Everything is FRESH. The shawarma and taouk plates come with a variety of delicious salads.

I got the chicken shawarma plate late afternoon on a Thursday (Chickpea salad, roasted potatoes, garlic, and hummus + juice). Wasn't busy at all and service was quick. A bit pricey but average for a plate these days. Its inside the mall food court so plenty of places to sit.
