KELCOM - Revolution IP

With this company, you'd be smart to continuously check their pricing. They have a tendency to overcharge for the same services others pay half the price for. My internet kept going out, I told them that I wanted a new modem thinking that was the problem. They said no and if they sent somebody out, it would cost me $125, so I canceled my service with them and called Cogeco. They sent me a modem i hooked it up and it hasn't gone out since

Amazingly fast reply to query, quick scheduling and sending out engineer for assessment of adding new equipment. Currently have their telephone system at our church which works great and is less than what we were paying for a poor system before. Any internet problems with the cable, they jump immediately. Overall a great company that values their customers.

Good local ISP. I had the 40mps plan and never had any problems. I only left because I got a better deal with fibre somewhere else but if that doesn't work out, I'll definitely consider returning to Kelcom.
