Great location for watches and they got a great collection and an even better customer service. I once walked in with my seiko watch to get the bracelet fixed by them and they fixed it not just for free but also when I had not even purchased the seiko from them. That's customer service that makes impacts and due to that I decided to get my aplanist from them. Must I say they didn't have this is stock and this in the after markets is traded for $100-$200 more then retail. But yet they charged me only the retail price for it. And gave me there last piece they had in the back storage.

I can't say enough good things about Kavar. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were patient and helpful as my husband and I picked out and purchased our wedding rings. They have been incredibly helpful with any repairs and sizings since we purchased our rings. Best jewelry store in Brampton!

Last year I purchased a new timepiece for my girlfriend. The purchase was made online but when I did a follow up call, the woman who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful.

But recently I went back to Kavar and dealt with Abraham for the purchase of a new timepiece. This retailer is highly recommended within the watch community and I understand why. The service I have received has been fantastic to say the least. They have a great selection of timepieces and other jewellery as well. A must visit if you’re in the market for a new timepiece!

Lovely and friendly staff, I went to get my engagement ring cleaned, it was done in minutes and it sparkles more than the day I got it!

Customer service was not great. I asked a few times about purchasing a pair of earrings and didn’t get a response. Will be going to another jeweller.

My fiancé and I went here to get a custom ring done. Abraham did an outstanding job! We showed him a picture of a ring we liked and he was able to replicate it almost identically. When I first stepped foot in the store I was roughly 8 or 9yrs old. My parents have always bought from Kavar. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has generations of family that go there and that itself says something. They have the best selection and most modern pieces and if they don't have what you want they'll find it for you. They are extremely accommodating and so easy to work with, the staff is what makes them different than any other store.

I do not usually post reviews, but my experience with Kavar, and Abraham specifically, was so pleasant and impressive that I felt compelled to share my experience and encourage others searching for top notch jewelers to check these guys out.

I came in looking for a very specific radiant cut halo engagement ring and Abraham more than delivered. I checked with close to a dozen jewelers and not a single one was able to deliver (my fiancee had a heart set on a style that she came across on American sites). Not only was Abraham able to come through - he actually convinced me to go with a lower carat on the centerpiece because the difference would not have been distinguishable to an untrained eye - this saved me thousands of dollars.

I ended up purchasing a second ring, solitaire, for my mother's birthday a week later. And once again Kavar exceeded my expectations on quality and price. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough.
