Great place for dinner. Overall the service has been slow each time, the food has been good. And never too busy so no waiting for a table.

After a year plus, I once again ordered on Ubereats and once again was disappointed. When I first ordered Balsamic Chicken it was fabulous, but over the years it has become very disappointing. The potatoes were instant and sticky like paste, salad was soggy and food was not hot. This used to be such a good restaurant but over the last few years has seriously declined.

We went for my wife’s birthday on Saturday and could not haven been happier with the experience!
Our server, Vee, was very professional, friendly, attentive and had impeccable timing with bringing the appetizer, food and desert.

She was really great and the food was fantastic!

Food was trash compared to other Kelsey’s.
Asked for medium-well steak and received medium-rare they cooked it again with the gravy garlic already on it, came back burnt well-done and they put an excessive amount of steak seasoning on top of it to better the situation with 2 random slices of tomato that nobody asked for to make it all better.
As for the chicken bites they were over breaded with small pieces of chicken like pop corn chicken, not as advertised.
Four cheese spinach dip was also not as advertised with next to no cheese on it all.
Completely dissatisfied and will not be returning…thanks, just a fair warning for other fellow customers!

Server went above and beyond for my mother in laws birthday celebration tonight.
I don’t know how she did it but a table of 12/13 is not easy and she managed to get everything right. On top of that, she managed to also time our cake right and thaw it for us before bringing it out and gave us candles because we forgot!
Very impressed with the service. Thank you so much for making it special for us

Amazing staff. Waitress's are kind, attentive and pleasant. Manager went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Very kind man. Absolutely recommend this location.it's been a VERY long time that I've ever been treated this well at an establishment. Thank you

The warden /Eglinton location last minute and thoroughly enjoyed our service. It was a last minute decision and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was Dave and he gave us tremendous service. Thanks Dave as you know our visit wasn’t a happy one after a funeral but you sure helped our mood. Thank you

Came in on a Sat night party of 6! Everything was fabulous since we stepped in! Food, atmosphere and the $6 drinks (the deal we could not pass up on!) I did not get the name of our server (she mentioned she lived in Australia - that's all I remember) she went above and beyond service! I have to get her name next time I'm there, I will be coming back for sure!

Service/host is below avg.hosts feel like they are just there to work and earn a buck (ordered takeout) Price point is high compared to quantity and quality in the se area. For the same price you can get better food elsewhere in the area. If this was the only restaurant in the area then I would rank this a little higher
I would not recommend.

Will never dine at this location again. My boyfriend and I decided to get the steak sandwich because 2 days prior we tried another location and it was to die for. Craving the taste we decided to try out this location. The food took very long and came out ice cold? We couldn’t even eat it. When we told our server, she got upset and was so rude that I actually had to advise her that she’s being problematic. She told us it will not be remade and rather warmed in the microwave. We took a few bites and asked for the bill. Service was extremely poor, which made us very uncomfortable.

The environment and people are usually pretty friendly and down to earth. I have noticed that when the regular Thursday night bartender isn't there. My bill is usually a few dollars more for whatever reason?

Wonderful place. Hostess, Mia, was wonderful and the manager was super helpful. All the waitresses were superb and overall service was excellent. Food was exactly what you would expect… amazing!

Service is great. Food is great (especially the Cajun shrimp and Spinach dip).

The hostess that was standing in the front was very kind not sure of her name but she was short and had curly hair, the service she provided us was amazing. The wings were delicious, by far the best food I’ve had in a while, the server Stephane was very kind and helpful.

Dave was such a polite, friendly and efficient server, with a wonderful attitude Food and service was amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I frequently visit this Kelseys. There is always great service and the food is always amazing. Their menu is always has good options with frequent additions. Their spinach dip is my favorite

We've been here a few times and found the food and service to be pretty good - not fantastic.but good enough. There's certainly room for improvement at this location, but overall, it's a nice place to dine.

I enjoyed my Thai dish, but I found the portion a tad small. I understand it might have been portioned out in advance, so perhaps this should be addressed by whoever does the menus because this dish is very yummy but needs more green Thai curry liquid and veggies.

On the other hand, my friend had a massive blue fishbowl drink that she couldn't finish:)

We expressed some minor concerns to our server, and the manager - a very muscular shorter version of The Rock - came over to the table to speak with us. He was by far one of the MOST attentive and responsive restaurant managers I've ever spoken to in my life, and Kelseys should feel very fortunate to have him on the team - he "rocks"!

The one thing we found a bit odd is that another staff member approached us to ask for a review BEFORE we'd even got our food. Hmm.strange, we thought. Why doesn't she wait until we're actually done eating? Lol

Anyways, if you'e hungry and in the mood for a cosey setting and something to fill you up, this could be a good option for folks traveling along Eglington Ave east.

Service was terribly slow. Pop came flat, glasses wete dirty looking, bathrooms were filthy, rice on table from previous dinner, food terribly sub standard. Chicken parm seemed to have processed cheese and was barely melted. Patty melt was just a burger patty on wonder bread, wings were tiny. The bill took 25 mins to arrive. Cost a fortune for such bad food and substandard service. Will not return.

Food is always great and so is the service, ask for Ralyn, she is the best and will take care of you properly
