Kawartha Care- Chiropractic Massage Physiotherapy

Staff very courteous. Leah the physiotherapist is very thorough and professional and came highly recommended by a good friend. I expect a good outcome.

I had my RMT treatment with Rebecca today and it was the best treatment I've ever had! Rebecca did a thorough biomechanical assessment of my complaints and I even learned a few new things about my body. During the massage, she was great at communicating to make her techniques were suitable. She pinpointed some trigger points and did not hold back! And I really felt the difference post-massage. I had better range of movement and my joints did not click anymore. Overall this was an extremely professional, welcoming, and effective RMT treatment.

My therapist arrived at the clinic at our scheduled appointment time so we were late getting started. For that reason I couldn’t give 5 stars but it did last the hour and was worth it. I find it hard to get a therapist who actually uses the pressure I need and this one was great.

On time, my RMT was fantastic! Made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained what we would be doing prior to starting!

I really enjoyed my massage and the care they took to go over my issues and address them. I left feeling no pain in areas it's usually chronic. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant.
The only issue, and it's not exactly a make or break point, I wish there was more soundproofing between walls and floor. I could hear all the conversations taking place over the sound of the music in the room which is supposed to be relaxing but muffled voices kept me from slipping in to that deep state. It's an older building that's been restored, so again, I understand, just something that made a five start experience more of a four star. I still want to give 5 stars though because the massage itself was life changing.

Leah is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and best of all my shoulder is back to normal

I recently travelled to Canada to visit family. I was pretty broken and not able to turn my head to the left or sit straight. I was really worried how I would handle the 24 hour trip back to Australia. I was so lucky to get an appointment after someone canceled. This is where I met the amazing Nick. He is phenomenal. Truly amazing skills as a Registered Massage Therapist. He knew I was in a bad way and came in on his own time so I could see him a second time before I left. What truly phenomenal service Nick! In case you are wondering, yes he fixed me.

Couldn't be happier or more satisfied with my experiences at Kawartha care. They have helped me through a broken arm and back issues. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why it will help. The front desk staff are also very friendly and go above and beyond to work with your schedule. Highly recommend for anything that is bothering you.

Recently had the opportunity to attend to Kawartha Care for reflexology treatment. Booking online was easy and straight forward; received a call offering me an earlier appointment to the day I was scheduled; Jes was very friendly and helpful; parking at the location is easy and free and my treatment was fabulous (Erin Fagan).

Charged a late cancelation fee on already canceled appointment from another customer. Wasn't made aware of the late cancelation fee before coming in.
