I took my Chevy Cruze to these guys, paid $500. Three days later, the problem was still there. I had to take it back for them to recheck it and my car was in their garage for over a week.
When I complained they told me to take my car away if I can’t wait.
Eventually they called me to come pick my car; only to find out the problem is still there.
First time using their services and I’ll never recommend them to anyone. They Ripped me off!

Scammers avoid at all costs. Took all of my money and the car literally broke down in two weeks

I bought my first car from Jetmir at ken auto service.after about 10 dealer ships I went to a local small dealership. NOW finally I was not forced into their office where I had to check if my credit was good enough to buy there vehicles. Jesus all I wanted to do was look at the car to see if I liked it and test drive it as I was looking for a cash deal LOL.when I met Jetmir, he greets me and asked me what car I was in for! I told him I'm here for the 2015 Ford Edge! He gave me the keys and told my mom and I to take my time look at the vehicles started up and to let him know if i had any question or if I wanted a test drive!

after about 5 minutes I go back and ask him for a test drive!
he then asked for my licence put the plate on for me and I take it for a drive. THE CAR DROVE AMAZING! Although there was some noise from the brakes!

when I got back, I told him I loved the car although the brakes make noise! His next words where, " besides the brakes do you like the car? Is it well priced? Do you feel good? After that he states that he will guarantee new brakes all around pads and rotors.

I then asked him are you able to fix the brakes by tomorrow this way my dad can has a look. " yes, I will do that for you ill put new pads and rotors and come with your dad and take it up on the highway make sure its all good! "

FOR GOD SAKES FINALLY I was not forced into buying a car.

My dad then agreed a price with him. I was amazed on how comfortable I was with buying a car from him.he had the car ready in 2 days, he also had to change 2 rear tires for safety!
because it was my first car he included

A few weeks back, one of the front bearings failed on our motor home while driving on Cannon. It happened on the street and my RV couldn't be driven. These guys came across the street to fix the issue and replace the bearing in the parking lot. They went out of their way to call numerous suppliers across the city to get all of the required parts there in a couple hours and stayed after close in order to finish the repair and allow us to drive away the same day. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about our old and very specific vehicle, with experience on the same truck suspensions and new all the suppliers to call to get the parts quick. They really hustled to get us out of a tight spot and offered a very fair price for the work. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Jetmir noticed my car that i just bought with old coffee stains on the seats.he included a detail that took about 3-4 hours to finish the detail. My came out LOOKING BRAND NEW!

BAD PART IS: that i live about 25 minutes away.but it would make no difference even if it was 1 hour away.

Great deals they went beyond just to make sure I’m well teaking care of the costumer I highly recommend them they are great easy to work with very responsive great environment great energy great deals on vehicles

I went there and met John mechanic. Great guy. Reasonable price and honest service. Sikander and his Son are doing a great job there.

Un professional and dont know what they are doing.
The big boss sets in the office and others including his kids works in the shop.
They are cheap but he price you more if you have BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc. First of all dont take your Erupian cars here, they dont know any thing at all. They will damage it for you and eventually cost you more in the long ran. There are other honest and well experienced mechanics around.
Avoid these guys at all cost. Not worth it believe me.
