To echo other reviewers, my group has had a pretty bad experience with Andrew Robertson at KW. For one thing he doesn’t seem to understand the multi unit residential market… but worse than that was just how difficult he was to work with.
I’ve been assisting the group that is purchasing Andrew’s building on Caroline St. He is representing himself in the sale, and fluffed up some … shall we say … 'selectively focused' assessments of the property. He worked pretty hard to keep the building’s repair needs undisclosed. Our group tried to address this through standard negotiations and he basically through a temper tantrum LOL… Needless to say I’ll likely be avoiding Andrew’s listings next time I’m working on a residential acquisitions project or helping someone look for a home. There may be more professional brokers with KW however I didn’t get a chance to work with them.

Thanks to Jessica Hume we were able to find our house that was perfect for us. I'm so glad she was our agent we saw so many houses that were not quite right but she helped us find the right one. She's great to work with and went above and beyond. Thanks Jessica your truly great!

Very unprofessional. They have a listing in Niagara, same reality 2 listings with 2 agents. Ignoring emails. Seems like doing disservice to their client. Listing on site for several months; however, ignoring inquiries, what's the point listing the property?

My agent Brent convinced me to take a preemptive offer on my new condo in the prime area of Stoney. Creek which I ended up losing $150,000 K as the unit that was sold above my unit just three months later and is actually 100 square foot smaller sold for $150 k more. They got me the lowest offer compared to all the other units in the building. I trusted them and they were not trustworthy only interested in making a sale! I told him there is no rush to sell. Also he did not suggest getting a home inspection on my new place when it’s from built in 1900 and there was only 2 inches of insulation in the attic. Then making it look like they went above and beyond for me when they just did the regular amount of work any agent would do! Actually I also bought and sold from them and they did not give me any discount usually if you buy and sell you get a 1% discount. He also did not inform me of the area I’m moving into in Hamilton it’s actually a very sketchy ghetto part of town as I only looked at the house itself and not the area and I don’t even know Hamilton at all.again compared to the area I was living in sought after! I would not recommend! As they like many other sales agent are there to make a sale for themselves first not the client. Really quite livid that I just lost 150 K while being made to feel guilty for doing the basics that any agency would do which would be taking photographs, some cleaning and staging the place all and apparently washing my dishes when I have a dishwasher.all of which I can do myself for free and not loose 150k!

Sellers and Buyers be aware. This company are a bunch of scammers with no scruples. Be careful and cover your back if you deal with them, especially if they are the looking to buy your property. The owner of this company should be ashamed. We learned the hard way!

Dealt with Danielle Stutzmann and it was by far my worst experience I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE in real estate or with any type of sales/service representation ever.

She was completely unprofessional and inattentive to mine and my wife’s requests. She had ZERO knowledge of the Hamilton market and lacked very basic skills you would expect even from an amateur realtor.

While I can’t speak for the rest of the realtors at Keller Williams, I can firmly say that Danielle should not be in real estate or in any type of sales job for that matter. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER IF YOU CAN!

Tabatha Thomson is a great agent. She worked hard to find the right home for me and didn't give up the search until we found it.

I would like to thank Mr Harry Mand who is really great and hard working person. He help me to find my first home in brantford. Awesome service and knowledgeable person. He is always try his best and work for his clients.

Mike Johnson met us to sell our home, he sounded very professional, and he convinced us to sign with him on the spot for higher commission than the average. He also gave us the "exit card" if we change our mind and won't be happy, but that is just one sales tactics since we had to pay $2,000 for the staging up front, which we will loose in case we stop working with Mike (and we did want to). We paid the $2,000 for staging and the home went on the market, we did not get the home sold, and Mike started to ignore my phone calls and messages, he returned phone calls after a day or two. It felt like he was just trying to get us to list the home with him, but then he will stop working. A week after the home was listed and Mike informed me that "the market as changed, and it is not the market we had two weeks ago. " great excuse. We lost a month and $2,000 with Mike Johnson. And then our contract expired, Mike was still trying to convince us to extend the contract with him by giving me "options" such as reducing the asking price (Mike didn't gave the option of him paying for another month of staging), we obviously turned Mike down and we signed with another real estate agent, who was amazing and attentive not only with her speech. We got the home sold in one week for less commission than Mike, so we saved thousands of dollars in the end. I was glad that Mike wasn't able to sale the home in the end because it saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you for my other agent.

Working Khusbu was a delight! She was professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to rent or buy!

Jacquilyn German is an amazing realtor. My process took at least 10 months of deciding to sell or rent my property, life changes interfered with things and never once did get commitment waiver, her level of service drop off or did she try to pressure the situation. Was continually helpful and provided information and advice. I would not hesitate to recommend her as your agent. Did a great job for us.

I usually dont write reviews but I am really disappointed in services by Sara Atkinson - I was in search of an apartment in Hamilton and was constantly ignored and left on read when replying to any of her listings posted on Marketplace. The places I was inquiring about are STILL listed weeks later with still no response, if I were to get an answer maybe one of these places would have been rented by now. Thankful that I have found another leasing agent who has found me a place within an extremely short period of time. Just very very disappointing that I was completely ignored on multiple occasions.

Leonardo Mascaluso is the very best. Gives 100 percent of himself his clients from start to finish.

Sherman Barrington was the realtor that I got to work with. He is super helpful, kind and patient. He took his time to go into detail with any questions that I may have. I highly recommend working with him!

This company does not listen, or I suppose the success rate for their unsolicited phone calls makes it worth while for them to irritate the rest of us. I get a lot of calls from KW. Earlier this week I received a phone call from them, I asked them to take me off their phone lists, today I received another. While I understand it may take a while for the list to update, that's at least two calls in one week from one realtor. I don't know if I am on their do not call lists now but KW did get me to sign up on the Canada Do Not Call list. I do know they are on my Realtors I Would Not Use list.
6 months later: after asking KW to take me off their call list and signing on for the Canada Do Not Call list I received another phone call from them today. They are relentless and I have reported them to the CRTC.
9 months later: another call from KW.

She applied great market research to maximize the sale potential of my Hamilton town home for the most amount in the least amount of time. Jen was instrumental in aiding with the appearance and clean out prior to listing. Jen's representation as a complete realtor was bang on!

It was a pleasure to meet with Josh Fleming he is totally professional and well prepared. He made himself available to meet our schedule and sent information prior meeting so we were well prepared. He took his time with a brief walk though and was extremely patient and attentive and was able to capture the improvements we had made. He then explained step by step the approach he would recommend to sell our home for the best price.

HAMILTON HOME OWNERS/SELLERS/RESIDENTS BEWARE! I have not dealt directly with this company, but my elderly next door neighbours enlisted their services to sell their home of 25 years. My neighbours specifically requested that their home not be sold to investors.the KW agent railroaded them into accepting the first offer they received (even before their planned open house) from a rock star realty agent that they were undoubtedly in cahoots with. They promised him it was a family that was buying the house and they were going to set up an in-law suite for the husband's parents. ALL LIES! My neighbour discovered shortly after the deal closed that it was in fact an investor group that purchased his house and had plans to duplex their small bungalow. My neighbour was devastated and came over in tears to tell me and to apologize. Does that sound like a successful real estate deal/transaction. SHAMEFUL! Hamilton needs to fight all this speculative investment and absentee ownership of our housing stock. Shame on KW for partnering with these snakes to line their pockets at the expense of the unravelling of our neighbourhood fabric. Oh.and then I received a cold call from this office asking if I was interested in selling my home.so they are also soliciting on these "investors'" behalf. Anything for an easy buck.huh Keller Williams? !?

I have been working with Lindsay Harrison on a rental property that I have put up for sale. I cannot express how impressed I have been with her. She went into this project with her best foot forward immediately. She staged the empty unit, arranged for high quality photos and did a great job to network and bring in investors. Most importantly, during an extremely difficult situation with the tenants that occupied one of the units, she was a rock star in her communication, problem-solving and recommendations. Lindsay will be my go-to agent moving forward on investment or personal properties.

We were referred by a friend to Kevin Whaley when we began the search for our first home. Being first time homeowners, we had a lot of questions - and Kevin happily answered every one in a very timely manner, making us feel super comfortable and confident.

Kevin is easy going, friendly and very knowledgeable about the industry! He definitely made buying our first home an extremely pleasurable, stress free experience! We highly recommend him - and we will recommend him to our friends and family in the future! Thanks, Kevin!

This has got to be the worst experience I have had with a brokerage, me and my husband gave a wired deposit but to get it back is impossible! We have been given the run around and typically it takes two days for a wired deposit to go back to us but not for them. It has been more then a week and still no money has been returned to us, so frustrating. Don't bother buying any property from them because you won't get your deposit back right away if you back out. I tried to be patient but my patience has run out and we need that money, it's ours for a reason.

I keep receiving unsolicited messages from Sam Abdallah. I replied to the first message and asked a question but didn't receive any response. Instead I received another sales message a couple days later. So a asked him to not message anymore. Then I got a sales Email?
Seems to be out of touch with the human aspect

Went to see a rental listing through Andrew Robertson. They had what I’m assuming is the super of the building show us the unit. She was kind but very unknowledgeable about the unit. We decided to put in an application anyway with them. 3 days go by and I didn’t hear anything so I send a quick email inquiring, to find out we were rejected. Overall that’s not the end of the world. But the lack of professionalism on behalf of the agent is what bothers me. You should be communicating with your clients better. Also on a sales perspective why wouldn’t you recommend another property? Like that’s your commission. Really disappointed but I’m glad we learned now and not in a years time when we decide to buy a house. Definitely don’t recommend.

I had an awful experience with Danielle Connelly.

After emailing her about a unit that she is renting in Hamilton, she called me to schedule an appointment the Saturday after. I therefore drove from Ottawa to Hamilton, and rented a hotel room, to see the unit. The night before (7pm), she calls me to ask if she can postpone to Sunday, because her photographer can no longer make it Satuday? !? I say that I can't, since I only have a hotel room for one night (Friday night). I also offer to meet her that same night, which she declined. She goes on to say that she will find someone else to show me the next, or worst case, she would come herself.

On the day of, SHE NEVER SHOWED UP OR ANSWERED HER PHONE CALLS. I drove 400km to get stood up by her. She later texted me to say that we had agreed on a Sunday or Monday showing!? ! What? She also declined to give me the keybox code so that I could it the unit by myself.

Bottomline, she is highly unprofessional. Stay away.

Likes to give spam, junk, unsolicited calls from phone numbers which don’t exist when you dial back. Scammers!

Tried to get in contact with the broker today andrew robertson. Staff at office told me they had no contact information for him and had no email or voice mail either. Had to search him up online to get his number. Once getting in contact with Andrew i tried to discuss our current situation but was told he stands behind his agents even before i was able to express my concerns. After the 2 min phonecall he told me that he was going to talk to the agent who was calling him at that moment and proceeded to hang up on me.

The agency is not working in our best interest and after multiple requests will not release us from the listing agreement. I feel very frustrated that our house is being held "hostage" and have lost any faith in this agency.

Took them a month to return my $5000 deposit. Despite being at the same bank and requiring me to direct deposit (ie: immediately) it into theirs. They could have easily done the same in return but had to hound them for the return with multiple phone calls, they then apparently could not even find the time to drop it in the mail. Had to pick it up at their office. Ridiculous.

I highly recommend Leslie Ann Sardo as a Real Estate Agent that cares about her customers. She not only finds them a home, she makes sure they have a plan for the future!

Anthony D'Alesio is a patient and knowledgeable agent, that makes the high pressure environment of real estate a great experience.
