Felt supported throughout the process of getting railing. All staff were super helpful and took the time to answer my questions and guide me through the store. I'll be back here first before any store for my next project.

Went on there site for scaffolding called store to make sure they had what was advertised drove a considerable distance with a trailer to pick up the order got there was told they made a mistake on site and no longer included the platform in the advertised kit and would not honour the advertised price, very poor customer service will not go back to that store I'm a contractor, lots of other places to shop

Great staff. All friendly and knowledgeable.
There's nothing you can't get here if your renovating, buying a house and fixing it.
Prices are great. No different than any of the other style-type stores. Clean. Accessible

All around great place!

I phoned and placed my order for lockstone along with supplies. I was told it would be ready for loading. I hired someone on the hourly basis and rented a truck. Nothing was ready apon arrival and was loaded by hand. Turns out they loaded all the wrong stone. Corey Rock was the person who took my order and was excellent, but whoever works in the yard is clueless. I am now out a considerable amount of money due to their unknowable employees. NOT IMPRESSED

I've been a tradesperson all my life and the one thing that annoys me is all the arrogance and intimidating from behind the sales desk. Just be friendly and professional, I'll drive to Toronto rather than give you my business.

I got the Makita tool. After one week it broke down. Brought the tool back I asked for the replacement or refund. They said to leave it with them they have to call Makita and will call me back. After two weeks I call and went to store no one call back at this moment don't have tool to useand that don't want to give refund

Everytime I call them, they don't know what I'm talking about. Then they tell me to send an email picture of the tool. They never reply or call me back. I would take inexperienced staff at big Brick and mortar, over getting no replies at all. I'm from about an hour out of town. So I don't run all my business through them. I guess, I am not worth the time. (Side note I know they had the product because it was purchased the before. But I had to send someone to pick it up as a favour. So I could remain on the job. I wanted to have everything ready for the person for doing me a huge favor). Hire someone inexperienced who is will to go the extra mile. Instead of the experienced people (Yves) who's established relationships and not willing to go the extra mile for the little guys or the start ups.
