Find any other dealer you can. 2 months into a 2022 brand new trailer and it’s been nothing but a money pit with numerous problems that were clearly covered up to sell this cheaply made piece of junk. You’re better off at any other dealership. Tried nicely to address issues within the first week of ownership and was threatened with a lawsuit by the owner for leaving an honest review. I’m absolutely appalled by the way they handle business.

From start, (we are first time RV owners and really naive) to finish it was an amazing experience. Carolyn was so patient, Chantal was able to schedule us in quickly for our orientation, Mike was amazing showing us how the workings of the vehicle worked. They have offered for us to call anytime with questions and I know they mean it. A professional, honest, local company. We highly recommend anyone who is looking for advice, sales or trades. Purchased a 5th wheel trailer from Keith's. Came with 30 day warranty. Had trailer towed my park, After setup was complete, Had a few issues. Shower door binding, inverter making unusual noise and fridge not getting cold. Called spoke to Mike. Was to get back and have issues looked after in a few weeks. That was in June. Still have not heard back and does not return messages. Not a happy camper at this point

First impression, this place was great. My daughter and I bought our first trailer together.not even 24 hours after picking it up we noticed the freezer door was twisted up in the corner (missed it during the walk thru as it doesn't really jump out at you) I was told to bring it in and they would fix it. Got it back and it wasn't fixed, so i email again.this women calls me back and starts telling me they wont fix it and starts accusing me of taking it to Boots and trashing it. Keith gets on the phone and also starts telling me theres no way it left their shop like that and accuses me of the damage. So its under warranty and I have the extended warranty, but apparently because I didn't notice it during the walk through and signed off on it, its not on them to fix it. They seem really friendly until you need something fixed and then they will just accuse you of trashing it and lying. What do my daughter and I gain from lying about damage the trailer came with? The trailer was picked up on Friday Aug 4th 3: 00 pm taken to my in-laws and left. My daughter and I work until midnight, so it got opened on Sat Aug 5th at 1: 14.found the damage and sent email imminently. I wish I was still in my 30 days I would've cancelled my contract with them. They did fix the awning that also need to be addressed, but I was still told that I must have damaged that as well. I guess during the drive from Erin to Milton. Don't chat with during your walk thru, you'll get distracted and they will put everything on you if theres a problem. That might be the con their playing. I don't appreciated being called a lier.

Great Experience! I purchased a 2015 travel trailer from Keith's trailer. I saw the ad on Facebook and had some worries about used and Keith was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the buying experience phenomenal. His team is very knowledgeable and was very accommodating to all my needs. Highly recommend.

We had a travel trailer that we were not successful in selling, then we contacted Keith's Trailer Sales and we were taken care of so nicely and professionally. They gave us a very good price for our trailer and the handover was very easy. They did an inspection and we had a bank draft for the agreed price right after lunch. In May 2023 we bought a trailer from Keith Trailer Sales. A family owned business, surprisingly, who care about their customers. The sales staff was great. They were overall accommodating which made the transaction easy and smooth for me. Upon pickup their staff set up the equalizing hitch/sway bars perfectly which created a balanced and stress free tow. In the 40 years of towing this setup creates the best tow I have experienced. I am confident that if any issues arise with the new trailer, which often happens, that they will back up and support their product. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Keith and Carolyn. We were new to the whole process of buying a trailer. We went to a few different places and felt Keith's was welcoming and definitely took some time to answer questions over the course of a month or so before buying the right trailer for our size of family. It was pretty black and white from beginning to end. Haven't had to use the service dept yet, But I hope they are the same and helpful as the staff up front.

Keith deserves more than just 5 stars!

This is our first RV purchase, so it was a bit nerve racking.

We have gone to so many RV sale centres around the GTA and no one comes close to Keith’s honesty, detailed knowledge of the products and his RV inventory!

He himself helped my fiancé and I. Took the time to show us what we were looking for. Did not try to up sell us at all but just really focused on our needs.

I would definitely recommend to checking out Keith’s RV place prior to making a final decision on an RV!

He’s certainly got a return customer from us!

We called for an appointment and showed up with a last minute request to get a trailer ready for a cross country trip in the winter.not only did they come through but helped to alleviate any concers by going the extra mile and making sure we had the right generator, mounts and hitch all ready to roll in record time.
