0 stars. So I got recommended to this agency. The receptionist got all rude. And couldn't answer my questions. Poor customer service here. Wouldn't recommended this place to anyone as it's a waste of time, good luck folks

(Dana), Unfortunately I did believe myself, she's very rudely too much!
I liked to provided her about something happened there!
Unfortunately, the director stands on the side of falsehood I didn't see same like her before!
Also I spoke with team lead her name (Amanda), the customer service is too bad unfortunately!
Its existence or non-existence is the same, (Amanda) she don't know how to solve or do something, nothing!
By the deals Unfortunately, respect is completely missing, that's really bad!
I wasn't saw same like this company before never,
Then I have dealt with (Ranstad, Applone, ABL). They was really great company's they will make you happy, they have a very nice agents, very respectable agents, very polite, great company

I went through multiple rounds of interviews yet was not given the courtesy of a final verdict. Unprofessional.

One word: unprofessional. The recruitment staff is very rude and demeaning. The tone and language they use is not suited for the workplace, for employees are human beings who put in effort and hard work. They give themselves the right to scold employees for their own mistakes and don't offer any apology after the incident. For a so called agency that is supposed to help people, they treat everyone with zero respect. Employees are treated like robots and nothing more. Kelly Services should really consider re-training their staff on basic professionalism in the workplace. The management staff are also equally unprofessional just like the recruitment staff. An email from them never consists of a greeting nor thank you. They also ignore emails with legitimate questions. They expect employees to have the utmost level of professionalism and skills, but some of their staff members cannot spell properly which definitely makes their skills questionable. The salaries are also very low considering the amount of effort and work needed. If you want to keep your dignity and not have to beg for a job, please stay away from this company. I'm sure any person with considerable skills does not deserve to be treated so poorly by this agency. Again, corporate, please re-train your recruitment and management staff on how to act professionally and not come off as insulting towards others.

Giant waste of time! They provide no feedback whatsoever and are very unprofessional. Their clients are not worth the trouble either, they are even worst.

Not serious at all about hiring rather just collecting resumes!

The staff told me to do something but not man enuff to admit that he forget or didn’t make a note of my name so I was dismiss
But just let him know I got a better job god open up a better door for me

Well what can I say?
The staff here (at this present time, two female and one male) were nothing short of juvenile when I visited. They were very rude and arrogant, not something you would expect from a "Leading recruitment agency".
Don’t waste your time going in, there are plenty of other agencies in Toronto that you wont find swinging around on chairs when you arrive.
