Every time I leave Kathy's Nails I am fully satisfied and I can't stop looking at my nails because they look soooo fantastic

Went there for my birthday paid 55 $ for mani pedi to BLEED went Sunday for a neck wax she didn't listen to me and wax half my face Never go there again

Today went in for a Mani/pedi for graduation. The ladies were very nice and very attentive. It was very, very busy - I went in at 1: 40p as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon. The one thing I missed was a hand massage and soak, also I didn't realize that for the pedicure it's a massage chair!

My nails were done very well, they're matched to my hair colour which is blues and greens.

I was told $45 for my acrylic full set w 2 colours. For my pedicure I should have done normal polish but was concerned they'll chip in my steel toed boots so I opted for Shellac. It was an extra $5 bc I got a rainbow which was time consuming and a bit of a challenge with the language barrier.

My finger nails are stunning. The acrylic was built on in delicate layers. The colour is bright and expertly applied.

The lady was patient with me and gentle even when doing the filing.

Altogether for Mani and pedi was $95 before tip and tax.

I was told $10 for a new fill if I need it.

The ladies are all very friendly, they offer all the customers a drink, chat with us and were very compassionate towards a heavily pregnant customer.

First time customer. Very happy with the service, the manicure was quick efficient and surprisingly gentle. The Shellac is wonderful quality. The colour matches my hair and she said if it chips at work I can get it retouched. Will be back! Maybe a pedicure next time. Oh and I was a walk-in.

Update: I work full time in a vet clinic. I have never had nails hold up this well before, it's been a week and they still look great!

Going back for a pedicure and a mani-pedi for my sister soon. ️

I loved the service. But it was the aftermath of the what happened. I had a allergic reaction to the powder that was used. I ended up having to remove the nails for my skin near my nails to return to back to normal.
I loved the service, I didn’t like how the nails/and how red my skin got after 6 hours of wearing them.
Never going back.

Kathy and everyone that works there is top tier. I drive 30 minutes to go to her salon. You can’t beat their prices, artistic value and kindness. Great atmosphere and clean.

Daughter just got her nails done for her grad, paint is transferred through the nails, they aren’t filed and are jagged and lumpy everywhere. They cut her hand with the drill and I’m fully waiting for an infection from the dirtiness of this location. They look terrible! Will not be returning here!

There are multiple employees. They always are friendly and greet you with a smile. They have some experienced employees who can do anything and some who just do pedicures. I booked an appointment over the phone for 10 am to be fair I was 7 min late, but when I got there I had to wait an extra 30 minutes until someone was free to do my pedicure. Usually always busy. I just wish they were more honest about how long the wait time is rather than tell you come come and have you waiting.

This place is horrible. The owner treats all of the staff horribly and she doesn't take good care. She made 4 staff quit within 2 years and she verbally attacks her staff members in the back. I would never go here again and she always keep these hidden conflicts from customers. This owner is horrible and I would not trust her!

I love kayhys they do exactly what you ask for when it comes to your nails waxing Kathy even got out my blackheads when she Gabe me a wax and funny story I used to go to Kathy's nails years ago and I finally found them again and I will never go anywhere else? They r literally the best nail salon and the prices you cannot beat their staff takes pride in taking care of their clients it's such a home like enviorment relaxing its the best

I usually love coming to Kathy Nails and have been a repeat customer for years however today I left in tears. I booked an appointment four days ago and when I showed up I let them know I had an appointment. They took a couple who walked in without appointment before us and serviced the couple for the entire duration of my appointment as well as continued to work on them after I was rushed out. My pedicure was sloppy and rushed, my nail tech disappeared at several points. I was rushed out of the pedicure chairs and into the hard waiting chairs to finished drying my polish. Several customers had been in their chairs before me and finished long after me. I’m very dissatisfied and cried while having pay for a half done service. I’m usually greeted with friendly smiles but today I regret coming.

Joy is AMAZING.she does everything free hand, and always does a good job.
Kathy makes sure everyone is treated like family too, even made my short wait enjoyable!

I love love love this place. I totally felt like a queen. The lady I had was fantastic she took her time and did everything perfectly Next I'll be going for my nails and any future needs. Ty I love my toes hehe

Even on one of their busiest days, they still made sure to try not to make you wait too long and continue to ask if you need anything or if you like what’s being done, they take their time to trying to make sure it’s done right

Tried it yesterday for the first time as I have seen many good reviews. Kathy was lovely and got me started and then passed me along to one of her nail techs. She was very nice too, but my nails however were not. The shape was horribly uneven… and she took a long time. For the amount of time she spent filing I’d expect a half decent shape. They were all wonky and different lengths. And she CUT me… I was literally bleeding. Mistakes happen, yes. But still had to pay and walk out with nails I hate. Yikes.

Very busy but still so kind, professional and exceptional in their careful consideration of our families needs. I have always had severe ingrown big toenails & they explained carefully that it would hurt but they could fix the problem. I am so grateful for their gentle compassion.

I got to Kathy's first thing in the morning and had Joy take off my bio gel and do a regular manicure. It was such a great experience, she made sure I was okay with every step before proceeding and followed the reference photo perfectly. My nails are so cute. I'm obsessed! Thanks Joy.:)

Always do a good job. It's best to go in the morning if you don't want to wait forever.

I was looking for a new nail place and had heard about Kathy's Nails from a Facebook recommendation. My first visit, Kathy was very welcoming and promp. She always has a smile and does what she can to make you feel comfortable.

I recently walked in without making an appointment, and while I waited, she offered me a drink and sat me in her pedicure chairs for a massage. The wait wasn't even that long. It's the small things she does to make my visit pleasurable.

All the staff are friendly, efficient and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
