My family and I decided to return to restaurant on November 18 and dealt with server Ishneet and the Preet Grewal. The service, food and atmosphere was superb. They were very professional and went above beyond to make sure that our experience was exceptional. We will definitely return!

We were sat at a dirty table. The table top was loose from the pedestal stand.
We ordered 1 app to split. Specifically pointed at, said the price, and stated "were just going to split this app". It came out just fine. Steak fajitas. Bill came, and we were charged 40 for the app. The manager came and said to us, "but you got double meat". First off, if that was double meat, shame on you. Second off it wasn't what I ordered. The bill was corrected in the end, but not before the manager tried to make the mistake our fault. We should have known better than to come here. One thing about Kelseys, it's consistent with each franchise. Consistently low quality and awful. We will not return.

Preet, was excellent! I enjoyed my lunch and drinks. She checked on me often and was very quick with my requests. Thank you so much! The experience was great!

Fantastic food and fantastic service our server Brittany was very attentive and very helpful she was kind and interacted very well with me and my family overall great time!

Rum is a great server and was on time with our drinks.and she is a good listener and very friendly and very attentive and very cute.

I would say I have tried Kelseys before, but this one, I would say exceptionally amazing. Your each penny worth when you finish your meal. Alisha was amazing who served the food.

Great service and accommodated our large group on short notice. Very good steak sandwich too!

The Dixe Rd location is by far the best location in this chain.
The staff are very professional and friendly, they also make your visit such a pleasant experience that you can’t wait to return.

Brittany was an amazing bartender, she made the drinks fast and it taste sooo good omg I have to come back! Brittany thank you for your great service! Will come back soon

My urinal experience at Kelsey’s.
The urinal was a keg and the back splash was to much although I did like the look of the urinal it looked like a keg.
Finally the noise was just to loud.

Stayed out on the patio, with plenty of shade. Service was good and the server was very pleasant. Prices were competitive with competition.

We have Dinner on Saturday 09 July 2022, the food is good only one compliment THE FRIES SUGGY AND LOOKED RE-HEATED.
Caroline served us has a good quality of customer satisfaction, polite and humble person. The FRIES compliment came out of few customers also.

If I could give a zero star review I would.
My wife and I just got back from this restaurant, asked to sit on the patio.
Only to just sit outside for 15 minutes without even someone taking our drink order. When we went inside to ask what was going on, we were told someone would be right out. Another 10 minutes went by before someone even came to ask our drink order. At this point we walked up and left.

What a waste of time

Ordered online and went to pick up 40 minutes later. Got in and waited for five minutes before being greeted. Said I had an online order and they took my name to go check. She disappears into the back not to be seen again. Another person walks by another 5-10 minutes later and takes my name. She disappears into the back. Thankfully a few minutes later she cames out with my order. Get it home and noticed the $8 ceaser salad we ordered came with no dressing. Also, a very small portion for an $8 salad. We called to have the salad credited but was told that the person on the phone was a Manager in training and didn’t know what to do. We were told to leave our number and we’d get called back…Note: We did not get called back. We are very disappointed and wanted to share this experience. Lack of value and poor service! Take a look at this sorry excuse for a salad!

Do not order the fire cracker shrimp it was awful! And we waited about 30 mins to be asked if we would like a drink when we arrived

The location we went to is always a bit slower my thinking is it would be so mich faster! Right? So when you walk in there is a giant logo wall, which is great and looks beautiful. However unless you have an actual hostess or employee at the door greeting people. This actually prevents them from seeing customers who come in.

I typically always order the same items, either chicken fried chicken or fajitas. This time i thought lets try something different.i wont do that again. I had the steak and cheese stack, based on its description and photo it looked like philly cheese style quesadilla wrap thing. It was ok flavor wise. I would unlikely give it a tey again would never get it again though. I think there was 1 mushroom and like 3 red peppers mostly sauce and an insane amount of onions.which made it very soggy to eat.
I paired it with crazy fries which i also would not get again i regret not getting the ceaser salad.

I ordered a spicy ceaser and it was on point, it was delicious. Best part was, it was actually spicy.

I would still go back cause the items i mentioned like fajitas and chicken fried chicken are always great.

I’m so impressed with this location. I refuse to go to another Kelsey’s! The service is amazing and I have to mention how delicious the wings are we go every THURSDAY! Shout out the chef and the waiters! I highly recommend you guys go to this location! Even on a busy day the service was

Service was below average. It felt like I wasn’t welcome when I walked up to the bar. I sat at a table in the bar area and did not receive service until I walked up to the bar after about 5-10min. The meal was good however! I would go back if I was desperate for a quick and consistently good meal.

Took entire family there for dinner after an event. Great location close to the 401 highway. Tons of parking. Food is good and everyone enjoyed it. Jasica was our server and did a great job

Served tonight by a lovely, young lady, Lucia.

She was so pleasant. We had not only great service but great conversation together with a delicious dinner.

A very nice place, good food and drinks, wonderful service; Brittney was awsome, incredible kind, fun, and so attentive. We would come back whenever we are in town and hope she serve us again.

Placed an order through Uber Eats last night. Ordered food for 4 adults and 2 children along with 3 cans of alcoholic beverage. Was advised that it would be necessary to show ID upon delivery. I am 56 years old and the delivery person still wanted to see my ID. Then to my bewilderment, he tried to take a cell-phone photo of my driver's liscence. He told me that this is Uber's policy. After an awkward moment of disbelief, I refused and told him to take the alcohol back, demanding a refund. Upon speaking to a manager at Kelsey's, I found out that photographing ID is, in fact, Uber's policy, not Kelsey's. While the food was mostly delicious, I was very concerned that a delivery driver from a third party company (Uber) tried to photograph my ID, a Provincial Government-issued document containing highly personal information. I have worked at the LCBO and numerous restaurants and have always asked to see ID from any customer who appears to be under 25 (which is policy), but taking a picture of a customer's ID has NEVER been a requirement in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, my payment was reversed, although no apology or explanation was given for such a ludicrous scheme.

Never wrote a review before, but had no choice.

Server forgot to order our appetizers and tried to blame the issue on us by claiming we didn't order anything. My sons meal and a hair on his plate and Server wanted to just replace only the part that had the hair. I had to tell the Server to replace the entire meal. Our chicken wings were not hot, had cold sauce on them. I could go on with my experience today, but I need to go and get some takeout food from another restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location.

My cousin and I came to this Kelsey’s because our dealership is in the same auto mall and we were hungry one day. This may only be the first time we have come back but the reason we came back, specifically to this location, is because of Lucia. The first time we came, we had a such a great conversation with her that it was the reason we came again. We came in knowing if she was not working, we weren’t staying. Her energy and amazing personality and conversation made for such a great experience. It’s the only Kelsey’s we will come to, only when she’s here! If you get her in the bar, are a lover of lemon pepper and sriracha with a hint a lime, ask her to get you Srir-Lemon Wings! LOL. Thank you Lucia for making our experiences here memorable!

I got the non-breaded wings and they were over cooked, with very little meat on them. $30 for what you see in the picture - not very good value.

Taste 2/5. Quality 1/5. Value 1/5. Service 5/5

Came in for a couple pints after work before the dinner rush today, sat at the wood. Beer was cold. Bartender was fantastic. I like this place.
