My family was out shopping and we needed to recharge. Not expecting to dine out we admittedly looked a little shabby. Despite this we were treated like VIP's by a very friendly and professional server. The food came fast and hot and was exactly what we needed. We will visit again.

So disappointing. I was going to write a big description of everything that went on with my order today.but not even worth my time.

PSA maybe weekends are not a good time to order from kelseys.

My husband and I took my Dad out for lunch. We ordered and waited for our food. My hubby & Dad ordered the same meals but my hubby had asked the server for no tomatoes. Our meals all came and and my hubby's had tomatoes. He has diverticulitis and cannot eat tomatoes. He asked for a new sandwich. Of course my Dad and I had already finished our meals prior to the new sandwich coming out correctly. My Dad said his meal was good but the second half of the Chicken club was very soggy. Thankfully my hubby's sandwich was right and he ate it at my Dad's condo. So disappointed.

I went for lunch with my partner and the service was really good and the food was very good. Miss Lily served us and she was very friendly. I recommend them.

Food was nothing special. Note: Steak fajita in menu picture is cut up rare steak on bed of fried veg and rice, delivered to table it was a stir fry, very little meat and tough, you will be disappointed, totally misleading.

1 star service is for their rude manager only, who put us in an embarrassing situation, waitresses here are friendly and lovely; food is awlful at here, I ordered a medium well classic steak, but what I got is not even an well-done, it's a congratulations, I bet my dryer can do better than this, I even couldn't finish my meal, total waste of money

I dined at this restaurant today, and I must say, the experience was marred by an encounter with the store manager. Upon entering, I had a sealed drink with me, which I had no intention of consuming during my meal as I had no place to keep it. However, the manager, in a rather rude manner, insisted that I couldn't bring my drink into the restaurant-"YOU CAN'T BRING ANY DRINKS INTO THIS BUILDING！JUST NO! " Yes, that what he said and then walked away.

This unnecessary insistence on a rule, despite my explanation and assurance that I wouldn't be drinking it, left a sour taste in my mouth before I even took a bite of my meal. It's unfortunate that the manager's behavior broke the pleasant mood I had been looking forward to during dinner.

While the food and ambiance of the restaurant were satisfactory, it's essential for the management to consider how their staff's actions can impact a customer's dining experience. I hope they address this issue to ensure that future patrons don't have to face such an uncomfortable situation.

This place is usually my go to place. My most recent visit was by far the worst visit. We go in and get seated in a very short time. We wait for a minimum of 15 mins before someone came to take a drink order. I ordered a beer and my friend ordered only a water. Someone different brought the beer and an iced tea. We told them we didn't order an iced tea.they took it and gave it to a table across from us and it wasn't theirs either. 10 mins later another different person came with another iced tea and we again said we didn't order an iced tea. Again they took it back.already not feeling good about the extended wait and now the wrong drinks and still no water, I ordered a sandwich to go and asked for the bill.got the bill and I paid it including the iced tea that we didn't order nor drink. It wasn't even busy but the servers were very young and seem confused.

The food is always good! We had a waitress named Aliyah (not 100% on spelling) and she was AMAZING! So sweet, kind and was very attentative! Would recommend, hope we get her everytime!

Ordered a couple meals on Doordash for my dad and I the other night, somehow my dad's sandwich did not arrive with the order. Gave the restaurant a call to let them know, can't recall the name of the manager I spoke with, but he went beyond what I expected. Not only did he replace the missing sandwich, not only did he add a couple desserts for free, but also personally delivered it to us as we weren't too far from the restaurant. Top-notch service from management, we very much appreciated the efforts.

Really good food and super nice waitress Jordan! Reid the manager was very helpful, kind and accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Kelsey's is our go to place when we dine out. The Pen in St. Catharines is our preferred location, we also go to the one at YMCA drive, and the one in Midland (as we live up north now) Yesterday we were at the Pen, and were lucky enough to get Omar as our server. We have known Omar since he was at the YMCA drive location, and has always been excellent. We told him we were in a hurry yesterday, and he asked what time we would like to be done. Food came in record time, he was very attentative, , and has a great sense of humor! His service is top notch, and you can tell he loves what he does. Bill paid at table, refills done promptly, and we were done 10 minutes earlier then we expected. Food was excellent as always! Well done Kelsey's, and you have a top notch server in Omar!

Pretty decent place that I enjoy coming to. The food portions could be bigger but it’s otherwise very good and very tasty. I got the BBQ clubhouse sandwich and was disappointed that it wasn’t a triple decker but it was still good. The service every time is however very rushed, and getting ahold of our servers is always a pain. Nothing to rave about.

Went to this location on Aug 19th 2023 I had two clients with me their meals were amazing, mine not so much I ordered the chicken quesadilla when upon opening the sour cream I noticed lettuce that was already in the container and it looks as if it was used you can see that at one point the sour cream was full as there’s evidence of that on the insides of the container. I asked to talk to the manger which he completely dismissed my healthy and safety concerns as I believe this sour cream was already used because our dishes did not include lettuce. My concern is how many others has this mistake happened with? This was my first time at this location because we were on our way to Niagara Falls I will not be returning and feel sorry for the people that this is their local kelseys. The owner should be very ashamed.

Stopped here for dinner after visiting Niagara Falls. The best service I have ever received at a Kelsey's. We were seated right away and ourservers couldn't have done enough for us.big shout out to Charli and Dusty.they are the best! Food was delicious and the service outstanding! We will be back!

I had the chicken parmesan and I did not like it at all I could not even eat it but the Spinach dip was great service was great

The service started off rough as somehow our food order did not make it back to the kitchen. Our first server was not very attentive (didn't realize we were waiting for 45 minutes with no food) but the second server/bartender (Aaron) was outstanding. He genuinely apologized multiple times and made sure our food was out in less than 10 minutes. Aaron went above and beyond the rest of our dinner which we really appreciated. Overall the food and service were really good after the initial mishap.

Meh! Service was great. Food? Not impressed (had steak quesadilla). No more Beer-ritas? Its the only reason I went.

Absolutely the best service and food my family has ever received at any establishment ever!

Food was a little slow to arrive, but the waitress kindly comped our nachos. Patio is nicely set up. Good shade and nicely treed / closed in considering it's in a parking lot. Wait staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a great time for dinner tonight. The food was awesome and the staff were exceptional! Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great night.

I met up with a long-time friend and had a great visit over good food. Our server was respectful of our time and friendly all the same.

Amazing food and amazing staff! We had the best waiter (shout out to Omar!) and ate some of the best roadhouse I've had in a while. I had the sirloin steak, it was really good and was still quite tender and paired with the balsamic mushroom sauce and baked potatoe. My friend had the chicken Parmigiano and they said it was quite good and that the pasta was just the right doneness. Highly recommend.
