I have been coming here since my mom used to bring me as a child (20 years ago). This is by far the best Persian kebab I've had, the owners are so nice, they still ask how my mom is (she has MS now), they know my dad and are always happy to see us. Meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, my dad gets the Joojeh wraps while I get the Koobideh Kebab with rice. Best authentic Persian food you can get!

Food here was phenomenal everything was fresh and delicious paired with a nice presentation of the food as well. Service was also done quite well with the staff being extremely friendly and polite and the overall scenery was nice. Would recommend coming here and I’m definitely coming back very soon! Awesome experience.

I recently ordered ghormeh sabzi takeout from this Kebab stop and was blown away by the quality of the food. The stew was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of herbs and meat. The beef was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the beans added a nice texture to the dish. The portion size was generous.

Yesterday was my first time ordering for pickup from Kebab Stop. Not only the food was super delicious but the people managing the place were very nice especially Shahnaz.

One of the best kebab (Persian) around. We’ve been a regular customers since at least 13 years. Quality of food gets better.

Overpriced and not tasty alot. 0 star. They charge me 28.99$ for lambshank. No salad and rice was disgusting.

Started buying from here and really liked it, was referring to many people to give it a try. Now, I find hair on my food, it's never done to how I ask, and it makes my whole house smell like they used toilet water to cook the rice. Too much money spent here in regret.

We ordered kebab and joje kebab last week for our guests and everybody enjoyed it very much. Very delicious kebab and nice staff.

This is the best Kebab Koobide you can get anywhere in GTA. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and they are all top quality. Portions are generous, food is delicious and tasty.

My husband and I, highly recommend this restaurant. Authentic Persian cuisine with a homey feel. Owners are also very friendly.

I didn't give it a 5 star due to the cleansingness and the place is surrounded by industrial units. Place definitely needs an up lift even if it's just decluttering the counters and kitchen area.

Really went down hill since the ol man stop taking the orders.i constantly ask for no tomatoes and it is ignored. They don't even take your name down when you order. I used to love eating here but i will not be returning. Seems the passion there has been lost.

Traditional Iranian cuisine. Koobideh & barka kebobs were the ones I tried. Really satisfying experience!

Try their soultani meal. Grilled meat nicely well done. Ask for lamb shank juicy sauce for your rice, does wonders.

My wife and kids loved it. For me the beef kebab and the chicken pieces were dry more than how should be. I loved the rice, it's perfectly cooked

The food was mediocre and not cooked well. The place was not clean and the prices do not reflect the poor quality

The employees here are extremely rude and condescending. We had placed an order on Uber eats, and the restaurant canceled without notifying us. When we called to ask about it, the daughter of the owner rudely stated that they had to cancel as they were short on ingredients. No attempt was made to substitute products in the order nor to notify us of this cancelation. We attempted to place yet another order, which we had to cancel as the address was incorrect, and the daughters owner told us our cancelation was an immense inconvenience and then hung up in our face. We called many times after, only to be sent to voice mail until the owner of the restaurant answered and justified her daughters rude behavior. We really do try to support Persian businesses but I recommend you go elsewhere for good customer service.

My friend and I both had very delicious meals at this nice little place. Very friendly service and suggestions by the woman in charge and good pricing all around. I'll have to come back again soon. Thank you!

I ordered food from this place and the customer service was really bad. I will not go to this place again…

Called by phone for pick up and she said to be there in 30 mins. I arrived at 40mins and still not ready! Waited another 20mins. When complained she replied with abusive language! Customer service is really weak and the food has average quality but pricy. Definitely won't go back.

This place offers tasty dishes for good price. The only cons is the location which is more of industrial area however if you think it does not affect takeout customers.

Good kebabs. Looks like a mom and pop type of place. The meat was juicy and flavorful, rice was fluffy. It was just missing some type of sauce. The lady working there wasnt friendly hence the 4 stars.

Kabab koobideh was really good and juicy but the rice was cheep Basamati which smelled a little bit. Overall it was good.

I Almost wanna eat their Kebab everyday, properly done in the right way. Taste of kebab takes me to my childhood. Meat tastes fresh, their joojeh I have once a week though I have a grill at home LoL (it’s seriously good). The place is unfussy hence the prices are actually considered low for the relative quality and amount of food you get. I’m glad I don’t have to travel to northYork for some good persian food anymore. They hardly ever leave me with other choices food better healthier food in the area.

This is the best Iranian kebab in the west end.husband and wife team.barg is excellent which is very difficult to do.jojeh (chicken) is juicy and succulent.and of course the kobedeh is on point!

The Koobideh Kabob meal is so good! A long time favourite. I’ve been going there since at least 2005. Cooked to perfection every-time. Want to kick it up a notch? Add their hot sauce. It’s magical.and has some kick.

If you are looking for authentic and delicious Persian food this is the place. Food is great and served in decent portions. Owners are wonderful and make sure you have a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place for take-out or dine-in. Prices are reasonable as well.

Walking into this place, the aromas were amazing so I had my hopes up, but they were somewhat dashed. We ordered one beef tenderloin wrap, and one lamb wrap - both had excellent tasting meet, but sadly that part was so scarce! These wraps were mostly lettuce - definitely not worth the $14 and $10 respectively that we paid. Not much incentive to return.

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I really loved the environment of this spot. Superb place to take my family out for dinner.

If cleanliness and proper food handling are important to you then this isn't your spot. After waiting to be served while the lady in the kitchen finished her phone call be decided to go elsewhere

I love this little shop! The kebabs are great and reasonably priced. My go-to for Persian food in the west-end.

Seems to be family owned and operated. The dishes are pretty authentic (Iranian/Persian) and good quality. Have been here a couple of times and each time we were welcomed warmly. They have some basic groceries, eliminating the need to drive to North York. Definitely recommendable

I been to multiple Persian/Iranian Restaurant across GTA. Those who know, Persian/Iranian Kebab is different than Afghani style. I tried their Vaziri Kabab. Both skewers (Chicken bonless Leg/ Koobideh) are too dry. May be they overcooked it. Persian Kebabs are usually Juicier and full of Flavors unlike Afghani. I didn't found their Kebab is too tasty. They need to improve their grilling and marination to make it better.

Also the rice part, they didn't use long grain Basmati and the saffron was not adequate on the rice. Also they forgot to give butter which I asked later on. Usually Persian Rice comes with side butter without asking. They could give grilled red onion complimentary to make it better which they didn't. They only gave Roasted Tomato which was burnt out.

In a nutshell, on this competitive market they need to improve much on the taste side and service to sustain in the business.

Price wise, Much higher pricer than Other Iranians Kebab shop around Mississauga/Oakville. I would accept little higher price if the taste is outstanding, but they are not.

I hope they will improve the quality of grilling and marination.

I have been going here for years and i have always gotten fantastic service and the food is always top Tier.you will not be disappointed

I've had the best food here i can sit there and eat these delouse dishes all day all night the homemade taste that they add to there dishes its just beyond amazing iv had few catering as well i loved it the designs and the professionalism that they serve you with at your door and time any occasion its just beyond amazing

The food here is not bad, there kubideh kebab and tomato is a bit harder on the outside than the inside; this led me to believe they refrigerate there cooked food and microwave upon order.there is also a glass enclosure that (in my opinion) has been built to hide the kitchen area from the customer which emphasise my point.

That's why I much more recommend there kebab barg and chicken kabab over there kubideh if you still want to go here.

Also an important factor to consider before going to this restaurant is customer service, which is not the least bit decent. The owner is at the cash register most of the time and he has been rude to us every time we went here.
I've talked with friends and acquaintances who frequent this establishment about his behaviour; they all agree and say "we go, here because there is no other kebab places close by".

The food was served cold. It was also not tender. We ordered a chicken shawarma meal and were charged $20 each for the meal which consisted of a hand full of tabouli and rice. Will not visit again.

$15 for koobideh? That’s wayy too much to pay for considering the location and decor. Yes the kebab was tasty, but not the kinds you make the drive for. Next if in the area, just buy a skewer for $4. Pass!

I am an Iranian that's not Muslim, but this food is amazing! This chicken kabob was fantastic! Juicy, tasty and how I like it to be! Overall everything about here is perfect!
