Ordered steak and mashed potatoes with veggies, and and garlic shrimps the steak have no flavor, the food was hardly put together properly, kinda disappointed because I was really feeling for some steak

Good experience overall. Appetizers and mains tasted ok. Portions were quite generous. I recommend the fajita. Service was good and courteous.

We were group of 6. The best part was the quantity of the food. Loved the four cheese spinach dip, and it is a must try. We had an Ultimate bacon and cheese burger and Mushroom Melt Cheese Burger. Both were equally good, and the burger size was really decent. Just one Burger is more than enough to fill you fully. Burger comes with different options for side inclusion ceaser salad, onion rings, fries, soup, etc. Loved the perfectly crispy onion rings. Roadhouse garlic cheese toast was just okayish.

Lunch July 5/23. Excellent food and excellent service. Thank you Chris for being a great server. Good atmosphere and cold beer.

Shoutout to Dave! Never have I been so happy for a servers interaction for how positive it was.
Thursday special (wings and bites) is great, so are the wraps. IPAs on tap are good too.

Showed up 40 minutes before closing time. Doors were locked, even tho there were a few people having drinks inside. Staff was clearly in the middle of cleaning up for an early closure.

Service was good. Ordered the chicken and it came out so overcooked. Not just that, the chicken’s sauce was so salty and the sides (fries) were way too salty to eat. Couldn’t finish the meal.

Edit/update: the restaurant’s customer service is amazing and upon responding to this review, they apologized for the experience and inquired about doing better. Great professionalism and can tell they are open to feedback and doing better.

Staff was good, but at one point in time I don't know where it went wrong cause I ordered a medium rare steak, staff even described what a medium steak looks like, first time ever. THEN, I got a WELL DONE!

I ate it, cause I hate wasting food but next time I'll have to order RARE and I'll probably get MEDIUM RARE. If we'll ever return.

Dave was our server. He has served us many times. Friendly, efficient, excellent multi-tasker. We are always thrilled to see him.

Kelsey's is consistent. It has been a few years since my last visit, and the food is as I remember it. Good food with great service.

Popped in for quick afternoon drink. Whoever was working the bar was fantastic and entertaining. Ended up staying longer because of him.

It was New Year's Eve and not too busy yet. There was a dinner special including appetizer, entree and dessert. Good value.

One of the best experiences in this chain. Server was attentive and really good with the 3 kids under 7 at our table. This location is clearly used to dealing with teams and kids. Food was delicious!

I can in with a friend for some appetizers and drinks and Julie was the sever and treated us like we were not welcome. I left a 50% tip cuz it's not fair to the other employees.

Service was slow at first but after they finally took our drink order it was much better. The food was good and we got alot for the price. Will go back again.

Usually pretty good. I went recently to grab some takeout and the service was great but when I got my food home, the ribs were burnt. Looked like someone smothered them in bbq sauce to cover it but the burnt smell/taste was awful. Generally though, they are pretty good at this Kelsey's.

Nothing too special here. Typical cookie cutter Kelseys. Staff was attentive and food came out at a decent time. Only.downfall this visit the rice was microwaved for too long which made it hard/crispy.

I have been a patron at this location for over 10 years and have also befriended a few of the staff. I have never had such a horrible experience as I had tonight. Our waitress (whom was too preoccupied with the “party” inside…her words) was almost non existent. We had to ask multiple times for drinks and for takeout containers. We were seated on the patio. When we went to pay we used a gift card of $100. The bill was $97 and change. She just offered to use the remaining money as her tip so “we didn’t need to keep the card for only a few dollars”. WOW. Also, when we were just about to leave she proceeded to toss another billfold on the table so we “could leave her a tip”. She made sure to tell us we couldn’t exit off the patio and made sure to ask “did you leave the tip on the table”. Again WOW. What kind of professionalism is that. I rely on tips myself in my occupation also but I’m sorry that was classless considering her service was under par. My friends food was over cooked and inedible. She never asked how our food was at all, considering my friends plate was barely touched. I am appalled at her behaviour.

Your typical American "pub-style" food. The food is decent but overpriced and the service was really slow for not being busy.

Two of us went to a quiet booth. A family with two children of about eight and nine years old sat in the booth beside us. Before long the children were noisy and actually screaming. The parents were laughing with them, encouraging them in their fun and noise.

What a horrible experience - came in with my husband and my two year old - at least 20 open tables in sight. Said I would happily wait could we sit down and get a drink until a server was ready - manager came out and told me there was absolutely no staff to serve even a water due to a power outage? I’ve worked in restaurants a long time / good managers jump in and take a drink order to make their customers happy, especially customers willing to wait.not turn paying customers away.

Took 25 minutes for a burger.then it came out without the side of fries.that took an additional 5 minutes. Then they mention that the debit machine isn't working after I get the bill.luckily I had cash.otherwise I would have to use the bank machine that was an extra 3$charge.

Twice now I have ordered takeout and have been sadly disappointed. They did not fulfill the order as expected. Missing a main burger and other things as well.

Broccoli and cheddar soup was delicious. Threw the chicken quesadilla down and called it the best lunch I've had in a while.

My partner and I Came in around 6: 45pm for dinner and were quickly seated. We were met with Our server Ingrid who was very polite and friendly, our wait times for our Food were quick but thats where the elation ended. The food was very disappointing, we ordered the fajitas and the chicken Alfredo pasta along with the 4 cheese dip. While the dip and chips were great along with the overly cheesy Alfredo pasta. No where in the menu did it state that the fajitas had to be assembled when presented to the table. We immediately were displeased and waited for our server to return so we could inform her. My partner barely touched the food before deciding we had enough.

We politely informed Ingrid and she requested the manager look over our bill to see if we could maybe work the price to reflect our dissatisfaction. Mike was the manager that night and he approached our table and immediately treated us as if we had made a major error and spoke to us as if we were in the wrong. Immediately following his initial comment he informed us that he will not giving us any form of discount. Not only did he completely ignore me as a customer but he refused to take any form of comment or consideration over our thoughts. We were informed that we should have taken it home instead if we were displeased. Although We don’t see that as a good remedy when we didn't like the food here at the restaurant…. What makes him think it’ll be better at home where our garbage works the same as the one they had dumped it into.

Mike returned shortly after and informed us that they would drop the spinach dip and provide us with a $25 dollar voucher, witch we promptly used.

Our overall dissatisfaction was enough that our future considerations for dinner to other establishments will fair much better than ever coming back to Kelseys.

Very good. Super service, decaf coffee available and tasted good. Good choices for dietary concerns as well.

Kelsey's restaurant on Guelph line is always a good place to go.food is amazing and the waiters /waitresses are very friendly and helpful.

Food was excellent flavour and our waitress was delightful. Unfortunately, dishes ordered without sauce etc were still served with sauce and, salad was excessively seasoned. Salad fixed immediately with replacement. I would definitely go again and hope they cut back on the seasoning.

My girlfriend and I are sitting here laughing because we both had a really bad day, but we had that day turned around by our cheesecake. I feel awful that I didn't get the ladies name, but the front of house lady that helped me around 6: 45 tonight was amazing. My order was going to be an extra 15 minutes and she offered up a solution right away. Great staff, food was worth the wait. Thanks! Will eat here again in the near future:)!

The covid tracking site used for each table is simple and very easy to use! Server was nice and the food was great! We all cleaned our plates! (I had the chicken caesar salad- chicken was moist and cooked well!)

This is such a great location. Amazing staff, normally good food (server can't guarantee the food quality, which varies sometimes) but overall, I am a happy customer.

The spinach cheese dip was very good. The chicken fingers for very tender and juicy. The chicken parmesan was good the chicken was tender the white sauce over the noodles was very good. Definitely had a good portion. The garlic bread very good. Hospitality service was great. I do recommend it.

Great spot, patios are open but they don't take reservations. Thought we would give it a try and was awesome service!

2 for 1 wings is always a great deal, great atmosphere, TV located all over and lots of sports on, the patio is a great place for lunch.

We haven’t been to Kelsey‘s in many months. This was our first trip to the Burlington mall location. We
Were greeted with happy masks (smiles). Bartender John was very friendly and super attentive. The GM delivered our chicken wings and chatted with us briefly. All around this was an amazing experience. Fantastic work to Kelsey‘s Burlington Mall. Keep up the great job team, we will see you again in the future.

Love Kelseys - been going there for years. Deelish food, great service, and nice to be addressedby name

I order an order with a side of Cesar salad in my lunch break, the server forgot to put the salad in my order. I called and I came back to take one he gave me an extra large one but he forgot to add the Cesar salad sauce! I was late 30 minutes for work and I didn’t even had enough time to eat because of this mistake.

Had a lovely dinner with my father on Friday night. Since the renovations, the food has risen in quality. The restaurant was pretty full but service was impressively fast. Thank you to our server, John, for incredible customer service and a great attitude

I went for late lunch meeting up with my Parents whom I haven’t seen in a long time. The waitress was too eager to take our order. Although our menus were open, She returned to the table 6 times rushing us to decide on food. We had drinks.

Once the food came. We had to take cutlery off the next table. The french fries were small crumbs and cold. My salad did not have dressing. We called the server over, she said one minute and did not return. After 20-30 mins I asked another server to send ours over to our table. She did not come straight over but first stopped at the computer for 5 minutes.

I did not want to make a fuss because it was a special visit with my family. We were all unhappy with our server.

Other than the fries. The food was good.

Dinner had the kelseys was not great.expecting to have a nice dinner.i did order their new jerk chicken wrap not impressed cold.we ordered the Korean bites which came to us cold twice.my other friend ordered fried chicken dinner the side of mash potatoes was cold.then top it off we waited 10 minutes to pay a bill? Yes i wont be going back.

This is a very nice restaurant. Clean, fast, affordable, great service, and the food is excellent. We eat here when ever we are back in Canada-make a point of staying in Burlington so we can eat out and shop at our favorite places, and this Kelsey's location is on the list!

Slow service.bad food. Chicken Parmesan came with almost dry spaghetti. Chicken fingers were burnt.

Met an old friend for a pint there, the beer selection was mostly the usual big brewery beers. Julie took care of us beautifully and also showed me she knows her beers! Was hoping for a few more craft beers, but they do have 2 rotating taps!

Beer is always cold. Wings are good. Bar top is fancy. Prices are reasonably good. Service is fast. Great location.

Chicken club sandwich bread breaking up. Very hard to eat and messy. It was falling apart. I do not recommend that but the salad was good as was the chilli. The pepper soup was delicious. Service was good

Ordered the Mac & Cheese burger and wasn't able to eat the patties. They were much smaller than the bun, over cooked and no flavor.

The food was under cooked. All three orders of chicken were under done. Being there almost 2 hours never even offered a refill. This experience doesn't make me want to go back to Kelsey's.

Good service and food have not been there for a long time must make it regular stop in the new year

About 6 months ago, we were seated by the hostess and after waiting 10 minites left as no one came to the table. I do not like the new design of the restaurant. Too bright and not cozy at all. In the past, I have found the quality of the food not great and the portions kind of small. The Nachos I had once hardly had an cheese on it. The only item that is good are the burgers, but the side portion of fries could be a little bit more generous. Haven't returned since the last experience and don't see myself returning to that location.

Kelsey's is my Grandson's favourite place to eat. He has a tree nut allergy but he is allowed to eat out there. The Abby burger is his number one menu choice. What a great burger.

I'll start this review by saying that I've been to various Kelsey's locations many many times, and I've never really had any food that I didn't enjoy at any of their restaurants. Well Saturday we went to the Guelph Line location and I had a BBQ Chicken Club. Everything seemed good at first. The nachos were good but they come in a big serving and only include a tiny cup of salsa and another tiny cup of sour cream. Then our server disappeared. We were brought our food but couldn't find our server. Well my sandwich and fries tasted good but the chicken breast was aweful. It tasted bland and it was so tough I couldn't chew it. I actually took it off and sliced it up. If I could've found our server I would've sent it back but she was gone. It turned out that her shift ended and she just left. Eventually another server came and brought our bills and collected our plates. So, bad service and disappointingly bad food. I'm surprised and it might only be the one location but for $70 for a couple I really expect more.

I love Kelsey there menu is good it has so much on it. From appetizers, then meals like chicken, steak, burgers pastas with veggies and potatoes. Yummy desserts. I go there a lot to eat & if you wanna just go by yourself you can I have. My favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup it is amazing get it everytime I go. They also have the best all day breakfast burger with a egg & all the trimmings you gotta try it & the soup. You will love it I'm sure.

This is our go to place for Theatre peeps for after rehearsal, opening nights, and post show to share bevies and food. Usually okay, but last night, despite having made a reservation a week before, and confirming numbers night of, we arrived to no tables set up and rather curt service (although he did warm up). Not impressed and doubt I will go back.

Our server tonight was great. But the hostess needs a lot of work. She tried to by pass us to seat a group that just came in i had to step in to say something.

Had an amazing time at this Kelsey's! David and Amy did a phenomenal job helping us and the bar. I would definitely recommend going here with a group or enjoying a seat at the bar:)

Meh.skip it if you are GF. There are literally only 4 items I could see that were identified as GF.that is sub par in this age of GF and Keto.
My family seemed to enjoy their meal so that's why the 2 stars

Wings are half the size they used to be, but the price is still the same! I hope they don't continue like this, or we won't be going anymore.
