I was going in for a standard trim. They cut my hair in a way that functionally is fine, but removed over 2 inches when we had agreed on an inch at most. I don't love my haircut, my boyfriend went two weeks before me and his hair also wound up shorter than he wanted as well.

I thought it was awful they didn't cut my sons hair the way we wanted. Went to pay debit their machine wasn't working for me, which was strange I had just used it before at grocery store.
She made me leave my id to try and get cash at trevis my card didn't work there. I don't have a car plus a 3 year old and 11 year old.
I said I can etransfer the manager said no. So then I said I don't know what else to do. She said you'll have to figure it out I was about to cry I was stuck. Thank God this good Samaritan said I can etransfer her and she would use her card. It worked. I thanked her so much. Family friendly I think not.

I usually don’t leave reviews but i recently got a haircut and it was exactly what i wanted.would highly recommend if you’re simply getting a trim to clean up your look!

One of the place where you don't need appointment before you go. Its first come first serve. Plus you can get some discount if you have a coupon. But remember you need to print that. With e copy you dont get discount. The staffs are friendly.

My hair dresser was very nice, but the older lady who greated me at 9am for my 9am appointment didn't tell me they over booked. I found out at 9: 29 when they finally decided to cut my hair for my 9am appointment.

I went there this monday and I tip her because she took her time with me I hope next time I go that I get extra fools put on thank u

I've been getting my hair cut here for years and I will continue to get my hair cut till I'm bald (if that ever happens) the staff is friendly and they know what they are doing.

For me Kelly's is five star, because I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, good service great haircut

It's a pretty decent place to get a haircut but I do have an issue when I'm sitting there and the girls walk by and go out and have their cigarettes while I'm sitting there for 15 minutes I just found that kind of strange and yes I know everybody deserves a break but you don't leave customers sitting while you're outside smoking

My grandmother loves this place. Good for a quick trim, but otherwise I'd suggest some place else

My go to place to get a trim, usually pretty fast and not much wait times when I go, usually in and out just how I like it.

Omg Angel Savoie is the most amazing hairdresser and stylist out there. I would 110 % recommended here she is so nice and outgoing and just great only hairstylist I go to in sudbury forsure.
