Great salon clean sanitized fornpedi and well protected, everyone knows me by name. Love the girls here myself daughter and hubby goes here all the time we get massages by the machines.

Always very happy with the work they do. I normally go to Jennifer who is very detail-oriented and a very upbeat and pleasant personality.

They charged me extra $5 cause they said I had too much Calais on my feet and they did not clean my nails properly before they shellac they
The ladies were busy talking to each other that they were not paying attention
I would never go back nor recommend this place

I went to the day spa for the first time to get my hands and toes done, and after a day my toe was hurting a lot so I touched the part where it was hurting and pus started to come out. So I went to the doctors and they told me I had a really bad toe infection. I’m not happy about what happened.

Kathy Nails (this location) is amazing. They provide a whole range of nail services, and are accommodating to your needs. Sometimes you have to tell a few of the ladies to slow down and do a good job, but they have not disappointed me in the last 4 years.

This place is busy and crazy even during the day! But the nail artists are so nice. They try to mimic the pictures that you give them.

The supposed "owner" did my friends nails. She came home and they looked horrible. The texture of the nail wasnt smooth, it was done too close to the cuticle, the shape of the nail looked disgusting, the lengths of the nails were different. She has shown her a picture of what she wanted and it looked nothing like the picture. We went back to explain that we were not happy with the service and if she could fix the nails or atleast give a partial reimbursement. All of the ladies in the store came out and started yelling at us. Never going to this place again. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and they can't even do nails properly. When you pay money for a service, it should be done correctly or atleast to the customers satisfaction.

I have been going here for 11 years and feel that it is a time for a change! Their prices have recently gone up after their much needed renovation. You can understand price increases but it has affected the quality. My Gel nails chip almost every time now. I kept mentioning it to Jessica in a nice way but it keeps happening. Time to look for a new nail salon.

Worst place to get your nails done. Take your money and go elsewhere. No customer service skills at all. No for this dump.

I've been coming to this place for over a year. I am quite particular and have a certain expectation when I get any service done. I've been to many nail salons to try and find the best technician. I've stopped looking, this place may not seem like much, but the ladies here have great relationships with their clients, maybe not all of them but most do have regular clients. I go to Jasmin. If you are someone who likes designs and more of a creative look, she's your gal. Jennifer is also wonderful with her clients and will entertain you with her chatter) Give this place a shot!
