cramped. They need more staff or more visible staff because we were never helped or never saw obvious staff.

Let me start off by saying that in retail it isn’t easy dealing with customers during rush hour traffic or even helping them to the fullest

But at this location KAREN one of the managers there found the time to help out several customers while meeting my customer needs at a 100% professional customer satisfaction

The staff is super friendly and they almost always have a 70% off plus an additional 20% on very pretty purses unlike coach that has 70% off the 5-7 hideous styles only.

It's a good store but it's so small for all the rush that wants to go in. But their bags are amazing and prices are pretty reasonable for a high end outlet (especially when there's a sale) quality is good too. And service is friendly and helpful

They do entire store 70% off frequently. So you can buy brand name bags at a great price. But there is always a huge line up in front of the store especially during sale times. So be prepared to be in the queue for at least 1 hour

I have been waiting forever to buy my very own first Kate Spade bag. There was a bit of a line outside, but it moved quickly AND they have a QR code you can scan to 'pre' browse. Very thoughtful!
The person at the door (guessing manager?) really set the tone. Happy, upbeat, enthusiastic and helpful. I have VERY RARELY felt so welcomed. They were doing a super good job at limitin numbers and sanitizing. I felt safe. Got this SUPER CUTE bag for this summer! 70% plus 20% off.)

They never answer their phone. Not sure how to get in touch with them before I make a 1 hour drive over if they don't have the item I am looking for in stock!

Good sales, however with covid restrictions I am not sure how they are allowed to have 30 people in the small store. It got really busy inside and I can see people feeling uncomfortable without being able to avoid others while shopping.

Variety of hand bags and jewelry. Large bags with many pocket are my favorite. This time I was looking for small size. There were three people in the queue ahead of me.this is one of my favorite stores.

Very helpful and nice staff. Store is small with very little room to move, especially on weekends and during a sale. Not much of a selection, but you can manage to find something. Best time to shop is weekdays.

I have been purchasing both from the Kate Spade full priced store and the outlet stores (for clothing and gifts for young adults).
The online surprise sale is almost always outlet stuff! I live near both so I go and check them out. Let me tell you get what you pay for don't except to have great quality for $100 if you want that go to the main stores. You do pay 2-3× but I find that if you like a bag and wait for it to be on sale with an additional 30% it's totally worth it! The full price store leather bags all come with dust bags AND there gift boxes (I ask for all of mine to be boxed) is gorgeous! If you wait your looking about $200-$300 for a great bag that won't break on you unlike the other bags that I've gotten at the outlets. (Hence why I no longer purchase from there).

My wife can always find a deal at this location. Because of this, the store is always busy and there are usually lineups to get in. At the end of the day, it's absolutely worth it for what you're getting.
