I arrived on time and because the previous client was late, they pushed my appointment and offered to cut MY appointment to stay on schedule. This was 20mins after the start of my appointment. Completely unprofessional. You lost all my business.

Sad to see in your response that you lie about being 2-3min late. That's completely false. My appointment was at 10am and at 10: 15am I was notified you needed extra time for your client that came late.

Booking appointments with Kefi either online or via phone have been very efficient. Helps with my busy schedule. I highly recommend the Acupuncture treatments from Roberto. He has helped to address my medical conditions.

Booked an acupuncture session with Roberto, he is very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. The pain reduced immediately after the session.he is truly amazing, will definitely come back if I have pain again.

Suffered from golfer elbow for the past year. The chronic pain is really annoy. Had a few sessions of shockwave therapy with Nikita, it worked really well. Highly recommend shockwave therapy for chronic muscle aches.

Excellent RMT massage with Jason, highly recommended. He is able to provide deep tissue massage with strong pressure, but always asks if an adjustment is needed. I've tried different therapists at different massage clinics and I think I've finally found the one to stick with. Facilities at Kefi Wellness Center are new, clean, professional and ample parking available. Online booking is convenient.

Professional and very helpful in answering my questions. I had shoulder pains for the past 2 years and so I've been constantly looking for places that could help. Kefi managed to do that, and I will be coming back later for more checkups.

I went to the centre for treating a painful shoulder. The physiotherapist Nikita assessed my problem quickly and put me on an exercise regimen that gave immediate results.

Clinic is a little hidden but very nice, modern and clean on the inside. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. I booked with Jason for my first RMT massage at Kefi. I was looking for deep tissue and someone knowledgeable to help me manage discomfort in my quad/patella from a very active lifestyle and an old knee reconstruction. Very happy with Jason and my massage and I’ve already booked my next massage!

Had a massage with Kristen for the first time today. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Everyone at Kefi Wellness Centre was exceptionally professional and it was a very pleasant environment. Will definitely be recommending it!

My new go to place now for relaxation and pain relief. The staff is professional and very welcoming. The ambiance definitely contributes to the overall experience, clean and with the right amount of illumination. Highly recommend Jason Zhang. His techniques always improve my circulation and alleviate my body pain. Thanks Jason!

I have been to this location for a couple of treatments and it has been amazing. Already starting to feel the difference.

Jason hit all the pressure points in the massage. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is also really clean and fresh. Highly reccomend!
