Honestly I used to be a loyal client for more than 10 years. I used to recommend this location to everyone.
I took my wedding dress to be tailored and found two ladies I hadn't work with in the past. Normally I work with Kelly of Kelly dry cleaners. I think she may have been away on vacation which I know she does every year.
I came with my wedding dress that I bought online. I needed minor alterations, it need to be shortened and brought in. I ordered it fours size to big because I have a lot of shape.
Well they made it too small. I couldn't zip it up. I left it for only three weeks to be fixed. The ladies then told me I had put on weight and that's why it didn't fit me, completely not true. I had taken my measurements to order the dress online and then again afterwards. I had in fact lost 8lb, so there is NO reason why the dress shouldn't be able to be zipped up.
I am two weeks away from my wedding and I had to take it to another tailor to create a corset lace up back costing my another $200.
I was incredibly embarrassed by the fact that the two ladies kept repeating I had gained weight and that it was my fault the dress wasn't fitting me.
I will NEVER go back. I wish I had enough money to sue. This was such an important day for me and you ruined my dress.
Here I am trying to keep my finances down and I've had to pay more to fix this dress than I originally paid for the dress itself.
Honestly shame on you ladies for blaming me for your mistake.
Update: there is no way you reviewed the footage of me trying on this dress. Your company made it two inches too short to zip up. It was NEVER able to be zipped up after your employees worked on it I literally had to get another tailor to create a corset tie up back. You charged me $165 and it was too late as it was too small. It could not be let out with the material; it wasn't there to do this. Confirmed by new tailor.

Very affordable pricing, and friendly staff. Turnaround time is pretty good too. Can’t comment much on the cleaning portion as I gave in a suit that was already pretty clean, but no complaints!

Best customer service! They have my account with them as Mya. I have already gotten 2 jackets dry cleaned and a pair of pants altered by them. Just dropped off another pair of pants to be altered. You will not be disappointed!

Pleasant and quality service, great pricing. I had a suit altered and will be using their services in the future.

I'm here to pick up my dry cleaning at exactly 5: 24pm and you're closed already. You said you close at 5: 30pm so I rushed out of work to make it. This isn't right guys!

Kelly is so nice and welcoming! She did an amazing job on my winter jacket, highly recommend to everyone!
