KAYLA'S DOG GROOMING

Brought in my yorkie and yorkie-poo for a hair cut/bath and they look great and also seemed to not hate the experience, despite it being a new groomer. Already booked in for 2024.

They are extremely accommodating and great with dogs. Kayla treated my anxious dog so patiently and kindly. Highly recommend

I've been here a few times to have my puppy groomed. They are fantastic. They are great with the dogs and great with people! You just need to book way in advance to get a spot!

Fantastic in all respects, my golden corgi, Sugar, goes in raggedy and emerges in splendor.

We are very happy with this groomer. My Dogo went for a bath, nail trim and ear cleaning. I contacted the co-owner to be placed on a cancellation list since their next available appointment was a few weeks away. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to my request. My dog was very happy to be there despite this being her first visit. I read some mixed reviews but i truly dont understand where this is coming from. We received a 5 star service.

Oliver is always nervous and tense, but KAYLA'S handles Oliver through the whole process and delivered outstanding results.

Staff were friendly and professional. My dog, Bandit, was not traumatized! That's a first since he's 11 years old. Service was excellent!

We have an anxious pup who despises having her legs/feet touched, but she LOVES visiting Kayla, and comes home absolutely adorable every time. They all take such great care of her - like when she needs a hug while getting her nails trimmed or a short break to reset if she’s overwhelmed. We couldn’t imagine taking Kiri anywhere else to be groomed!

Kayla and her groomers are so good with my dog Sadie - she has a nervous personality and they make her feel comfortable and cared for.and she always looks great after the groom!

CHARLIE loves Kayla. He's been getting groomed by Kayla for many years. The occasional hiccup when busy, but there's no one else we'd recommend

We just moved to Ottawa and drop our dog Charlie, he was not adapting well to the big change. I took him here to get cleaned up as a walk in, the staff was amazing and even gave him a bath and cleaned him up. After being here he is like a new dog so happy and content. I owe them a lot for making my dog feel better.

I went in for a nail trim with my lovely but anxious malinois shepherd mix. The service was quick, friendly and she was very warm.
We booked a full groom for next time - it will be great for my big pup!

We have had great experiences with Kayla's for our australian labradoodle. Not only are all of the groomers kind and sweet to the dogs, but they also do a far better job than any of the other places that we tried previously. They are attentive to what look you want as well as mindful to what is best for the dog. So glad to have finally found such a great spot!

Can't say enough about the service and professionalism exhibited by Kayla's. They never fail to make the experience less stressful for my girl. She always looks better coming out than going in. Kudos to Kayla's

I brought my 2 yr old golden retriever rescue in for his first grooming appointment ever. He's very afraid and anxious. Honestly, I am so happy I decided to go here. Brooke was so kind, attentive and loving with our Murfi. She did a fantastic job and made sure Murfi was as comfortable as possible. She also has a golden and Murfi was able to play with him as well - love it! I will certainly be back.

Very happy with the service that we received for our very large Bernedoodle. Kayla did an excellent job with a nervous dog. We'll be going back!
