I find it hard to believe even when I see all the positive reviews on this locations chicken wings as these people doing these reviews have obviously not had chicken wings anywhere else. I can name a dozen great restaurants that have better wings. I had them this past week and found them horrible compared to the other restaurants I frequent on a regular basis. Cara supplies the tiniest meatless pre frozen wings to Kelseys and have for years so after not going to a Kelseys for years we decided this past Thursday to head over as it was close. After years and years I found the wings have never changed they are still low quality. We live 1 min to that kekseys but we drive all the way to St. Catherines for real Buffalo style wings.there are 4 spots in st kitts that have wings that will blow Kelseys wings right out of the water. Once Cara bought all the Kelseys everything went downhill.this is the problem with chain restaurants food quality just isn't there for the astronomical prices they charge. Kelseys has a a good drink happy hour and the spinach dip appetizer is the best anywhere and they seem to hire great staff but thats about it.

Dinner and drinks were great. Trivia night was a lot of fun. I am pretty smart, apparently!

I go here so much I have been given a nickname! The food and the service is amazing! I love the patio in the summer! I love the service that I get especially when Crystal is working!

Anthony was exceptional. He was attentive and consistently aware of our needs. He made sure we were comfortable and ensured the heaters were on which certainly extended our stay. He made our experience fun!

Krista was very kind and helpful during my experience at Kelseys. When my buzz started to fade she said NOO! Offering me a shot of my favourite whiskey, but it didn’t stop there when the whisky stopped working she was right there with a recommendation of coconut tequila which absolutely hit the spot. So overall my visit was astounding and will definitely will be visiting again.

Had a great time with company and the food was excellent. My server was Jenna and she gave us good drink recommendations and was very attentive.:)

Was at Kelsey's today and enjoyed everything. Kelsey's offered my favorite apps and finger foods and the main menu has a lot of delicious lunch and dinner options and a decent cost. The atmosphere is great and my server was Karly she was happy always smiling, courteous and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. The restaurant was packed today and when Karly was busy keep her many other customers happy Jenna and Kiera came by to make sure we were OK and enjoying our meal. We will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend Kelsey's Winona to my friends and family. Good job girls.

Krista was very helpful and always made sure I had a drink. She offered to even pay for my coconut tequila shot if I did not like it. When you come here ask for her and she will feed you fish gummy candies. KRISTA FOR EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR.

Food was very good. I had the mushroom burger and my wife had a chicken wrap. The service was horrible. Are server didn't ask us once how the meal was or if I wanted another drink. She wasn't friendly at all especially when I came in she ignored me and I sat myself. I ordered the 78 not realizing it was a mixed drink on tap. She never mentioned any specials on the menu. The entire time I was there all I wanted to do was leave because the service was so bad I felt unwelcome when I was at kelseys. I was their between 3pm to 430pm yesterday. The server was blonde with a lean build. I will never come back to this Kelseys

Megan is theee best waitress I’ve ever had. My goodness, the vibe, the personality, the food, the service… EVERYTHING. Wow. Come here if you want to have a good time.

I didn't think I would give a 5 star. The hostess started our journey off poorly. However, our Server Megan was very professional. The 3 of us each had a complicated order but Megan got it all perfect and made our evening enjoyable.

My wife and I went to Kelsey's for the first time and it was awesome. Great food, customer service and the price wasn't bad either.

Beauty bar, service is always amazing, There are no bad servers, they all take care of you! Highly recommend probably the best Kelsey’s there is!

Super warm and friendly atmosphere! Bartender Crystal was awesome! Attentive, made good suggestions, Goat Cheese and Beet salad on point!

I came here for a quick bite to eat and a drink. The lounge area is quite nice and the menu is broad. Food and service were excellent; I can recommend the chicken wings and the spinach dip. They have a variety of good beers on draught and the cocktails are very pleasant aswell. I loved our server Yalda, she was polite, hard working and very funny. Made us laugh throughout our amazing experience at Kelsey’s. Thanks so much!

We come for the food but stay for the Jonathan! He is by far one of the best personalities we have ever met while visiting restaurants. We have been back a few time solely because of our experience with him. He is a definite asset to your establishment! We'll be back (when hes there of course)

This location is the by far the best compared to others in hamilton. Food is pretty good for a chain and the prices are very reasonable, service is top notch. Yelda usually serves us at the bar and makes sure we are taken care of…. Balsamic chicken is my go to…. And chicken fingers. Good place to visit if your looking to have a couple drinks and have a quick meal.

Manager Scott and our server Megan were fantastic. Completely made up for a previously negative experience. We were taken care of. Food was delicious as always. Can't wait to go back! See you soon!

Omg jonathon at the bar, is such a sweetheart. Very Tentative, Extremely polite and alway a nice smile. 3x now I have been served by him. Today he is teaching other staff, with lots of patients. My hero at the bar.

This kelsey’s is usually my go-to for takeout, but will probably start trying other places after I found a hair in my salad. I get that takeout doesn’t meet dine in standards but I mean this is next level. I’m blonde, this hair was black.

Me and my fiance shared a burger. And we got wings. He used his half off coupon that his work sent him. The wings were $12. That was half price I think they were maybe 10 wings. Ridiculous

Great food and solid service. We were seated quickly despite being busy and had to split into two tables. The 4 kids 8-10 were happy to be away from their parents and behaved. Our waiter was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks for a great night.

Friendly and attentive servers. They paid attention to my food allergy concerns. The mushroom burger is AMAZING! Highly recommend it.

Ordered through SkipTheDishes…delivery time indicated 35min - we waited well over an hour and a half and when we received our order there was an item missing and the food was beyond spicy and not very good at all. We will not be ordering or visiting here again! Very disappointing

Very friendly people, food was good, with the exception of fries being on the Luke warm to almost cold side Got the order wrong in a couple of ways. Offered to send it back, but that just messes everyones meal up. Over all nice eating experience and grateful to be able to be out and about:)

What can I say, great visit ticked all the boxes, had a great server / barkeep Sarah. Everything was on time and delicious.will definitely return.

Drink I ordered was incorrectly made missing ingredients. Also my order was taken incorrectly, the food was tasty but nowhere near the experience of the first time, definitely have to find out when Sarah works.she was great.

Excellent! Ordered online for pickup from the Stoney Creek location (Winona). Just a great experience from the website to the pickup. This location is top notch… people were very welcoming, professional, quick, and the food was fantastic! No ones knows how to make a proper biscuit… except this location. But not just the biscuit, all the food great! Give those cooks a raise. Will definitely recommend, and be back for more food and some drinks on the patio when the nice weather comes. Thanks again… and keep doing what you are doing. Because it’s perfect!

Just ordered pickup, very disappointed.

1 burger was completely wrong. A burger that was exactly how it was on the menu.

2 burgers were correct, which thankfully because they had like 2 toppings.

And then the wrap was missing stuff.

I assume they don't have alot of business right now, and I would be shocked if they were packed for orders at 2: 45 on a Tuesday. Like come on, you gotta get that stuff right. If i wanted my burgers made incorrectly, I wouldve gotten Hutch's

I had ordered a burger this evening, didn't know it came with some condiments. I did call and they made me a new burger within 10 minutes. Very courteous and friendly staff and more importantly, great food.

Went to kelseys last sunday for grey cup and had the lovely host morgan who we always love seeing when we come in. It was a very busy place to be that day. They seemed to be a little short staffed and very busy but we still managed to have great service as always. Morgan had problem solved and came and took are drink orders and eneded up serving us. She knew everything on the menu and made great recommendations. Got the thai curry bowl and the bbq chicken club which was delisous. Cant wait to return some time soon and be back when she can serve us some drinks next year lol!

We visited Kelsey’s early New Years Eve and right off the hop the hostess was very unpleasant! She sat us at a terrible table as all the booths were dirty and she “didn’t have time to wipe them”. Took our server 10+mins to greet us and take our drink order. Food isn’t good and service is worse. Won’t be back!

My friends and I all wore plaid and one of the waiters had plaid too. So we all matched and took pics together. Best experience ever!

Chili was good.fish and chips were good. Appys were good.wings were kind of undercooked and gross.potato skins were overcooked and hard.waitress was very attentive for 5 minutes then gone saw her again when we were done.mixed bag.

We were served the hottest meal we ever had served in a restaurant! It came directly from the kitchen. Delicious too!

As always the service of excellent tonight, as well as the food. For a chain they definitely seem to be able to consistently make the meals to a great standard.

Our waitress was courteous and helpful. My orders were average. The steak is a small cut. The fries were ok as was the mac and cheese appetizer. My girlfriend didn't think her Thai curry rice contained well cooked broccoli but the waitress was more than happy to replace it and the replacement was fast and addressed her concerns.

My issue with this Kelsey is that they don't seem organized with basic necessities. Our table didn't even have utensils like a knife and fork. We had to ask for that and another server (looked like a floor manager) provided it but didn't even apologize. If she was the manager, that is her responsibility. We also needed to ask for sugar when the coffee arrived along with salt and pepper. These kind of things should not need to be requested at a restaurant.

There seems to be problems with management's understanding of how to run a restaurant professionally, efficiently. Maybe just graduated from food and hospitality last month.
