Brock was great and the food was delicious i loved the Cajun shrimp will definitely be coming again

Tara, our server, is exceptionally good at making us feel at home. We come once a month to Kelseys and somehow, Tara remembers what we like to drink and eat. Always feel welcomed and never in a rush to leave.
The service and quality of the food are the two reasons we will be going there again!

We had a wonderful experience with our server Angela. She was knowledgeable and full of energy. A great time had by all.

I always have the chicken strips with Apple butter BBQ sauce &side sweet potato fries, it’s the best! But there’s lots of great stuff to choose from… I have been many times with different family members, and they’ve always said that everything was great! Only complaint is that we’re so full after!

Our server (I lost my receipt and forgot her name) was extremely wonderful. We were served in a timely manner and tended to attentively. She would come by occasionally to ask how our meal was and keep up with any empty dishes, refills and so forth. We did not need to call her over once as she was on the ball the entire time! Her energy was very inviting and she always had a smile on her face.

As for the food, everything was delicious. We got the spinach dip (a must) with extra pita bread because you can never have too much! For our mains we had a sirloin steak meal and a lemon pepper chicken strip meal. Everything was cooked beautifully and came out piping hot and fresh. The portion sizes were huge too, we were blown away. It was so good we had to take our leftovers with us. Highly recommend this location!

Chloe was a great waitress. She has personality while still being respectful and doing her job. I'd love to have her again

The food was good and there is a great selection to choose from. The location was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was that the waitress really didn't pay us much attention.we had to wait a really long time to try and get our bill and I think it's because we were just a table of 2 and we were the smallest table there. Other than that, pretty good visit.

Dylan was a very great waiter, he was very personable and we will defiantly be back again:)

We came here after visiting family. Our waitress was Jessica. Very friendly and peppy. Had very good energy. Took our orders right away. I ordered the salt and Vinny fish and chips. And I am no fish and chips expert but isn't the fish not supposed to have fish bones in them? I found at least 3. I didn't finish my meal. Too many chips also. After our meals. We went to the washroom. Very unsanitary. Ofc it's Hamilton. In the male washroom there was someone's nasty drawers on the diaper change table. How disgusting! Saw patrons just wearing a bra and joggers. How is that allowed in a family restaurant. But to each thier own.

Spinach dip, as usual, is fantastic
Portions are huge, and we had enough food to take home, so that was a bonus!

The place needs a good power wash though
Everything felt kind of sticky from the table to the the floors.
The floors arent cleaned often from the looks of it and the fact my sandal stuck to the floor.

Wings are disgusting, frozen and double fried To warm them up, black blood inside the chicken. Kelsey wings used to be amazing before the pandemic. Services pretty good depending on who you get. Atmosphere is quite lovely especially with the outdoor patio. Will more than likely return just for a fresh beer but not food.

Nit good at all order poutine and get lil cheese on top of fries and no gravy except for lil container half full. I get inflation so pay good money for that and can't even give decent amount cheese with gravy. Never again go to a fry truck get better food cheaper price

I came to the Kelsey’s here on Queenston this past weekend and I had an amazing server named Dylan, he was very cheerful and gave my family and I impeccable service. He made sure to come back to our table frequently to see if we wanted refills or needed anything else. He ensured we got service with a smile and I was very impressed by him!

I had a lovely dinner here with my family a couple nights ago and our server, Dylan, was amazing! He checked in multiple times and made sure our food was perfect. He was also super quick, professional, and polite the whole night. We were extremely happy with our service and hope he is our server next time.
