We visited Kelsey's restaurant as a group of seven, including guests from abroad, hoping to share a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The service was notably slow, with our meals taking nearly an hour to arrive, and, disappointingly, they were served cold, suggesting a lapse in timely service. Despite this setback, we commend the manager, Alberto, for his responsibility and effort to address the issue. Overall, it was a less than satisfactory dining experience at this establishment.

I expected better. Maybe it's just this location. Ribs were dry, bit burnt, and tasteless - if not for the sauce, which is passable, it wouldn't even have any taste. Wings are decent, still on the dry side. Asked for the seasoning/sauce on the side, but that didn't happen. Fries are good though, surprisingly. Prices are pretty expensive these days across all restaurants. Go in not expecting the best of any restaurant in the Niagara region and you won't be disappointed.

It is a super excellent service, very highly RECOMMENDED, we came as tourists to Niagara Falls and in this place (more than in Toronto) we have eaten very well. Furthermore, the attention of Dakota and Alberto was the best, as a Mexican I loved their attention. If I could give this 0 stars I would, it baffles me this place has 4 stars at the time of my review. Sat down and ordered nachos, steak fajita, chicken fried chicken and a beer and everything was bad. The nachos had nothing redeeming about it, the
Queso tasted like burned melted Kraft singles, more bad quality shredded lettuce that anything else. Beer came and tasted water down and disgusting. The steak in the steak fajitas had 0 seasoning and tasted burned, the veggies and rice tasted ok but the steak was so tough and bland. The chicken fried chicken was also throughly disappointing, the gravy was more salt than gravy, the chicken was bland and the mashed potato was not garbage. The only redeeming thing is that the mashed potato was not garbage. The service was okay but we did find ourselves waiting for our server fairly often. The music was way to loud and then they turned it up even more. Honestly I would recommend not even looking at this place or even thinking about coming here to eat “food”

We were in town for an anniversary weekend and stopped in here for lunch. The service and food was worth the price and delicious! We came back our last night here for dinner! Four cheese spinach dip is a must!

Very Nice patio/ambience.
Food was very very mediocre as to be expected from any restaurant on this strip.
Waitress did her job but knew very little about the menu.
The mojito was the worst mojito I’ve ever had. The mint wasn’t muddled, no simple syrup was added. Someone took white rum and soda and added some mint leaves to it. I’d Stick to bottled or canned beer at this place.

It was excellent because the portions, as my photos show, are large and they were also cheap, comparing prices to Mexico, nothing different and the flavor was very good

Ally is an amazing server! Great drinks and buffalo chicken sandwich. Good vibes, not too busy.

Been here a few times. It's out go-to for lunch when we get to Clifton Hill. Servers are always friendly, excellent service, great food and environment.

There was a line up when I first arrived but it moved fairly quickly. The hostess continued to come outside to reassure everyone that tables were clearing up! Great service and food! Very clean as well!

That was amazing experience. I loved the food and service offered. Food is delicious and interior is also good. We have been served by Nick who was so nice and humble and even he has suggested few dishes from menu as I am Vegetarian. It was fun and good experience.

The food & service was good but I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the patio. There was wrappers from the straws & napkins around all the tables. Leaves I can understand because of the bushes & wind but that does not excuse the rest of the garbage on the floor of the patio.

This place middle of the attraction that's why is always busy but service is not best there is so much space for improvement, food is expensive but not worth it.

Portions are quite big! Value for money! Food is tasty and looks just like what is seen in the pictures! Great job with the 4-cheese spinach dip! Just find the servers a bit "rushy" if there is such a word. I know the place is a busy location but customers make a business thrive. We didn't get ketchup at our table, we had to get up and go ask although we all had fries.

Waited for over 30 mins for a table, then they gave us the biggest table for a party of 4 in the coldest spot of the restaurant. I asked the manager to move us to another table because we were so cold and even though there were a few smaller tables available she said it was not possible. We ended up eating with our jackets on, which is very uncomfortable. Eating indoors with an outside temperature definitely not a good experience. Food was good though.

Lunch ended up getting surprisingly expensive considering it was for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the food was good. Putting it over the top though was our server, Tom, who was fantastic both in service levels and interacting with our kids.

Live music = 5 stars. Food = 4 stars: Bacon Burger was good but bread didn’t taste fresh and some fries were moist (weird) Salmon was pretty small. Chicken wings were average. Pene was really good.

Believe me the burger was so dry even one drop of juice and the fries was not fresh at all.
Me and my wife had the same order.
I will let all my friends know about it and we will never come back again

Megan with an H single handedly makes the experience worth it. If she isn't running that place by the end of 2019, she should be! 10/10 would recommend.

My true review would be 4.5 stars as I found the dining area music to be unenjoyably loud. Im under 30 and I used to go to sports bars and such quite often in the past, and the volume was probably the same. Kelsey's is a brand that I have always found to be fresh and consistent - this location is no different. Food was great, service was quick and friendly.

Would recommend with my only caution being the noise-factor - but you can be the judge before you order (if its too loud, then leave - or leave it to your date to decide. 5 stars for Kelsey's and 3 stars for my girlfriend's "subjective judgement" lol. Cheers.

Amazing drinks and Ambience. Live music was superb. And the person who attended to us was extremely hospitable and with a fantastic attitude and smile at all times, right until 1 30 am or so. Definitely going back on my next trip to Niagara.

Had the spinach dip, broccoli soup, chicken wings medium hot, chicken parm, and the fish and chips. Everything was amazing. Service was great, tvs everywhere playing sports, music not too loud. Cost was good for the overall experience.

Food was good. In a busy touristy area. Servers were nice. Food took a bit longer to come out but came presented well. We liked it would most likely try it again if we came back to Niagara falls.

It was okay. We're not from the area, so we wanted to try something new and different. I was intrigued by the "salt n vinegar" fish, so I went on a limb and gave it a try. Didn't taste anything like the menu described. When we come back to the area, I'll choose to avoid this place.

Had a great lunch there! They made a mistake on our order, happens.but the restaurant manager went above and beyond to make it right! Great food, great staff!

Waited for over an hour when they said 30 minutes. When checking back, they said 5 minutes. Then 45 minutes more. Should have left but there was 10 to 15 open tables just sitting there. Will never go back again. Wanted to put zero stars. Horrible

The food was overpriced and drinks were not good. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup (which was delicious) and chicken wings. The wings were not what I expected and I wouldn't recommend them.

Been going here for close to 27yrs. Always nice service and if you get a table bye the Clifton Hill side, the people watching is unique. Seen wheel chair races going down the hill on my last visit. Bar has increased in size and live music on certain evenings. Food is good and staff has always been nice.

We were in Niagara Falls for an Anniversary trip. On our last night, we decided to check this place out. Our food was delicious (4-cheese spinach dip was AMAZING) and our server was wonderful.

We almost left before we went in however, because they had 4 girls acting as hostesses, who didn't seem to know what they were doing. The line was out the door, and there were plenty of seats available. They gave no reason, no explanations, and no apologies.

Been coming to Niagara falls for some years now. Was here this time on our honeymoon. Always wanted to try this place so we went. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese. They brought me bacon cheeseburger. They, brought the burger back and eventually cam with the mac and cheese. It was ok. Noodles was a little under cooked. Also, they still charged me for the burger. Don't recommend you eat here.

This Kelsey's is well above average compared to other Kelsey's. The location is awesome, you can sit with a view of Clifton Hill and the service is exellent.

Me and my family visited your restaurant a couple days ago on our vacation and the service was very slow, we weren't even asked our drink orders until we ordered our food, when I completed my meal I visited the bathroom in your restaurant and it was absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floor in the womens room as well as there was no soap, I was disgusted and if I had seen this before I ate I wouldn't of ordered at your restaurant.

This was my husbands and I first time to Canada, We thought we stop and get drink he ordered a beer and his drink was fine, But my margarita was awful it was so tart you pucker, He never once came over ask if everything was okay, He was to busy visiting with a young lady, We paid for drinks so he didn’t care, We will never be back,

A family restaurant right in the middle of all things going on on Cliffton Hill. The waitress was great at taking the orders from the kids, the server was awsome at serving the kids. The food was very good and the portions were good. The prices were quite reasonable being where it is located.
