I had a great dinner at Kelsey’s with my family. All the staff were very friendly and our food came out quick and was delicious! Highly recommend!

The service was not optimal as they were short-staffed. We had to keep asking/reminding our server to bring plates, water, coffee, chicken bites. Otherwise, the food was quite tasty.

Food was amazing service was excellent server was so funny and personable

Will definitely be returning

Never again. I've been on the toilet since I left there last night. I will be calling the manager today.

Tonight we celebrated my mom's 75th Birthday and had a fabulous time! Thank you to our server Jaunna who did an amazing job of taking care of our crazy group of 22. The food was fantastic, the service was wonderful. From the time of reserving the table (with a hostess that was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable) to the time of the meal the whole process was second to none! We will definitely be back!

Megan is such a wonderful server; she’s very engaging and makes excellent suggestions. I thoroughly enjoyed the “Cracked Canoe” beer that was suggested.

Meghan was an amazing server! My Mother-in-law drives to this specific location just because the service is so excellent, and I'm going to have to start doing the same. Meghan was fantastic from start to finish. She was always anticipating our needs and had excellent communication. A true professional!

The serving team are very attentive and their energy makes the evening a fun event. Meghan does a great job and remembers my order even though I only come in once a week

We had Hunter serve us Friday night. He was great with the kids and checked up on us often and returned promptly with anything we needed. Amazing customer service!

Quality of food is going down while prices are going up! We did enjoy the drink specials though. Our server Ulia was exceptional! Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!

Hunter was a great server. They were very pleasant, attentive, and provided options to accommodate a food intolerance. This was am amazing experience, we will definitely be back because of this.

My husband and I stopped here to get a late lunch and I'm glad we did. The interior is clean and comfortable. The food was delicious (get the chicken tenders - so good!) and our server, Meghan, was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back!

Our server (Trish) was very attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our family really enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip.

Just wanted to say the staff were nice. But I believe service recovery needs improvement.
I ordered the half tray nachos and my partner ordered a burger. The server and I discussed having ground beef on it at length, I even agreed with her recommendation.
My nachos came without the beef. I had to wait for another order to be made and my partner was trying to be nice and wait but his food was getting cold. I told him eat up, by the time my order came back - yes fresh.he was 3/4 done and it was time for us to get going. I was just disappointed I did not get to eat my meal with him.and that $4.99 was still charges for a little bit of ground beef. In hindsight I should have said something on the spot and expressed my disappointment.

Enjoyed this location while in a business trip! Bartender was friendly and I loved the wings.

Yuliya was my server and she was so amazing! I was surprised to be met with such kind service, she was extremely welcoming and cracked a lot of funny jokes. Usually, I'm pretty nervous to go out and dine in at restaurants, so I really appreciate that I had such a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back for the food and the service!

Staff and food was great. The only complaint was the draft from AC. Staff tried to move us but unfortunately was busy and not many options.

Our local Kelsey's was our go-to for date night on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, the menu has changed, prices increased and what once was an amazing nacho platter.well it leaves a lot to be desired now. They've added cheese sauce which makes the tortilla chips soggy, also added lettuce which wilts on the hot dish, reduced the amount of Chilli, reduced the size of the platter, the real shredded cheese was nowhere to be seen, the variety of tortilla chips is non existent as well. They did triple the amount of sour cream and salsa but, again, tortilla chips were too soggy to dip: (

If you were a fan of the original nacho platter, you may be in for a huge disappointment. I know I was.

Megan was outstanding I have terrible allergies and she went above and beyond to ensure my safety! Lovely server. I will definitely ask for Megan when I go back.

The food was good. Generous portions. The server Victoria was very personable! A great evening.

Hunter was BEYOND AMAZING. My friend and I both agreed he was the best server we’d had ANYWHERE. I am not exaggerating. Hunter is wonderful. He could not have more helpful, courteous or engaging. He is definitely a keeper.
