I had a dental emergency which required an extraction and Dr. Ng and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Ng managed to extract my molar all in one piece and with minimal effort. This was no easy task since it had 3 roots. I had minimal pain and it is healing well. I’m so thankful for Dr. Ng and staff, and for this great dental clinic!

Dr. Cathy is an angel from heaven and I can't recommend her strongly enough. She is kind, friendly, passionate, wise and INCREDIBLY skilled at what she does (She is not my general dentist but my orthotropist). Staffs were polite and passionate, with a great deal of patience to accommodate patient's needs. Dr. Cathy was caring and professional, went above and beyond to ensure my first extraction experience was smooth and pleasant, along with great details for aftercare. They do not rush you out and take the time to listen to you and provide the best solution possible. The team is highly recommended. BTW, the office location is easily accessible with plenty of parking, a plus!

Everyone is so friendly, my daughter just loves the dentist! I myself had help with a tongue tie. I’ve struggled with chronic tension in my shoulders and neck, but I’ve noticed a huge difference in having my tongue tie released. Even helps my breathing, swallowing and night time sleep. So thankful for you guys!

We moved to Canada in 2018 and Dr. Catherine Ng has been our dentist since. Our kids' breathing and profiles have greatly improved since they had myobraces. Helped them with their snoring and nasal congestion too. Highly recommended and they really take care of your family. We moved to Whitby in 2019 and we travel each time just to see Dr. Ng and Jan. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and extremely knowledgeable with a clean office. We were referred here by a friend that lives in the area. My family and I travel 60km one way to get have our dental needs met here and have always been impressed, felt safe that our needs were being met with the upmost professionalism. You feel safe knowing that you are not being taken care of properly, not taken advantage of, and not upsold on services you dont need.

The hygienist, Janly, is absolutely amazing. Truly a professional. I've never had a cleaning that thorough. An invaluable member of the team that will keep you wanting to come in for regular cleanings.

I came to Dr. Cathy Ng after being told I had to remove multiple adult teeth by the consultation of three other orthodontic specialists. Little did I know that the narrowness of my jaw had not only caused my teeth to grow crookedly and develop a crossbite, but it had also contributed to other underlying problems such as a snore, a nasally voice, a crooked nose, a lack of jawline, no chin, poor posture, and potential back problems. Dr Ng told me that the secret was all in my mouth, she taught me the importance of a wide upper and lower jaw that could enable my teeth to have room to grow in correctly, and giving space for my tongue to rest/press on the roof of my mouth, the benefits of breathing through my nose and practicing healthy habits. A year and a few months after going on appliances/retainers to widen my jaw, my smile had improved immensely, and I had gained the self confidence to smile for the first time in my life. After a year and a half, I was finished and my smile was practically perfect. Four years since the completion of my treatment, there are still no signs of relapse, and I constantly receive compliments for my smile, the straightness of my nose, my jawline, my posture and my general appearance, even being called unrecognizable from the me from so long ago. Thank you Dr Ng for such incredible results, I don't know how different my life and health would be without your help!

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Cathy Ng. She is the first honest Dentist I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. They must have seen dollar signs when I walked in the door. (maybe I should have brought henchmen)

Every Dentist I've seen over the last 5 years has said I have multiple cavities whenever I go for a cleaning. The last "Dentist" did 4 fillings, then 4 months later he said I needed 5 and blamed me for not taking care of my teeth. (I brush and floss daily).

TG I went to Dr. Ng at Keele Lawrence Dental. She looked at all of the supposed cavities and said that the teeth were all fine - not mushy. Then she suggested that my teeth hurt because of vitamin deficiencies and told me to get levels checked by a Doctor/Lab. She also gave me a list of exactly what foods/supplements could rebuild my teeth from the inside. WOW!

I had given up the thought of ever having teeth that didn't hurt and was prepared for multiple extractions at my appointment. Instead I was given honest, sensible, Holistic advice.

My family have been patients of this practice for close to 2 years: Fully welcomed in from Day 1.

It is reassuring coming to a dental practice that does not try to upsell to the "latest, greatest, and most expensive techniques and procedures" just because you have a benefits plan. Doctor Ng, and her team are dedicated, and truly practice and preach what they believe with holistic and new non-invasive techniques.

It is comforting knowing that you go to a dentist who truly believes her work will benefit your entire health and that she or he did not go into the profession just because (i.e. They were directed to do so; or they were in it for the money; or the prestige).

P. S. Even though they do not promote themselves as a dental practice for young children. This office is great at accommodating and educating children on the importance of good hygiene.

I used to have lock jaw and kept breathing through my mouth and had bad posture. Until I went to this amazing dental clinic that offered me an incredible treatment. I no longer have lock jaw and can sleep peacefully and breathe through my nose better. The check ups are great I learn how to improve my posture and started becoming a better healthier version of my self, totally recommend this place!

My two children have been going to Dr. Cathy for myofunctional therapy since Nov 2019. I have seen improvement in both kids with their sleeping and breathing. They now have more room in their mouths to breathe. This form of holistic therapy involves your whole body with lifestyle changes and habits. The ultimate outcome is not perfect teeth but better health and wellness (with the byproduct of nice looking teeth and good oral habits). We are able to avoid jaw surgery for my children with this less invasive approach. My children are in this therapy for the long haul (not the quick fix of braces with narrowing breathing room) and we will be seeing Dr. Cathy for years. Dr. Cathy really cares about your holistic health and her treatments have been so successful with tons of referrals.

We are a family of 5 and we all go and see Dr. Cathy Ng and her team at Keele and Lawrence dental; we are fortunate to have a great, knowledgeable dentist right in our neighborhood. Dr. Ng’s knowledge and overall approach to oral health as cause or symptomatic of other health concerns is something that we recommend to everyone. One of our kids was waking up frequently at night, snoring, grinding teeth while sleeping and when we came see Dr. Ng, she recommended that we put him on a appliance to address his sleep issues besides overall oral health.we have noticed a visible improvement in his sleep and his health. We are so fortune to have met Dr. Ng. She is so knowledgeable, professional and attentive to her patients. She has our best interest in mind. The myo treatment works very well for my daughter and she doesn't need to pull out any tooth, and now she does not snore or grind her teeth anymore when she sleeps. Thanks to Keele Lawrence Dental's MYO program, I can breathe a lot better, I rarely get sick anymore, and my teeth are aligned without needing anything pulled out! Additionally, I used to suffer from insomnia and I sleep very well now. I also learned a lot of strategies to keep my teeth and body healthy. At first, wearing the appliance was uncomfortable and it took a while to see change, but as soon as I developed the correct way to hold my mouth, I instantly saw great results.

I am so grateful that a friend told me about Dr Catherine Ng's practice. From the moment I met Dr. Cathy, I could tell she was genuinely interested in addressing not just my family's dental needs, but also our overall health and wellbeing. She goes the extra mile to educate her clients about the measures they can take themselves to produce excellent outcomes. In particular, her Myo program has been outstanding for my children, and I have seen their entire faces change and become more symmetrical because of this approach. Dr Cathy explained to us how a more traditional approach to straightening teeth doesn't properly address root causes, whereas her method of expanding the palate and retraining the tongue and other muscles to do what they are supposed to do leads not just to a better smile, but to better breathing and general health (as well as the ability to keep the adult teeth instead of pulling some - because ideally the expansion makes enough room for the teeth to stay and straighten out). It doesn't make sense to me that anyone would choose an approach that promotes the pulling of perfectly healthy teeth if there's an alternative method like Dr Cathy's that can preserve those teeth AND help prevent problems as serious as sleep apnea. I was so compelled by the results I was seeing in my kids (and the science behind the results) that I chose to do it for myself too! Even though progress is slower for adults, I am happy to say my palate is successfully expanding, and my breathing is getting easier. Many thanks to Dr Cathy, her husband Tim (who prepared and presented many helpful education sessions), and the wonderful staff at Keele Lawrence Dental. This office is much farther away from our house than our old dentist was, but it is well worth the extra time on the road to see Dr Cathy and benefit from her expertise. I have referred friends to her without hesitation, and I will continue to do so.

I came here because I heard great things about Dr. Ng.but was really disappointed. She was rude, rushed through my appointment, and misdiagnosed me with something that could have been easily avoided if she took literally 10 seconds to sit down and examine me properly. You will not get any patients if you continue to treat them this way. The rest of the staff were pleasant.

Had a sweet experience this week at this place with each of the ladies! Will go there again if need be. Thank you all.

Me together with husband and two kids have been Dr. Cathy's patients for 3 years. We travel for an hour from Oakville almost every month just to see Dr Cathy. We have enough good dentists close to where we live, but we think she is the best. We lived in US and Australia, but couldn't find a dentist or doctor as caring as Cathy. Her compassion, ethics and integrity is unmatched. Cathy together with her staff and husband Tim are wonderful souls. She would never even think of charging somebody more. Plenty of times she would recommend us to not to do a procedure or x-ray, just because we can live without it. Whereas in same circumstances, other dentists had done procedures or put caps on teeth which were totally unnecessary. I can totally see why she has 4 and 5 stars all over.
