We have dealt with Kawartha TV and Stereo for over 15 years, actually I have dealt with them since I was 15 and I am now 63! Robert has been our sales representative for years and has always guided us professionally and cared for us as people. You don’t find that very often. He gets to know you and always recommends what is right for you. That means a lot! We recently bought a 75” tv and I messed up on measurements. It did not fit above the fireplace. But his professional crew of Adam and Yahel suggested moving our 65” TV in our basement up to the main floor and the 75” downstairs. Problem solved with little pain (except for extra work for them)! They never complained and were awesome! So professional I can’t say enough!

P.s. I hope I spelled Yahels name properly!

Bought a new 65in TV had a issue with it after a few days. Service staff were amazing, they came out right away and replaced it with a new one. They also set it all up for me as well. Thanks guys for a great job. Not my first purchase with you guys and definitely won't be my last.

Spent time with Carlos as we compared a 65" Samsung vs. Sony. He was helpful with measurements and TV features. He helped us decide on the Sony based on the ease of use for the remote and home screen. Would certainly recommend both Carlos and Kawartha TV.

I've been to Kawartha TV & stereo many times over the years and called recently about a Smart TV. It was great to hear how knowledgeable they were. I learned so much about many different types of TV'S. Kawartha is well known for its service and they always impress me. Friendly and eager to help. We have now purchased around 6 TVs from KTV&S. Each time they made it a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are in line or better than everywhere else. It is the staff's attitude and helpfulness that keeps us coming back.

Had to go in at 30 mins to close yesterday - with 2 small kids - my sales guy Mitch (sry if that's wrong) was amazing. Helped me get in and out with ease - answered any questions - offered some knowledge. First time customer- and I'll be back for sure! Plus a 2 year warranty? Amazing.

We purchased a TV system from Carlos. Right from the time we walked in the door he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He showed us many choices of TV'S before we made our selection.
We had our TV delivered to us. The two gentlemen set up our system. They where polite, friendly and answered all the questions we had for them. We would highly recommend purchasing electronics from Kawartha TV. Customer service at it's best.

Pricing was very competitive. The two individuals who delivered and set up the new TV were respectful, well organized, and helpful. A great experience.

Carlos was great! After giving a short description he knew exactly what we needed and we were out of there product in hand in less than 30 minutes at a price that was less than what we had expected to pay.

I can highly recommend both sales (Shawn) and service (Scott). This store deserves it's good reputation, based on my recent experience there. They believe in "satisfaction or your money back. " And their repair tech found & repaired the defect in my 3 year old Denon receiver, even though the authorized Denon repair shop in Toronto could not help me.

They quite didn't have what I was looking 4, Parrot ZIK headphones.

This is not my first purchase from Kawartha TV. I go back there because of the selection and level of service I have received during my purchases.

When our tv needed repair the technician was prompt and honest. Our salesman, Carlos gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about buying a new tv. He was courteous, no pressure and pleasant to deal with.
