I'm really glad I found Ken Champ. They are very professional and reliable. I've been a customer for about 3-4 years now. It's a family run business so that is the type of service you get, personalized and friendly.

Me and my husband had an old Jetta Volkswagen that was sitting in our driveway all winter, finally decided to take it to Ken Champ Auto to try to bring it back to life. Ken, Mo and Lyndsey are the most helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional team. They are experts at what they do and clearly know how to run a successful business. Have used Ken for a couple years now. They are very reliable, honest and have a great turn around time. Highly recommended them for all automotive needs.

I wanted to give this place a shot because it was near my house and the reviews were good. I recently bought a car and the previous owner was in a small fender bender, the clips on the right side of my bumper were broken and the bracket holding the fog light was also broken. I showed the damage to Ken and he claimed that the car would need a new fog light (even though the one i had was working fine), he also suggested that I would need to get the fog light and bracket from a junk yard and the repair it self would be over $150 dollars. If i instead had him order the parts, the repairs would cost even more. I thought all of this was excessive and ended up repairing the fog lamp and bumper myself with $12 worth of adhesive. I'm not saying that Ken's is ripping people off (maybe he is or maybe he isn't) I can't say with 100% certainty but this was my experience. Do what you will with it!

Love Ken and everyone there! I never worry when I leave my car with them, I always get an explanation of what's happened and options on how to fix it, oil changes go above and beyond every time, and everyone is happy to chat and get to know you. A real family business that I'm happy to have been going to for over 15 years.

Ken and Maureen provide personal service that focuses on ensuring that your vehicle is safe and that you feel satisfied with the work (when I noticed a vibration afterward he addressed it promptly). Ken makes an effort to be fair, learn about new parts, and even called to check on my car later in the week. So happy to have found a local mechanic that I feel I can trust!

Excellent service! I had my A/C serviced there today. The shop is well equipped. They used a high-tech machine to service my A/C. Staff are very professional and experienced. Highly recommended!

A very heartfelt thank you to Ken and his team. Our van had issues with the rear brakes while my wife was visiting a friend in Streetsville. At close to 3 in the afternoon Ken got the vehicle on a hoist and looked after well enough for it to be safe to drive home to Waterloo. This was service above and beyond, especially considering he knows we live outside his area.

I have taken my car here ever since the warrenty expired. My daughter now drives this car and brings it from Cambridge for seasonal service. Staff are courteous and fair. We have never been, nor felt, taken advantage of. The car is always ready on time and prices are very reasonable. Very trustworthy, good work.

I took my car to Meadowvale Honda because my back signal light wasn’t working and they said they it needed a wiring harness that would cost $1800, so I wanted a second opinion and took my car to Ken and he fixed it within 15 minutes, with little cost. Ken and his wife are professional and honest towards there customers. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Ken Champ!

Ken is pretty honest mechanic. Never had issues with the repairs he's made to my vehicle. A lot better and cheaper than Addison Erin Mills Chev, Buick and most dealers out there!

My car broke down on a holiday long weekend in Toronto (I'm from Ottawa). Most auto shops were closed. Ken was the only mechanic to answer my call, and he gave me a sense of what might be wrong over the phone. He checked my car first thing the next morning, and fixed it up just enough so that I could drive it home to Ottawa to see my diesel specialist (as per my request). He cut me a great deal, and checked in by text several hours later to ensure that I had made it home safe. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and fair. If I lived in Toronto, I would take my car to Ken for any issue. Thanks Ken and family!

If I could give this place a negative I would. It's a rip off! The owner is unprofessional. They way he speaks to customers, smells of alcohol, and smokes in the shop didn't sit well with me! My wife's car came back with a million things "wrong" and stunk of cigarettes! We took it for a second opinion down the street and nothing was wrong with my vehicle beside needing the brakes serviced which completely fixed my noise concern! I would NOT recommend this place ever! I thought going to a family owned and operated business would be better than a dealership but quickly found out they are just as slimy, lying and money hungry! What a shame!
