Standard AYCE at a decent price. Servers don't come around often enough for water refills. I go here for a quick sushi meal as it's nearby

Dropped from 3 stars to 2. The food is bad. Fried rice was very oily, salty, loaded with msg.

The food was great. I wish the iPad system was a bit more refined as the waiters had to come and confirm the order each time. Other than that, it’s a really nice place and I’d come again.

This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants. Excellent quality and a very friendly atmosphere.

By far, the worst sushi place I’ve tried.
Extremely slow and bad service: never got our soup that we ordered until I asked for the cheque. Was served a shrimp dish after confirming it was vegetarian (no sea food).

This place is normally an AYCE place so portion size cutting is understandable for dine in but not for take out. Order $150 worth of sushi with a mix of maki sushi and sashimi. Food was as decent which is why I am not giving it 1 star. The reason for the loss of stars is their portion sizing. Very skimpy on the sashimi size. Literally half if not 1/3 of the normal size anywhere else. I get they cut thin for AYCE but should not be the same for takeout. They really need to know the difference. Definitely will not be ordering take out from here again thats for sure.

Delicious food, used to eat here a lot & it was a favourite restaurant, we would visit almost weekly. Got severe food poisoning from there last night & decided to call just to let them know so they can check on the kitchen & staff so someone else can dine there without feeling like garbage the next day & received the most parroted response of go to the dr & bring us a note, I kept telling the woman I can’t be away from the toilet/garbage can for more than 20min making that impossible & i just wanted to let them know. I had to end up hanging up on what sounded like a parrot on the phone. All she had to say was thank you for letting me know, I’ll have someone check on the kitchen & the staff. Honestly, either I had bad fish or someone did not wash their hands after using the toilet. They also kept trying to give me wrong orders with foods I’m allergic to & you’re always hard pressed to get a glass of water here.
Because of the response i received we will not be eating here again.

Not bad. Good for a casual all-you-can-eat sushi buffet. Sashimi is only available for dinner. Weekend price is higher, but no change in menu. So, go on weekday if you can.

Great place for all you can eat sushi which also includes salads, teriyaki and best of all ice cream! It was $25 for lunch pp, which was totally worth it! It was also our first indoor dining since the first lockdown.
They did ask for proof of vaccinations in case someone is wondering. The place is huge and had tons of room for people seating far apart!

K&B Sushi is one of the best sushi shops in town. I’m not an enormous seafood enthusiast, but man, those salmon slices are just like butter also, the service was very fast even though we were a group of 11 persons with all you can eat.

I went to K and B with some friends and had a great time. The food is excellent - sashimi and sushi fresh and tasty, delivery time-responsible, and service quick. The atmosphere itself is quite welcoming and charming, we spent a bit of time chatting and later left. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who’s willing to try it!

Fast service, hot food, good price. Sushi pizza is very good and reminded me of JJ's. Only complaint would be that I feel sort of baited by the volcano roll, as it's typically filled with smoked as opposed to fresh salmon.

My family always went to KB for all our celebrations. Even beforehand when it was sushi sushi. At least 12 years. We always bought a bottle of wine for the table. During Covid when tables were only allowed for five people I tried to book for my son and I. He has autism but this was his favorite restaurant. His reward for social skills was to have a mom and son date here. When he achieved his goal I tried to book a table. The manager answered the phone and refused us service. He said they would not allow kids in because parents can't control them. My son was heartbroken. We were well within the restrictions and he told me if I didn't like his rules to call the police. He didn't even know the name of the premier. Not trying to be a Karen, but seriously? Who turns away a 12 year customer with a special needs kids who desperately wants to go back to his favorite restaurant

Not as good as other k&b restaurants. The food was different and had less options. Pretty disappointed. Same price, much worse quality.

We had lunch here to celebrate the first communion of my niece's son who just love sushi and he absolutely enjoyed it. This is a huge place and clean. Price is very reasonable for all you can eat. Food is cooked and prepared once ordered from the menu in Ipad so served really fresh and hot.   The food is great and worth the price paid. The staff also provide excellent service.

As always, this place keeps us coming back for more! The menu choices keeps changing so there's always something new to try. Even the kids love this place and can really enjoy the choices. Friendly staff and a clean place makes this a favorite for our family.

Love their food! Their price is also decent compared to other open buffet restaurants. I have been to multiple locations but this one is my favourite! Their service is great too.

Our go to place for AYCE sushi! Great quality & taste! Dine-in is always a good option but take-out is good too!

Haven't been to this place for several years. The AYCE Lunch was quite good in the past. Taste was still good but price went up and portion got smaller. The fish on sushi was razor thin and small, very disappointed. Sushi rolls were big and full of rice, you can fill up your stomach after a few bites. Choices were less than before too. At least the shrimp tempura was still good, fresh and crispy, except the batter was too thick. Lastly, the wasabi was water-down so much and tasteless.

Got ready for a date night with the wife arrived here at 9PM. As for one gentleman, the service was perfectly fine. As for the rest, they seemed as though they didn't want to work, which is fine. I understand that people's moods can be thrown off for a number of reasons. IE slower day making less tips due to these ridiculous vaccine Passports

I came last week with the kids and it was a night and day difference from today. Everybody was cheerful, the restaurant was very busy.

Now i don't care about this. What really did it for me was the food was terrible, as for the shrimp tempura, it was not "Deveigned. " The beef was extremely salty, the Chowmein was no good, they missed a couple of minor things on my order.

I don't want to sound disrespectful, I would just rather have gone to McDonald's or cook at home instead of paying $90 for this food today. Totally destroyed my night out with the wife.

Very very disappointed tonight, and I'm an individual, i feel embarrassed to complain.

The only things which I somewhat enjoyed were the fountain coke, mango salad and Dessert

Expensive and that high end quality expected.
Also noticed, not that clean. They use the same cloth to clean all tables and tablets don't get cleaned with wiped as needed.

This was my first time to K&B and I must say it won't be my last. This was by far the best sushi place I have ever been to. The rolls were gigantic and the food was absolutely delicious. To top it off the staff was extremely helpful, super friendly and great all round people. I will absolutely make the drive to this restaurant again. 5 stars well earned.

Forced 15% tip on a very poor experience. We sat where their tablet wouldn't connect to wifi so we could order. The staff would take the tablet when they were available inside the restaurant so they could submit the order. Halfway through the experience, they just didn't bring back our tablet. Food came slowly and some things were missed altogether. At the end when I asked for the bill they added 15% forced tip on my bill because we were a table of six. I paid the tip but I left very disappointed and upset.

Kb Sushi is clean, good service and they have a great variety of food. Everything is tasty and well done. Price is reasonable. This is our new favorite sushi spot.

Great place to try large variety of Sushi and Sashimi. Just noticed changes in the menu and couple of items were removed after the lengthy lock-down.

I went with 3 adults and a child and it was good. Food was good. We did the all you can eat. Food was fresh and service was attentive.

Portion smaller compared to other KB locations, service is slow took 30 to 40 minutes to get some of the items

The host (Michael) really hates his job. There's tension between him and everybody else. Other than him, the place is very clean, just like everywhere else they use ipads to order. The food is no better than any other all you can eat. Majority of our hot dishes came cold.

Good service and decent food but extremely overpriced, paid $40 per person for all-you-can - eat. The price was undisclosed until we had to pay and were unaware that the tip was going to be automatically applied.

In a nutshell, I think we just found a new favorite spot for our sushi wants and needs lol! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time there. Every single thing (food quality, staff, service, attention, ambiance) was perfect! Safe to say we're DEFINITELY coming back. Everything is so freaky and nice! We loved it. Can't wait to go back again (:

You get what you pay for. On the pricier side for all you can eat sushi however K&B does it right with good quality ingredients and freshness.
I didn’t dabble in the rawness however those who did raved it was better than in BC!

We dine here most of the time as the food is good but more important is that the staff are friendly. 4 stars coz of the parking outside gets packed easily but I guess thats just because of lunch hour or dinner rush.

Servers were sweet and the sushi was alright but was insanely overpriced, $30.95 before tax and they charged us an automatic 15% tip on the bill ($39.61 total after all of that added). I love all you can eat sushi but paying $40 felt way too much.

Service was fine, but they didn't disclose that your tip was going to be included in your bill. The overpriced meal was justified by saying the tip and tax is included, not disclosing how much the meal actually was, made me very upset.

Over priced Sushi. On website they list the holiday lunch price but when you sit down they tell you that they are charging the dinner price instead. False advertising

Almost once a month, we have a corporate lunch here and we have normally enjoyed it, but today, our server was extremely unhappy and rude. When we tried to ask for her help, she told us we were wrong and that we ordered what was brought to the table. She got irritated when our separate bills were asked to be combined to one. Awful service.

Went for lunch around 1: 00pm during the week, ordered 2 of the green beef curry. My friend was eating it first, and said it was so good to try some. From my plate of the beef green curry, I took a piece of beef and there was a hair on the beef, a thick white hair. Disgusted enough, I had to check the 2nd order.and yep.just before my friend took another bite I stopped her to point out a similar hair found in the piece she was about to bite. I told the manager when he came by. All we heard was one apology and nothing was done to compensate for this experience on our bill.

Giving a single star because the food is edible (although average). Went with a friend - most of our hot dishes came out cold. The man working at the front seating people was very rude - we asked for a booth and he sternly replied "no", didn't give an explanation or anything. There were many booths open as it wasn't busy, but if they reserved or something he could have at least said something more than "no". The servers barely speak English - I tried flagging 2 servers down for the bill and both replied "sorry, no English". The servers hover over the table too as if monitoring what you're doing, it's actually uncomfortable and awkward.

I came in with a small group of 3 for lunch on a Saturday and the tableware and booths were dirty. Food and sushi were just okay nothing I'd crave for.

I was here on September 7, and the service was absolutely terrible. The servers were unwelcoming, and spilled soy sauce all over my bag, and did not apologize.

Taste and quality of food were really good! Atmosphere is really nice and modern; big place so there is a lot of seating. Service was quick and $20pp for all u an eat lunch sounds like a good deal to me! 10/10 would recommend and return! The food was so good we only remembered to take one pic lol

I dont usually go to the iPad sushi. But when I do its always this place. Friendly staff good service. I take off one star because I ordered sake n they gave us samen.

This review base on a "LUNCH BUFFET".

It's my 2nd time at this restaurant and my first was a mixed emotion, but the 2nd one made it clearer for me. The place is great and the dining area is huge. Nice light design and colors with a nice background music. I can't really remember if it's radio station or just plain music. Service was great though I wish I could see more smile from the staff.
Price is competitive to other AYCE ot there but the food is always the difference.

Let's start with the kitchen food. The fried, the noodles, grills and others. Well all i can say ig frs excellent. The fried food and tempuras are really good. I would mark it as 5 star. Drone taste to texture. It's really amazing. The noodles are taste and the grills are perfectly cooked. The desert is pretty much the same as others. The ice cream, deep fried banana and puddings.

But what i am concerned more is the sushi part. Again im input talking about lunch and basically comparing it to others. The sushi selection is really not as good. A lot of maki's and it seem like most is the selection or choices include crispies on it or panko. Seems like they are coming out up with that to make it look big. Lots of cucumber or other veggie.
Even the spicy salmon is not decent in my opinion.

Throw some salmon rose there or maybe bbq salmon sushi.for sure that will make a difference. If i want to eat cucumber or panko I'd go buy it. Im NJ hit going to a Japanese buffet to have it.

But over all it balances it. A very good kitchen food and a almost bad sushi selection make it bearable. But then again it's a Japanese buffet. Japanese food should be better.

The Oakville location is way better. Do yourself a favour and avoid this location. The service was terrible. They seated us in the corner and rarely came around. Each round of orders took at least 30 minutes. Worst of all, the process of two of the rounds took more than 30 minutes because the waiters were not coming around to our table. We actually had to raise our hands to get their attention and sometimes they still avoided us. I've been to sushi many places before and I agree that if they're busy it takes a while but despite there being a holiday today it was not that busy while we were there. Now you would think okay that's pretty bad but it got even worse as they kept giving us attitude and finally when the bill came around they had already included 15% gratuity probably knowing that we wouldn't tip that much as their service was the worst I've experienced.

I would suffer through the service if the food was good but it was terrible today.

Bottom line: Never going back to this place.

My favourite sushi restaurant so far. I've been to several over the years and this is the one I would recommend to all sushi addicts out there

Nice clean restaurant, great menu including scallops and REAL white tuna not butterfish called white tuna sashimi. Good staff and tasty soups.

Best sushi by far in Mississauga. Big seating space and fast service.

The servers are nice and professional. I had the restaurant manager stopping by our table couple of times welcoming us and if we are happy about the service.

The taste is amazing and they have a wide variety of sushi and sashimi.

What makes this restaurant in my point of view the best is the consistency in quality and taste.

The washrooms are very clean.

What a disgusting restaurant. Found a live worm in one of the lettuce decorations and the manager says “it’s just nature”. Wow didn’t know I was ordering worms. And after that he wants to call the police because we don’t want to pay for the bill. Never had such bad customer service at a restaurant ever.

Place and food are very good. Rates are very reasonable, especially if you opt for the " All you can eat" option.
However, staff could be more friendly and attentive.
As a whole, it is a nice and enjoyable dining experience.

Got take out from here a few times. Really good food but they always forget something in the order. Either the soup or the rice with combo orders.

Really well done all you can eat sushi! My daughter must be growing because she was charged full price and she's only 12! Then again she ate almost as much as I did! Yummy

This sushi place is not bad. They can improve the quality of their sushi as sometimes the sushi doesn't taste fresh. I recommend that place if you are thinking to go early as 12 pm, cause the food at dinner time doesn't taste fresh at all despite the dinner is more expensive than the lunch. I like the other location more, which is the one on Winston Churchill, where the sushi is more fresh.
