I appreciate that her prices are lower than other places I bought from in the past. And then she also gives free shipping if you buy over $195, I haven't had anywhere else either. She was very gracious and thanked me for my purchases from their small family business. I'm glad that I could support them and look forward to using my new products once they arrive. Happened upon this gem when in new Hamburg for the day, and what a treat we were in for we had a tour of her studio and inspirations for many many project what wonderful addiction

I placed an on line order for the first time with Kathie Jordan Design on Tuesday and received a notification at my door on Thursday that my order was ready for pickup. Very impressive!

I have had a Gurgle Pot for years and a friend always laughs when I use it, so I thought "what a great gift". I was very happy to find one locally at KJD. I purchased it online on a Tuesday and it arrived at my house on Thursday! I received timely notifications of my order and delivery status and the Gurgle Pot arrived in one piece because it was meticulously wrapped. Great Service!
