I droped off my shoes for cleaning.it looks like clean first time. I feel happy but when I take out my shoes in my house, it smells like weird. From whole of my shoes. So I have to buy a new shoelace. I don’t know why this strange, odd smell in the shoes but the smells really disgusting.

Always go out of their way to accomodate my needs. Never had any issues with drycleaning or basic alterations.

Always friendly and good service.

They did an incredible job mending some moth eaten sweaters, and the prices are fair.

Definitely recommend.

Cheap and good service. I've been bringing my uniform there to get cleaned for the past few months and I've never had a problem. Takes a few days between drop off and pick up

They literally RUINED what I dropped off, and then they yelled at me for wanting my money back. What amazing is when they ignore me and take new customers that come in. If only the new customers knew what they had done, and how completely irresponsible they were, they would know that there are at least 3 or 4 other dry cleaners nearby. I know you might feel a bit lazy and want to drop your stuff off here, but ever since a few months ago, I started going elsewhere because these guys are downright dishonest. NEVER go here, unless you're willing to gamble with your clothes. They will never admit to their mistake. I thought about everything and I felt bad for not telling people who were walking in. I would like to have been informed that an item that's worth at least $200 can get ruined without any responsibility assumed.

If I had to describe this place with one word, it'd be, "sketchy". Washed a parka and returned it to me without the fur. If I didn't check, I get the feeling they would've given me the ol' "what fur? You didn't bring in any fur".

Point is: what was the fur doing separate from the parka? The factory that does the cleaning would NEVER return cleaned items to the store separately. I'm pretty sure they washed the fur part themselves (in store) to make that extra money because I know it costs extra (washed parka before). Then they forgot to replace it.

Haven't even mentioned how they charged 23 bucks. You can dry clean a parka for 20 in Yorkville. Also, dropped it off on a Friday and had to wait until Tuesday afternoon.
