Absolutely terrible car wash and customer service. Didn’t wash my car, dryer turned on and started counting down as it was still washing my car. They smiled at me and tried to sell me on the same car wash again. Stay away.

I would like to say my experience was very very good.we were at the Car wash and gas station April 21.when our Brake light atvthe back of our Land Rover broke off.at the final cycle at the Car Wash.
We did not notice till we got tonour destination 4 hrs away.l called the Esso and the man who answered the phone was very polite.but so busy but he said that when he could he would go in the Car wash.and look for it.this was. Raoul.that l spoke to.
The next day l called and spoke to Hard.he had heard that it was being looked for.well after they did indeed find it.l said that it would be sometime before l could pick it up as.l was away. They said " No worries" it was safe and had my name on it.this would be very expensive to by this part again.anyhow.my friend has just picked it up at the Esso.l am very happy.these 2 guys were very nice.and caring.this Esso is pretty close to my home.so we will continue to support this business.thankyou. Worst gas station ever. They were having issues with the pumps. Instead of letting customers know, they allowed people to "fill" their tanks and pay. When I confronted the attendant he laughed and said "he will bring his car and show me how to pump gas". I told him that he was dishonest because I heard him ask the other attendant if the pumps were working properly. Never going back to this station. Poor customer service skills.

Not very honest or professional staff. I show up at 12: 40am for a touchless car wash, and the attendant tells me that because the neighbors complain, they have to shut down the car wash at this time. Just when I'm about to leave, his colleague (was also wearing the same Esso uniform) takes a white BMW from the parking lot and uses the car wash!

I thought his colleague said the car was closed at this time!

The car wash at this place is such a scam.they advertise a $6.99 car wash but there is no option like that on the fuel pumps - the cheapest car wash is $8.99. The car wash itself poorly guides you inside - there are no markers where the car should stand.the blowers at the end do a terrible job of drying the car as there are only two and they don't seem to be properly positioned - my car was covered in water as I was leaving and of course streaked dry. Also the 'protective spray' or whatever the last step was of the regular car wash was only applied to half the car. What a waste of money.

Clerk wished me a Happy New Year when I approached to pay and was ultra friendly to all us customers. We need more gas bar attendants like him! Happy New Year back!

Don't waste your money on car wash. Sign says soft cloth, but it's touchless, or more like barely washw

They have a car wash which is nice, but it's a small gas station that I always see people getting stuck and cars not moving due to the plant layout.
