I have been going to Kemptville Smiles for almost 5 years now with my son, daughter and husband. It feels like they know you as soon as you walk through the door. My son, 7 years old, was terrified at the time when he was 3. They were so patient and good with him. Now 3 years later and he still loves going! I highly recommend them! My daughter had a teddy bear appointment at 2 years old and she can’t wait to go back! They are the best!

As always my experience with Kemptville Smiles was excellent they are always pleasant and inviting. My appointment on Wednesday February 2nd I was having back issues and they got me a pillow to help ease the pain. Always have great experience when I go there. Thanks everyone for your time.

Had a tooth extraction here and the staff were so friendly from check in to leaving. They all made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. They were genuinely so nice and I couldn’t be happier with them. They even go as far as checking up on you the day after.

Amazing team at Kemptville smiles. I am always happy with how smooth things go when I visit. I followed Dr A from his previous location and have always had a good experience with him. All of the staff are extremely friendly and are amazing with my little one as well.

I have been going here since they opened. I can not tell you how much I love them. They are friendly, helpful and very personable. I could go somewhere closer but I won't.

Usually a root canal is not the best experience for anyone but you both were so caring that it made this a very stress-free experience for me. I am a new patient and found that both of you took such good care of me that I can only sing your praises. I am now able to eat normally and can even eat cold food again.

When I moved out of the city, I was looking for a dentist that was easy enough to get to from work but also convenient to get to from home and came across Kemptville Smiles. Oddly enough, I didn't check the reviews, I just went to my first appointment and hoped for the best. Well, it turns out I chose well. From the front desk reception, to the hygienists, to Dr. A - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Alex, always answers every question I have, no matter how ridiculous they may seem to me. I recently went through Invisalign treatment, which I approached them about earlier this year when I was having a hard time flossing between a section of my bottom front teeth. The results are amazing. The check-in appointments were convenient for me and Alex and Dr. A were always there to make sure things were going to plan. At the end of my treatment (I'm now using a retainer), other members of the team got to see my results and they were exactly what the treatment plan had forecasted - everyone was floored at straight my teeth came out! Without the friendly and helpful guidance of Dr. A and Alex, and Holly's help when I called in with the occasional question during treatment. I just know I couldn't have done this without their support! Thanks Kemptville Smiles Dentistry! I always look forward to my appointments - see you for my next cleaning in 2022!

My experience at kemptville smiles was very positive. I had a damaged nerve and a infected tooth. My first appointment was to just figure out what was going on with my toothache. The staff quickly identified the issue (s) and decided to fix the tooth that day. I was in quite a bit of pain and they realized that and made it a priority to releave me of said pain. I would have given 5 stars but it cost me $870.00. I'm sure that is what every dentist would charge but it is a lot of money to a regular person. They did give me 10% discount because I have no insurance. I appreciate that. Inwould recommended kemptville smiles to anyone

You will not regret becoming a patient here at Smiles Dentistry. The staff is very friendly, they addressed all of my concerns. I went in for a root canal yesterday, in which I was having anxiety about, and the dental hygienist and dentist, Dr. Alfarra, both addressed with care and patience. I would 10/10 recommend going to Smiles Dentistry for any work needed. Dr. Alfarra was great, I didn’t feel anything during my root canal of which I opted out of the laughing gas for.

I always have a positive experience here. I am treated as a respected friend, who is always welcome. When I am in the chair, the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the dentist are all professional, friendly and genuinely seem to care about my comfort, and the quality of their work.

Best cleaning ever, friendly, informative and professional. I have insisted that they not use the ultrasonic cleaner for years due to past painful experiences. My hygienist convinced me to give it a try, no pain at all. What a great experience with the right user.

I have serious anxiety about visiting the dentist and made an emergency appointment after not seeing a dentist for a number of years. I was seen the same day and had my issue resolved professionally and with so much kindness! Dr Alfarra is so gentle and very quickly assessed the problem, determined a treatment plan and fixed my emergency with no pain involved. The entire team at Kemptville Smiles is so kind and wonderful. Despite my serious fear I have been back for a cleaning and comprehensive exam. Alex has been so supportive and patient, checking in often. I can't thank the team here enough for the care and support they have shown me in dealing with all my anxiety and fears. I will continue to be a nervous but enthusiastic patient here and highly, highly recommend for anyone who has a phobia or anyone else who wants to patron a dentist with a truly outstanding team. Everyone I spoke to here - the receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist - were all super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are well organized, inform you of all your treatment options but are not pushy to get you to have anything done. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office!

Such a great experience! All of the staff were extremely friendly and comforting. I also really appreciated them working within my insurance limits versus trying to sell me on services that I did not need/ were not covered.

This is a very friendly and professional dental office. All employees from start to finish were nice, relaxed, and did their jobs perfectly. For someone like me, who does not like going to the dentist, I was at ease and am actually going to return to a more regular schedule of dental appointments with them. Every visit to Kemptville smiles has been a pleasant and positive experience, from when you first open the door to when you depart. Receptionists are always pleasant and informative. Each of the hygienists I have had have been very personable, and performed the cleaning in a caring, gentle yet effective manner.

I've been going to Kemptville smiles since the beginning. Staff are understanding and skilled. They take care of their patients and are on schedule. Thank you to all staff and especially Caitlyn, Megan, Reagan and Dr. Alfarra.

The doctor was able to look at me the same day I called which was a Saturday. They are open one Saturday per month. He took the time to give me a new filling because the one that fell out was right in the front of my smile and was also sharp. He also noticed something else wrong with the same tooth so he fixed that too, saving me a trip and another freezing. I am nervous at any dentist but he was very good with me and gentle. His hygeniest was very nice as well (reminding me to breathe) and the office staff were pleasant to deal with.

Had a great appointment with Dr B. Alfarra and really appreciated that he agreed to repair my broken tooth without freezing. I don't like the freezing at all and it's difficult to find a dentist with the skillset and confidence to work without freezing, so it was much appreciated. Very welcoming staff (Caitlyn) and of course the kind and competent Meagan!

Lastly, I was impressed with all the covid-19 safety measures that were in place. I certainly felt safe.

I have been a patient here since they first opened. Very friendly, efficient and professional team! My last visit was for a filling. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Awesome!

I realized I had a few cavities and that’s the only reason why my teeth are sensitive. Thank you Kemptville smiles dentistry!

I was very pleased with this place before the ownership change. The old dentist was much more careful while working and made it a very comfortable experience for me as a patient. I went in there a week ago to get two cavities filled and it was absolutely terrible. Was in pain the whole time and have cuts along my gums from the tools used that day. Very disappointing that I now have to find a new dental office. Would not recommend.
