I usually have great things to say but this time my nails are chipping in multiple places in less than a week and it’s really disappointing

Honestly, it's the best nail salon in ALL OF LONDON! I'm a bit of a nail junky and after finding Kathy's nails, I've been coming there for a few years now. They are clean, they take their time, they know exactly what you want! I get tons of compliments everytime I get my nails done and I always recommend them to everyone who asks about my nails! Love you guys!

Dropped in with no appointment and was done in less than 40 mins! They did exactly what I asked for and were so kind.

The service was excellent and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. When getting my nails done they made sure to keep checking in and seeing if I liked it or wanted any changes, ensuring that I loved how they turned out.

They are so upfront about the prices, something that every nail salon should be! I loved how they would inform me of the cost before anything was done so that there was absolutely no unpleasant surprise when I paid at the end. The prices here are lower than any other nail place I've been to while the quality is just as good if not better!

I've come here twice so far and definitely plan on coming back!

Ann is very sweet infact all of the staff are very professional and kind. I do recommend calling for an appointment; this nail salon is very busy.

I got my nails done by Anne and she did a absolutely wonderful job! The service was amazing and they staff were super welcoming and friendly, i also got a pedicure and they gave me the full spa treatment! This was most definitely my best experience. The price is also very reasonable, definitely coming back!

Not bad, the ladies are all very nice, they did an OK job for my gel nails, but they laid it on THICK so it was just like a big blob on my nails. Also pretty damn uneven but not bad. Cheap pricing though, that’s what’s saving them.

Very accommodating and friendly. They’re on time when you’re booked which I appreciated. This will be my new go to for sure. My daughter’s nails are beautiful and I love mine also. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

Amazing pedicure. Went for the first time today and they did such a great job, and give you a hot stone massage. I will be back!

I started going to this place when I was pregnant to get pedicures, now I treat myself here regularly. The nail specialists are talented, friendly and reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend more, this is the only place I go now.

I had my acrylic nails refilled and every member of their staff team is so so sweet! They always interact with their customers to make them feel safe and avoid feeling intimidated and always ask if the customer is satisfied with the progress work. Furthermore, their prices are so so reasonable for girls looking for cute designs. Their services were perfect and I can't wait to go back for a refill <3
