Dr Sonia gave excellent service to my father.she explained in detail the precautions and steps to take…we really liked the service.

My child has been going to Keele crosstown dental for almost 10 years now. We have always had a great experience there, the receptionists are very kind and friendly. The dentists and hygienists are wonderful, they do an excellent job!

The dentist Sonia was very kind and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable during the process.

Unfortunately I’ve heard many patients have had a bad experience including my self with Dr Sonia that works at both locations keele crosstown dental centre & Landsdowne/bloor.
Pretty rude, unprofessional, multiple lies, bad attitude & poor English.
Keeping in view the above- mentioned circumstances request RCDSO to take a strict action against this unfair dealing of Dr Sonia towards her costumers.

I was referred here by my friend, i came for fillings and a cleaning very well done by Elaine and Dr Sonia, very nice people!

The dental hygienist said my blood pressure is too high to have a cleaning. I'm sure my blood pressure was at its lowest after walking up Eglinton and getting heated knowing that it would be a waste of time if she felt it was too high.
I've had this happen before, gone to the doctor to be cleared. A waste of time as even the doctor was puzzled at why I couldn't have my teeth cleaned.

I am very particular when it comes to services like dentist. Dr. Matt Karavos is absolutely amazing and so his entire staff. I have visited two locations (Keele & Caledonia) and I can honestly say I have never been more comfortable speaking and dealing with a dentist/office my entire life. Dr. Karavos I compared to an orchestra conductor of the mouth because he is so talented, experienced and understanding you can definitely tell he has been in the game for years. This is the reason why my wife and three children also visit crosstown dental. If you’re looking for a practice that with an entire team of talented and personable employees to feel comfortable with I highly recommend crosstown dental!

Dr Sonia is fabulous. My daughter and myself have a fear of the dentist and she puts both of us so at ease. She is a pleasure to come and see

Everyone is so friendly at at Crosstown Dental! Lina the receptionist makes you feel so welcome. I had my teeth cleaned, super friendly, painless, my teeth looked great afterward. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend going there for all dental needs;)

Dr Sonia is great with patients. Very knowledgeable. A calming personality. Will take time to explain the procedure and will listen to all your queries patiently. You will not feel rushed. If you are nervous about dentistry she is the one you should see
